      • He is talking about the self proclaimed elite in both parties committing political suicide. The big question is how many of the establishment in both parties are smart enough to realize that they have to change and champion the little people and small government if they want to keep their jobs.

    • zero hedge – WikiLeaks To Sue CNN For Defamation

Moments ago, Wikileaks tweeted that as a result of a segment airing on CNN, the whiste-blowing organization announced it has “issued instructions to sue CNN for defamation.”

We have issued instructions to sue CNN for defamation: https://t.co/YLfyQ9ROCy

Unless within 48h they air a one hour expose of the plot.

Wikileaks was referring to a segment in which CNN had the ex-Deputy-Director of the CIA “falsely calling Assange a ‘pedophile.’

As indication of the “plot line”, Wikileaks provides a link to the following McClatchy article, which lays out “the strange tale of a dating site’s attacks on WikiLeaks founder Assange” which writes the following:

For an online dating site, toddandclare.com seems really good at cloak-and-dagger stuff. Disconnected phones. Mystery websites. Actions that ricochet around the globe.

But the attention grabber is the Houston-based company’s target: Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, whose steady dumps of leaked emails from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign have given supporters of Donald Trump the only cheering news of the last few weeks.

In some ways, toddandclare.com’s campaign against Assange is as revelatory as the leaked emails themselves, illustrating the powerful, sometimes unseen, forces that oppose WikiLeaks.

Whoever is behind the dating site has marshaled significant resources to target Assange, enough to gain entry into a United Nations body, operate in countries in Europe, North America and the Caribbean, conduct surveillance on Assange’s lawyer in London, obtain the fax number of Canada’s prime minister and seek to prod a police inquiry in the Bahamas.

And they’ve done it at a time when WikiLeaks has become a routine target of Democratic politicians who portray Assange as a stooge of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his reported efforts to disrupt the U.S. election.

One part of toddandclare’s two-pronged campaign put a megaphone to unproven charges that Assange made contact with a young Canadian girl in the Bahamas through the internet with the intention of molesting her. The second part sought to entangle him in a plan to receive $1 million from the Russian government.

WikiLeaks claims the dating site is “a highly suspicious and likely fabricated” company. In turn, the company lashed out at Assange on Thursday and “his despicable activities against American national security,” and warned journalists to “check with your libel lawyers first before printing anything that could impact or endanger innocent people’s lives.”

So why are the parties to the melee coming out with both barrels blazing? That remains a mystery of the kind that might take a WikiLeaks-style document dump to suss out.

What is beyond dispute, though, is that the attacks on WikiLeaks rose as the group released a first batch of leaked Democratic National Committee emails in July, days before the party’s national convention, and again this month, as WikiLeaks began releasing thousands of emails from the account of John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chairman.

The online company paints itself as all-American. Online material says its founders, Todd and Clare Hammond, “are an average American couple from Michigan, who met in the eighth grade.” In 2011, the company says, the Christian couple started an email dating service, and “have married 3,000 couples to date.” Their online network began in 2015, and a statement it filed to a U.N. body says it has “100,000+ female singles” in six countries.

The company’s operating address is a warehouse loading dock in Houston. Its mail goes to a Houston drop box. Its phone numbers no longer work. WikiLeaks says Texas officials tell it the entity is not registered there either under toddandclare.com or a parent company, T&C Network Solutions.

The person who responds to email sent to the company declined to identify himself or herself or answer further questions.

“We are not required to confirm the information you are requesting to anyone other than our government and tax authorities. So many people (and companies) have now been unfairly libeled by the wikileaks troll machine, we are being advised not to comment,” an unsigned email from the company to a McClatchy reporter said Thursday morning.

The people behind toddandclare.com persuaded a U.N. body known as the Global Compact to give it status as a participant in May, and it submitted an eight-page report to the U.N. group Oct. 4 carefully laying out its allegations against Assange. The firm was delisted by the U.N. body eight days later amid controversy over its claims.

An Australian lawyer, Melinda Taylor, said the report’s precise language raised additional suspicions at WikiLeaks, where she assists Assange in human rights litigation.

“This is not a report that’s been drafted by a dating agency. It’s highly legalistic and very structured. It’s the language of someone who has drafted complex legal submissions,” she said.

Under Todd Hammond’s name, the report alleged that Assange’s Swedish lawyer had reached out in June to offer Assange’s services on a campaign against rape in exchange for an undisclosed amount of bitcoin. It said the two sides held two videoconferences.

Then came the bombshell: It said the company had ended ties with Assange following “pedophile crimes” he had committed in the Bahamas in late September. It charged that the victim was the 8-year-old daughter of a Canadian couple on a monthlong yachting vacation. The father went to police in Nassau on Sept. 28, the report claimed, charging that his family held video and chat logs showing Assange “internet grooming” the child and “propositioning the 8-year-old juvenile ‘to perform oral and anal sex acts.’ ”

It said Assange, who has been in refuge in Ecuador’s embassy in London since 2012, made a connection to the child’s 22-year-old sister, who was a client of the online dating site, gaining access to the young girl.

