“SWEDEN is on the brink of becoming a lawless state as the police force is losing the battle against unprecedented levels of crime and violence amid a growing migrant crisis.
The Scandinavian country is facing an existential crisis with on average three police officers handing in their resignations a day.
If the alarming trend continues, and police officers continue to resign more than 1,000 officers will have quit the service by New Years.
Since the migrant crisis began last summer, Sweden has been hit by a series of brutal crimes and violent incidents.
In 2015 alone Sweden, with a population of 9.5million, received over 160,000 asylum applications and the country is expected to take as many as 190,000 refugees, or two per cent of the population, by the end of 2016.
Since the Second World War Sweden has prided itself on helping migrants who cross their borders despite some moves to the political right in recent years.
But police have now admitted the force has reached breaching point as more than 50 areas in the country have now been placed on a “no-go zone” list.
In February a report from Sweden’s National Criminal Investigation Service announced there were 52 areas where officers would not cope with the levels of crime being committed.
Sex assaults, drug dealing and children carrying weapons were just some of the incidents mentioned in the report.
In September, Swedish officials were forced to add another three areas to the list.
Now the Police Association have said they need at least 200 new officers to regain control in the south-east of the country.
Thomas Stjernfeldt, from the region’s police association, told SVT: “We are missing extremely many officers in the operational sector, right now we need 200 more officers to be added to the force to establish a reasonable working environment in the southeast of Götaland.”
Götaland is one of the regions in the country that has been hit hard by the car fire attacks, which have been occurring throughout Sweden.
On Monday, Express(.)co(.)uk reported a number of the arsonist attacks in the city of Växjö, in Götaland, had been committed by frustrated migrants.
Currently there are more than 6,000 suspected crimes that are unsolved in the area and 400 of these cases are suspected to be rapes, murder or attempted murder.
Mr Stjernfeldt said the figures are alarming and police officers are constantly forced to work overtime in an attempt to solve the reported crimes.
The Police Association admitted it fears the public will lose faith in the force and their ability to protect citizens if the situation is not resolved.
The union’s call for more resources echoes National Police Commissioner Dan Eliasson’s February warning, where he said he needed a further 4,100 officers and specialist staff to reestablish law and order in Sweden.”

“A BRAWL has broken out between more than 100 migrant children belonging to rival gangs in what remains of the Calais ‘Jungle’.
Riot police were called to break up the massive fight, which broke out between unaccompanied Eritrean and Afghan migrants at 6pm on Monday night.
Authorities quickly dispersed the battling crowd, which amassed at a Christian place of worship in what remains of the largely-demolished camp.
There were no arrests or injuries and order was restored by 7pm, according to officers at the scene.
A local government spokesperson said: “A fight broke out in the southern part of Calais camp between more than a hundred Eritrean and Afghan migrant children.
“The security forces intervened immediately to separate the two groups, and security was strengthened in the temporary reception centre.”
Around 1,500 child migrants currently remain in Calais after the camp was bulldozed last week and 7,000 migrants were evicted.
The unaccompanied migrants are being housed in a temporary centres made from former shipping containers while French authorities decide where they should be relocated.
French president Francois Hollande has insisted the children will be moved “very quickly” and has urged Theresa May to allow them to come to Britain…”

“UNREGULATED Sharia law courts exist “everywhere in the country” including shop basements, an expert has warned.
Dr Ahmad al-Dubayan, chairman of the UK Board of Sharia Councils – a body set up to standardise the administration of Islamic law – said the pervasive and uncontrolled bodies “may be hidden in the basement or somewhere”.
The self-appointed courts are performing marriages and handing out divorces, Dr al-Dubayan told the Home Affairs Select Committee on Tuesday at the launch of an inquiry into Sharia councils.
Although the unregulated bodies have no legal force or jurisdiction in the UK, they are regularly used by Muslim families to adjudicate on personal matters, the Committee heard.
Many courts reportedly charge for their services, with fees for divorce proceedings often higher than that of British courts.
But the doctor warned the number of Sharia courts operating in Britain is unknown.
He said: “We don’t know how many councils there are.
“Some people talk about 80 or 30 or 50, I don’t know. There is no record for this and no studies, unfortunately.”
The inquiry will examine issues such as whether it is possible for women to receive equal treatment to men in Sharia courts.
It will hear from Islamic scholars, as well as representatives from women’s groups and domestic violence victim support groups.
But Naz Shah, Labour MP for Bradford West, who was forced into marriage at the age of 15, claimed Sharia courts are vital for Muslim women in abusive relationships.
The committee heard that between 30 and 40 percent of Muslim marriages are not legally recognised under British law, meaning that women trapped in dysfunctional marriages cannot apply for a divorce from British courts.
Ms Shah said: “There are issues with Sharia councils, usually they’re under-resourced, there’s not that professional standard.
“What we need to be doing is supporting the Sharia councils…”

The mother of two was quoted in a report by Telegraph as saying that the man was volunteering as a translator while he was waiting to get into England when they started talking “for hours” every day.
Ms Muller has told BBC that she is now divorced and concentrating on getting her partner, who has not been named, to the UK, admitting she may have to marry him to make sure he can stay here.
“Everything has had to become a lot more serious a lot faster,” she said. “For him to be able to legally move to the UK I would have to marry him within three months of him getting here.
Everyone says I am crazy but it is the only legal way he can come here.”
Ms Muller further added that she travelled to Calais around 15 times in 12 months having been first inspired by her sister-in-law, who was already volunteering in the camp.
She had been volunteering in France on and off for around five months when she came across the Afghan refugee while he was helping British doctors.
Their initial conversations were about Islam and different cultures but they soon started speaking every day and Ms Muller made sure she visited him on each trip.”

“A MIGRANT turf war erupted into violence on the streets of one of Paris’ trendiest neighbourhoods early this morning as asylum seekers beat each other to a pulp with wooden clubs.
The area around Stalingrad Metro station was turned into a refugee battleground as rival gangs of migrants set upon each other in shocking scenes of violence.
Asylum seekers wearing hooded tops wielded makeshift clubs fashioned from lengths of wood which they used to bludgeon each other as horrified pedestrians looked on.
The blood-curdling brawl erupted just yards from the Stalingrad Metro station, where a squalid migrant camp has popped up following the demolition of the Jungle.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the early morning fight, but rival gangs of people smugglers have previously been involved in violent brawls in Calais.
And despite the horrific brawl, a pro-migrant rally is apparently being organised to take place at the camp at 6pm tonight.
The once peaceful neighbourhood, in Paris’ 10th Arrondissement, used to be a popular area with tourists, boasting a lively nightlife scene bustling with restaurants and bars.
But worried residents have revealed how it has become a no go zone in recent weeks following the establishment of the refugee camp, which has brought squalor and violence.

BRITAIN DIVIDED: UK’s most segregated towns where white population has HALVED in 10 years (express, Nov 2, 2016)

“WHITE and minority groups are now more isolated from each other than ever before – while white populations in towns and cities have sunk to record lows, it has been revealed.
In extreme cases, populations have even halved in the last decade alone.
In Newham, east London, just 16 per cent of the population are white compared to 33 per cent 10 years ago.
And Blackburn has ranked as one of the most segregated town in Britain, where in the Whalley Range area 95 per cent of people are Asian and