An assistant commissioner for the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Stephen Dean, said “there is no investigation” into any such incident and that the police have received no evidence that such an incident occurred.

Well, if WikiLeaks wasn’t the most hated outlet by the mainstream media in general, and CNN in particular, it has just cemented this status should it indeed proceed with the lawsuit. It will be interesting tp see what internal CNN emails the discovery process reveals, should the lawsuit actually get to that stage.

      • The alt left is out to punish Assange for daring to attack one of their leaders, this has to be punished or there will be a lot more people like him releasing a lot more facts about the leftist politicians around the world.

      • Remember how Emory Prof Deborah Lipstadt showed that defamation laws differ between US and UK. In US, defamation is when you say something that you know to be false. Please correct me if I recall incorrectly.

        • Defamation — also called slander (for spoken or otherwise transitory statements) and libel (for written or otherwise published content) — is:
“the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image.”

    • BREITBART -Lindsay Lohan Writes Poem About Fixing ‘ISIS Minds’

Lindsay Lohan penned a poem about the Syrian refugee crisis Tuesday in which she wrote of a desire to help fix “idle ISIS minds.”

The 30-year-old actress — who has begun doing advocacy work for Syrian refugees, including providing free energy drinks to some refugee camps — posted the short poem to her Instagram account on Tuesday.

“[S]ometimes i hear the voice of the one i loved the most/but in this world we live in of terror/who i am to be the girl who is scared and hurt/when most things that happen i cannot explain [sic],” Lohan begins her poem.

“[T]han i realise, at least i am in a bed/i am still alive/so what can really be said? [sic]” the poem continues. “just go to bed and close the blinds/still and so on, i cannot help but want to fix all of these idle isis minds/because/there has to be something i can figure out/rather than living in a world of fear and doubt/they now shoot, we used to shout.”

Lohan has gotten involved in relief work for Syrian refugees in Turkey in recent months; in September, the Mean Girls star visited with refugees in an Istanbul hospital and later brought gifts to a refugee family from Aleppo.

In December, the actress told the New York Post‘s Page Six that she had decided to spend the Christmas and New Year holiday period volunteering in refugee camps in Turkey and Antep.

Lohan will also reportedly donate the profits from her new “Lohan” nightclub in Greece to refugee causes.

  2. REVEALED: Czech Republic could give citizens right to carry weapons to USE ON TERRORISTS (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/749965/Czech-Republic-gun-law-United-States-citizens-weapons-terrorist-Berlin-Istanbul-Mashrapov

AN EASTERN European government has revealed plans to give its citizens the power to carry weapons which could be used on terrorists in the case of an attack, according to reports.

Czech Republic’s interior ministry has said they are aiming to submit a proposal for a gun law amendment before the country’s general elections in October.

If the ministry successfully achieves the changed gun law, citizens will receive professional “legal advice” so they know exactly what to do in the event of terrorist attack and how to use their weapons, an official revealed.

Milan Chovanec, a Czech Republic interior minister said the gun law amendment is currently under consideration because the recent terrorist attacks “in Western Europe and elsewhere have increased security concerns among the public”.

Shortly after Mr Chovanec’s comments, a spokesperson for the ministry said: “The possibilities of state bodies to quickly and efficiently prevent casualties and other damage are limited during such attacks.”

But the spokesman was keen to stress that the constitutional amendment does not intend “to embed the possession of arms and ammunition as a fundamental right in the spirit of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

Although two of the last three major terrorist attacks launched in Europe involved vehicles, Czech Republic citizens are keen to carry their own weapons in case potential terrorists launch gun tirades…

According to a local report, 300,000 of Czech Republic’s 10.5 million citizens are licensed firearm holders; which means each licensed holder is in possession of more than one gun, as 800,000 semi-automatic guns and pistols have been publicly registered.

Mr Chovanec added: “More Czechs are getting firearms licences, and I think that if the situation does not improve in the coming months, then the number of firearms holders will grow.”

The proposed amendment would apply only to Czech citizens and not to people from other EU countries staying in the Republic, the official spokesman said.”

    • This is the first step to protecting the people from the terrorists, the Czechs are allowing the people to take responsibility for their own personal protection. More nations need to take this step and to loosen up their laws on who can own firearms.

  3. British ports EXPOSED TO ISIS: Police shortages ‘leaves the UK WIDE OPEN to jihadis’ (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/749948/British-ports-marinas-border-control-ISIS-terror-immigration-David-Anderson-police-checks

“TERRORISTS could be getting easy access to British soil because small ports, marinas and beaches across the country are not policed, according to a major report.

Terror watchdog chief David Anderson warned “foreign fighters” could try to sneak into Britain via hundreds of remote points on the British coast amid a shakeup of counter-terrorism policing.

Mr Anderson, the Independent Reviewer of terror monitor Terrorism Legislation, warned concentrating counter-terrorism activities at hub ports “risked having the effect of reducing the coverage of General Maritime (GM) and General Aviation (GA) in small ports and airports and in remote beaches and landing places on the south coast”.

He said police officers at ports in Kent “feared that coverage of beaches and marinas would be reduced and that ‘no evidence’ would be wrongly construed as ‘no problem’.

“My successor may at some stage choose to look at coverage of smaller south and east coast ports, marinas and landing places.”

Mr Anderson added: “It is conceivable that they might be an option for returning foreign fighters or other terrorists, as they appear to be for the migrants who are sometimes reported to be using them, or seeking to use them, in order to get into the country.”

“The extent of this risk… would bear further investigation.”

Following a spate of ISIS attacks across Europe in recent months, Britain remains on high alert and this warning may convince officials to offer more funding to protect Britain from terrorism on our streets.

The news comes after Conservative MP Charlie Elphicke delivered a paper to Home Secretary Amber Rudd demanding more money to protect Britain’s borders…”

  4. Germany NEEDS to establish ‘DEPORTATION CENTRES’ to send back migrants, minister claims (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/749966/germany-thomas-de-maiziere-deportation-centres-asylum-seekers-anis-amri-angela-merkel

“GERMANY must set-up special federal centres to speed up the deportation of rejected asylum seekers, the country’s interior minister has announced.

Thomas de Maiziere put forward the proposals as part of a security shake-up following the Berlin Christmas attack.

Failed asylum-seeker Anis Amri was allegedly responsible for ploughing a lorry into a Berlin Christmas market which killed 12 people and injured dozens more.

Yet the Tunisian managed to avoid deportation because he did not have documents which could confirm his identity, and Amri even managed to cross European borders after he allegedly committed the barbaric attack.

De Maiziere said there needed to be a “reorganisation” of the security system in Germany and “deportation centres” should be established near airports where failed asylum seekers are housed until they are removed of the country.

The interior minister, from Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union party, wrote: “As far as constitutional protection is concerned, we should discuss bringing the entire task into the federal administration.”…”

    • deportation centres

So, that’s what they’re going to call them this time, eh? Also, what’s this “established near airports” nonsense? These “deportation centres” will need to be at major maritime ports because ocean liners are required to ship out the numbers of people predatory terrorists we’re talking about. The only way limited capacity transports like airliners (and I don’t care if they are talking about Airbus A380s) make any sense is if they’re simply going to push them out over their respective countries of origin. Parachutes optional.

      • Mass deportation will work if they are using the military and police to round up all they can lay their hands on.

  5. Mass immigration ‘will force Britain’s population to SURGE ahead of France by 2030’ (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/749946/Mass-immigration-Britain-population-increase-EU-France-Germany-May-Merkel-Brexit

“BRITAIN is set to become the most populous European country by 2050 because of migrant numbers, official figures have revealed.

Eurostat, the European Union’s statistical office, predicted the British population to increase by at least 13million – from 64.6million in 2015 to 77.1million in 2050 – and highlighted the population numbers could dramatically fall if immigrants were not in the equation.

Although the EU office did not allude to Brexit issues that are largely concerned on controlling Britain’s borders, Eurostat stressed other EU countries such as Germany have managed to keep their populations under control because of the ageing population that counteracts their high immigrant numbers.

In her New Year’s message, Angela Merkel defended her migrant policies saying it was “important and right” for her country “to help those who really need protection”…”

    • This is only because Britain and France are in a horse race to see who can be overrun by Muslims first. Germany currently trails by several lengths but Merkel is struggling valiantly to close in on the wire.

In her New Year’s message, Angela Merkel defended her migrant policies saying it was “important and right” for her country “to help those who really need protection”…”

Shivan Azeez Zangana, 21, who uses the surname Azeez, was sent to the UK by his family to keep him safe after battling extremists with the Kurdish separatist group.

But after falling in with “a nest of rats” here, he was turned by a fellow Kurd, asylum-seeker Aras Hamid, 27, and agreed to change sides and go with him to fight for IS, Kingston Crown Court in London was told.

The two men were discovered by police sleeping at the Al Noor Mosque in Birmingham on May 17, days after several of Azeez’s worried relatives had called 999 with concerns about what he was planning…”

  7. SCHOOL TERROR FEARS: Now TEACHERS are being trained to guard against deadly attacks (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/749826/Teachers-trained-guard-terror-attack-ISIS-schools-Britain

“TEACHERS are being trained in how to deal with a terrorist attack amid fears Islamic State (ISIS) fanatics could target schools in Britain

Schools and communities have been on high alert following a string of terror attacks across Europe.

And the UK’s security level remains at ‘severe’, a rating which means a terror attack is likely.

Now Scotland Yard has expanded its training sessions for businesses to include schools and higher education facilities.

Thousands of secondary schools as well as more than 150 higher learning institutions will be offered the three-hour sessions, which aim to teach how to improve security against a possible attack…”

    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/indonesia-suspends-military-cooperation-australia-44541299

“Indonesia said Wednesday that it has suspended military cooperation with Australia over an alleged insult of Indonesian state ideology.

Indonesian military spokesman Maj. Gen. Wuryanto said that cooperation has been suspended indefinitely, and that the decision was made after considering many matters.

Although Wuryanto, who like many Indonesians uses one name, declined to give the exact reason for the decision, he said among the factors were reports of an Indonesian instructor saying that a “laminated paper” displayed at the Australian Special Forces base where he worked was insulting.

“This is not a protest … we would like to establish a useful cooperation for the two nations based on mutual respect,” Wuryanto told The Associated Press. “Technically, it is not running well.”

Australian Defense Minister Marise Payne said in a statement that Indonesia had informed Australia of the decision.

Some interaction between the two militaries “has been postponed until the matter is resolved. Cooperation in other areas is continuing,” Payne said.

According to Indonesian media reports, the allegedly insulting paper displayed at the Special Forces base contained words that demeaned Pancasila — a set of vague principles that mandates belief in one God and unity among Indonesia’s 250 million people.

Payne said Australia’s army “has looked into the serious concerns that were raised” and the investigation into the incident is being finalized.

Military ties between the two nations had been improving since 2013, after Indonesia downgraded its relations with Australia over the alleged bugging of phones belonging to Indonesia’s then-President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, his wife and members of his inner circle in 2009.”

“Morocco has become the latest Muslim-majority country to authorize Islamic banks, amid growing market demand for Sharia-compliant banking.

The Moroccan central bank announced this week it has approved five Islamic banks, fulfilling a long-standing promise of the Islamist party leading a coalition government since 2011.

Among them are leading national banks Attijariwafa, linked to the royal family, state-owned Banque Centrale Populaire and private BMCE Bank of Africa. All three hold increasing assets around French-speaking Africa.

The others are CIH Bank and Credit Agricole du Maroc.

Four of the five will be partnerships between Moroccan banks and Islamic financial institutions in the Gulf.

Morocco had long been reticent about Islamic finance, but now sees it as a growth prospect.

Asked whether he was promised arms during a recent visit to Russia, Haftar said Moscow had told him weapons “can arrive only once the (U.N.) embargo ends”.

But he was assured that President Vladimir “Putin will undertake to revoke it,” he said in the interview with Italy’s Corriere della Sera.

“Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu called on Iran to exert pressure on Shi’ite-backed militias and the Syrian government to stop violating a ceasefire in Syria, warning it was putting planned peace talks in peril.

Turkey is working with Russia on the question of sanctions for those who violate the ceasefire deal, which was brokered by Ankara and Moscow, Cavusoglu said in a televised interview with the state-run Anadolu news agency.

He warned that peace negotiations being prepared by Moscow in the Kazakh capital, Astana, could fail if increased ceasefire violations are not halted.”

    https://www.rt.com/business/372607-saudi-arabia-oil-revenues-2017/

“Saudi Arabia has forecast its revenue from crude oil will significantly rise in 2017, as prices show a positive trend after the deal between OPEC, Russia and other producers to cut output.

Riyadh expects to collect 480 billion riyals ($128 billion) from crude sales in 2017, up from an estimated 329 billion riyals in 2016.

“As the kingdom’s economy is strongly connected to oil, the decrease in oil prices over the past two years has led to a significant deficit in the government’s budget and has impacted the kingdom’s credit rating,” the Saudi government said in a statement.

“The 2017 budget was prepared in light of developments in the local and global economy, including the estimated price of oil,” it added.

  14. Hack Attack on Drudge Report a Sign of Chaos to Come

The popular right-leaning web portal, The Drudge Report, was briefly knocked offline last week. Incidents like this will only become more common until policymakers or tech companies get serious about fixing connected gadgets, also known as the internet of things (IoT).

In a since deleted post, the site’s verified @DRUDGE account on Twitter posted last week, “Is the US government attacking DRUDGE REPORT? Biggest DDoS since site’s inception. VERY suspicious routing [and timing],” as the International Business Times reported.

The Drudge Report did not respond to a request Friday for more details about the suspicious timing and routing.

Traffic from the Drudge Report is gigantic. Similar Web estimated it saw 178 million visits in November and that almost 80 percent of that traffic was direct. In other words, rather than clicking over from Facebook or finding it in search, visitors typed the URL directly into their browser or they have it set as the page their browser opens upon launch.

  15. Assange Tells Hannity: “Big Powerful Actors Want Revenge” – Full Interview

As previewed yesterday, today at 10pm ET, WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange would be interviewed by Fox News’ Sean Hannity, in a wide ranging discussion touching most notably on whether or not Russia provided WikiLeaks the hacked Democratic emails – as pointed out yesterday, the answer was a “1000%” no.

For those who are unable, or unwilling to watch, Fox, here is a link to the full interview which will take place over the next hour, until 11pm ET.

Assange’s concluding remarks were uncharacteristically emotional:

  16. Richard: This is an interesting project, I wonder how long the clothing will be able to defeat the recognition software?

The use of facial recognition software for commercial purposes is becoming more common, but, as Amazon scans faces in its physical shop and Facebook searches photos of users to add tags to, those concerned about their privacy are fighting back.

Berlin-based artist and technologist Adam Harvey aims to overwhelm and confuse these systems by presenting them with thousands of false hits so they can’t tell which faces are real.

The Hyperface project involves printing patterns on to clothing or textiles, which then appear to have eyes, mouths and other features that a computer can interpret as a face.

A 19-year-old Syrian man accused of having worked for the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL) went on trial in Berlin on Wednesday.

The man, identified as Shaas al M. in accordance with German law, is alleged to have scouted Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag as possible targets for an attack by IS. He is also believed to have helped another young man to join IS in Syria and to have himself fought with the militant organisation in Syria before coming to Germany.

Shaas al M. was arrested in March 2016. The trial is expected to last until March 2017.

A 19-year-old Syrian man accused of scouting on behalf of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL) for potential targets for attack in Berlin, went on trial in the German capital on Wednesday.

The teenager, identified as Shaas al M. in accordance with German law, is alleged to have scouted Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag as possible targets for an attack by IS. He is also believed to have helped another man to join IS in Syria; and to have himself fought with the militant organisation in Syria before coming to Germany as an asylum seeker.

SOT, Dr. Gerwin Moldenhauer, state attorney (German): “We accuse the defendant of having joined the terror organisation IS in Syria in 2013. He had a short military training; among other things he learned to handle the Kalashnikov assault rifle.”

SOT, Dr. Gerwin Moldenhauer, state attorney (German): “In 2015, the defendant came as a 18-year-old to Germany. He didn’t dissociate himself from IS, but continued his membership. Among other things, he worked here in Berlin for IS by scouting potential assault targets like Alexanderplatz and the area around the Reichstag, and the defendant communicated this information to Syria knowing that these areas could be possible assault targets.”

SOT, Dr. Tarig Elobied, lawyer of suspect Shaas al M. (German): “If we assume that this communication content really came from him [the suspect], then he indeed expressed himself about an organisation which he apparently was with [at] an airport, but this organisation is called Jund Al Rahman. And according to my Internet research, Jund Al Rahman is an organisation which was close to the Free Syrian Army and which was also joined to the Military Council.”

    • The man, identified as Shaas al M. in accordance with German law, is alleged to have scouted Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag as possible targets for an attack by IS.

  19. People moving from New York outnumber arrivals by nearly two-to-one, report says

United Van Lines reported Tuesday that nearly two-thirds of the moves involving New York households were outbound, a higher proportion than any other state except New Jersey and Illinois.

The 2016 National Movers Study by Fenton, Mo.- based United also found that almost 59 percent of the moves within the eastern United States were outbound.

Where were people moving? Mostly to western states and the Carolinas, with one exception. That exception was Vermont, which ranked second on the list of states with the highest proportion — 67 percent — of inbound moves.

South Dakota had the highest share of inbound moves, at 68 percent.

New Jersey and Illinois, like New York, saw outbound moves making up 63 percent of all moves.

  22. SASKATOON POLICE SERVICE – Unlawful Confinement

Saskatoon Police are investigating after a woman is alleged to have been unlawfully confined.

At approximately 3:15 a.m., January 3, 2017, Patrol Officers responded to a convenience store in the 1500 block of 22nd Street West after a woman reported being forcibly confined in a basement for a number of hours. The 26-year-old woman from Melfort, SK, reported that at approximately 4:00 p.m., January 2, 2017, she had been walking near a gas station on Highway 5 when she was approached by five men in a black truck. The men drove her to what is believed to be an east-side residence, and forced her into the basement for a number of hours. The woman reported that she was sexually assaulted during that time. She was eventually able to flee the residence and hailed a cab which she took to the convenience store where she called Police.

Earlier in the evening, information was received from the RCMP indicating that this same woman was being unlawfully confined, however attempts to locate her were not successful.

The men were described as operating a black Dodge truck. All men were described as possibly being middle eastern in appearance.

The driver is described as being approximately 35-40 years-old with a short beard, dark “buzz cut” hair and a thicker build. He was described as wearing a black dress jacket, jeans and tan “Timberland” boots.

The second passenger in the vehicle is described as being approximately 25-30 years-old, tall with a skinny build and having a beard.

The third is described as being approximately 27-28 years-old with a beard and short black “frizzy” hair. He was approximately 6′ in height with a slim build.

A refugee newly arrived from Somalia has been tried and convicted for attempting to sexually assault a special-needs woman while she was sitting outside of a home for the disabled in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Liban Mohamed, 39, was in the United States for only about a week when he tried to force himself on a 31-year-old woman with severe disabilities. He is not a U.S. citizen, but whether he will be deported in the wake of his conviction remains unclear.

The trial for Mohamed was held just a few days before Christmas and not a word of the conviction has made it into the local media, residents of Aberdeen told WND on Tuesday.

Mohamed speaks no English and required two interpreters at trial, according to the state’s attorney who prosecuted the case.

“I do know he lived in Aberdeen,” prosecutor Christopher White told WND. “The day that it happened, he was staying at the White House Inn hotel in Aberdeen. What came out at trial, in his defense attorney’s opening statement, was that he arrived in Aberdeen that day and had only been in the United States for approximately a week, and he had come to work at the beef plant in Aberdeen. But I don’t know if he had already started working or was about to start work there.”

Mohamed mentioned to law enforcement that he had been hired on at the Demkota Ranch beef plant, White said.

WND called the executive editor of Aberdeen’s daily newspaper, the American News, and asked why nothing has been reported on the crime committed by Mohamed. He said he had no knowledge of Mohamed’s arrest, trial or conviction.

    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/750267/egyptian-asylum-seeker-deportation-rape-teenage-girl-migrant-centre-toilet

“AN EGYPTIAN asylum seeker overdue for deportation went on to rape a teenage girl after she sought shelter in migrant housing, according to reports.

The assault, which allegedly took place on the December 22 last year, reportedly took place in a housing facility in the northern German city of Hamburg.

The alleged victim, a 14-year-old girl from Hamburg, was in state custody but escaped from child and youth emergency services and found shelter in the migrant housing centre.

Hamburg police reported that a 21-year-old Egyptian man, identified only as Loai E, pushed the girl into a toilet cubicle in the early hours of the morning.

Police spokesman Ulf Wundrack said: “There, the suspect demanded sexual favours, which the 14-year-old rejected. Then the 21-year-old dragged her into a room and sexually abused her against her will.”

The suspect came to Germany in 2011 as a refugee, according to local media.

His application for asylum was rejected the same year, after which the Hamburg authorities tried to deport him to Egypt, according to the German Foreigners’ Authority (GFA).

  27. ‘We won’t end up like no-go zone Sweden’ – Norway MP warns of mass migration dangers (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/750116/Siv-Jensen-no-go-zone-Sweden-uncontrolled-immigration

“A GOVERNMENT politician has said the lawless conditions pushing Sweden to breaking point must never be allowed to flourish in Norway.

Progress Party leader Siv Jensen gave a fiery speech on Tuesday evening, kicking off the battle for the electorate’s vote ahead of general election in September this year.

The Finance Minister, who’s party is in a coalition government with the Conservatives, warned uncontrolled immigration and lack of integration was a great threat to the liberal country’s peaceful way of life.

Citing the turmoil in neighbouring Sweden which she claimed could spread across the border if the government failed to maintain a strict immigration policy, Ms Jensen said: “Lack of integration can divide our country.

“The experiences from our closest neighbouring country should be a wake-up call for most of us.

“Lawless neighbourhoods, inner justice, violence and criminal activity and gang activity is a testament to a completely failed integration and immigration policy.”

The cabinet member also attacked critics who ridiculed her for warning against Swedish neighbourhoods becoming lawless eight years.

“In 2009, I warned against this development during a visit to the hard-hit neighbourhood of Rosengard in Malmo,” Ms Jensen continued.

“I was meeting with mockery and massive critic. Some even said the Progress Party shouldn’t discuss immigration policy but stood firm during the storm and time has shown those warnings were entirely justified.

“When NRK journalist Anders Magnus reported from Rinkeby, another hard-hit Swedish neighbourhood in May last year, he was attacked with stones.”

Continuing her speech, the right-wing politician added her party would never allow “Swedish conditions” to flourish in Norway.

Ms Jensen said: “Like Rosengard, the areas are turning into parallel societies, with their own sets of norms and rules, and where criminals have taken over the public sphere, where religious extremism is commonplace.

“Swedish conditions are not an alternative for Norway as long as the Progress Party has a say in the matter.”

Swedish authorities have repeatedly warned they do not have enough resources to cope with the “unprecedented” influx of migrants to the country.

Since the migrant crisis began in 2015, the liberal nation has seen a surge in violence and criminal activity, with police placing more than 50 areas on a “no-go zone” list.

In a report by Sweden’s National Criminal Investigation Service, which was published last year, attacks on officers are detailed, including police cars being stoned by masked groups.

At the time National Police Commissioner Dan Eliasson said he needed a further 4,100 officers and specialist staff to deal with the surge in incidents since migrants entered the nation in their thousands.

Since then police have warned the force is facing an existential crisis with on average three police officers handing in their resignations a day, with an estimated 1,000 officers quitting in 2016.”

  28. It’s just the beginning’ Europe must act NOW to avoid WAR, warns top German politician (express, Jan 4, 2017)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/749819/European-Union-nationalism-war-Brexit-Horst-Teltschik

“EUROPE is failing as a team player and is on the brink of war as rising nationalism sweeps the continent, a former chancellor advisor has warned.

Horst Teltschik said the bureaucratic European Union (EU) is struggling in the face of a catastrophic euro crisis that continues to “gain tract” and a sensational Brexit vote, which prompted an “erosion” of its powers.

Hinting that a break-up of the Union is more than likely, Mr Telthschik said the bloc’s main players France and Germany were “stuttering”.

The German politician said: “European integration was the peacemaking response of the Europeans to the catastrophe of two world wars.

“No generation in Europe has ever been able to live in peace, freedom and prosperity for seventy years.

“We are witnessing an erosion of the EU with the euro crisis, with Brexit and the emergence of populist movements in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria or Italy and the authoritarian Eastern neighbours, especially in Poland, Hungary, Romania.”

Speaking of the embattled Brussels club, Mr Teltschik added: “The European Commission is overwhelmed with criticism almost every day, often enough by those who make the decisions, or rather don’t make them, for the EU at the European Council.

“The German-French engine has been stuttering for years.”

Mr Teltschik also issued a chilling warning, telling Europeans to brace for an ongoing migrant crisis, which he says has only just begun, along with more Islamist-inspired terror attacks.

He said: “The refugee wave is only the beginning. Millions of Arabs, Africans, Pakistani, Afghans, and others, tormented by war, terror and poverty, are looking for new life perspectives…”

“He may not be the fastest cyclist round a velodrome, but he is easily one of the oldest.

Robert Marchand has clocked up 105 years and now a new record for the furthest distance cycled in one hour.

The French cyclist managed 22.547km (14 miles) at the national velodrome, taking the top spot in a new category – for riders over 105.

Mr Marchand already holds the record for those aged over 100 – 26.927km – set in 2012.
He “could have done better”, he says, but missed a sign showing 10 minutes to go.

“My legs didn’t hurt,” he told BFMTV. “My arms hurt but that’s because of rheumatism.”

To be fair, he had admitted before the event at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines velodrome near Paris that breaking his previous hour record would be tough.

“I’m not in such good shape as I was a couple of years back,” he told AFP news agency.

“I am not here to be champion. I am here to prove that at 105 years old you can still ride a bike,” he said.

Hundreds of spectators cheered him on trackside.

Born on 26 November 1911, Mr Marchand puts his fitness down to diet – lots of fruit and vegetables, a little meat, not too much coffee – and an hour a day on the cycling home-trainer.

A prisoner of war in World War Two, he went on to work as a lorry driver and sugarcane planter in Venezuela, and a lumberjack in Canada.

No stranger to sport outside cycling, he competed in gymnastics at national level and has been a boxer.

The current men’s hour record is held by the UK’s Bradley Wiggins – 54.526km – which he set in June 2015.”

Amnesty International must think because something is prohibited in the US it must be prohibited everywhere. They weren’t anywhere to be seen after last year’s fiasco. Of course, while half of the cops in the Rhineland were concentrated in Cologne, the troublemakers went to places like Dortmund.

  34. https://www.jihadwatch.org/2017/01/australia-eight-muslims-attack-woman-her-husband-fights-them-off

“Mr Tyrrell claimed the Muslim man took offence to being told what to do by a woman and unleashed a tirade of abuse at her, but the fact that she ignored him only enraged him even more….’At that point five more joined the fight, one punching my wife…’” One of the Muslims said to Liana Tyrrell: “Your husband needs to teach you a lesson.”

This is the clash of civilizations in a nutshell. Is Australia really enriched by admitting large numbers of people who believe that women who tell men in any circumstances what to do should be rewarded with violence, and their husbands should “teach them a lesson”? How? And this is no isolated case: since these attitudes are founded on the Qur’an, which tells men to beat women from whom they fear disobedience (4:34), there will be many more such cases.

    • That is a good description of what is happening although I really doubt that the Islamic world deserves the title of civilization.

  35. Welcoming Castro’s Spies
How Obama is exposing U.S. defense information to the world’s worst intelligence traffickers.
    January 4, 2017
    Humberto Fontova

The deepest and most damaging penetration of the U.S. Defense Department by an enemy agent in modern history was pulled off by a spy working for the Castro regime.

Problem is, the mainstream media treasures their Havana bureaus. So they always strive to avoid any stories that might unduly upset the Stalinist apparatchiks who make these “news” (i.e. propaganda) bureaus possible.

“Cuba as tourist hot-spot!” “The magnanimity of the Castroites as health-care providers!” “The wickedness of the (so-called) U.S. embargo!” “Obama’s wisdom and courage in (unconstitutionally) loopholing the embargo half to death!” These themes pretty much sum up the MSM’s “reporting” on Cuba.

But in a rare hiccup of honesty (or an oversight) CNN itself admits to some very important Cuba-sponsored unpleasantness, about which most Americans remain ignorant. “The Most Dangerous U.S. Spy You’ve Never Heard of,” is how they titled a special (16 years after her arrest) on this Castro-sponsored spy named Ana Belen Montes.

In brief: the spy’s name is Ana Belen Montes, known as “Castro’s Queen Jewel” in the intelligence community. In 2002 she was convicted of the same crimes as Ethel and Julius Rosenberg and today she serves a 25-year sentence in Federal prison. Only a plea bargain spared her from sizzling in the electric chair like the Rosenbergs.

There is a disturbing and growing trend in Italy and Europe.

For the first time in more than 700 years, Islamic songs resonated in Florence’s Cathedral, the Church Santa Maria del Fiore. Under the famous Dome of Brunelleschi, Islamic melodies accompanied Christian ones. The “interfaith initiative” was promoted a week after the barbaric massacre by Islamist terrorists in Paris at the magazine Charlie Hebdo, and included “Koran is Justice” and other such “hymns”.

A priest in the south of Italy then enraged parishioners by dressing the Virgin Mary in a Muslim burqa for his church’s Christmas nativity scene. The pastor of the parish of Saints Joachim and Anne in Potenza, Father Franco Corbo, said that he had the special crèche constructed “in the name of dialogue among religions”. These interfaith initiatives are based on the gradual elimination of the Western-Christian heritage in favor of Islam.

Another priest in Italy also eliminated the Christmas nativity scene at the local cemetery because “it could offend Muslims”. Father Sante Braggiè said there would be no crib in the cemetery in the northern city of Cremona because it may anger people of

Women have literally disappeared from cafés and bars in certain predominantly Muslim suburbs in France, according to recently aired undercover footage from the France 2 television channel. The footage featured two women activists, Nadia Remadna and Aziza Sayah, from the women’s rights campaign group, La Brigade des Mères (Brigade of Mothers), entering a café in the Paris suburb of Sevran, where they were met with surprise and hostility from the all-male customers. One told them: “It is best to wait outside. There are men in here… In this café, there is no diversity.”

Another customer told them: “In this café, there is no mixing. We are in Sevran, not Paris. Here there is a different mentality. It is like back home.”

  38. The the jig is finally up for American Jewish imbeciles

Since its inception in the late 1970s, the Israeli peace movement has been based on one thing: hope.

Members of the peace movement hoped the PLO’s war with Israel could be resolved through compromise. Proponents of peace with the PLO hoped that Yasser Arafat and his terrorist minions weren’t truly committed to Israel’s destruction.

The two-state formula was based on the hope that Israel could reach an accommodation with the PLO. To wit, in exchange for parts of Judea and Samaria and Gaza (no one was talking about Jerusalem), Israeli peaceniks, who over time came to encompass all factions of the Left in Israel, hoped the PLO would bury the hatchet, build a state, or federate with Jordan, and that would be that.

UN follows up settlement vote with ‘blacklist’ plan for Israeli companies

Critics who thought the U.S. opened the UN’s anti-Israel floodgates by abstaining on a vote condemning settlements last week say an obscure subsequent move by the world body to establish a “blacklist” of Israeli companies proved them right.

Lost amid the angry words that followed the Dec. 23 UN Security Council vote that critics called an American betrayal of Israel was a Christmas Eve appropriation of $138,700 to fund a database of companies doing business in the West Bank. The measure puts UN prestige behind the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign, say critics.

“The types of data they are talking about acquiring would be to form the basis for future sanctions against companies that did business on the West Bank,” Fox News contributor and former U.S. Ambassador to the UN John Bolton told FoxNews.com. “That’s the only purpose of it that I can see.”

  40. Liberals Panic as Trump Could Flip Left-Leaning Ninth Circuit

Liberals are panicking about the fact that President-elect Donald Trump will be able to fill four vacancies on the historically left-leaning Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals when he takes office later this month.

Outgoing Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) called the vacancies a “judicial emergency,” according to Bay Area public radio station KQED, even though there are 29 judges on the court. The “emergency” is that Trump’s nominees might be able to make the court more conservative.

The Ninth Circuit’s jurisdiction covers many West Coast states, and its decisions have often reflected the liberal political culture of California and other “left coast” outposts. Over the past several decades, the frequency with which the U.S. Supreme Court — which had a narrow 5-4 conservative majority until 2016 — reversed Ninth Circuit rulings became a recurring theme. However, the Ninth Circuit has shown flashes of independence, as in recent Second Amendment rulings.

Liberals are worried about that increasing “moderation” at the Ninth Circuit. KQED interviewed University of Richmond law professor Carl Tobias, who commented: “I think even in the Obama years the court has moved to be more moderate than it used to be, so I think that with those four appointments it could make some difference and move the court further in that direction.”
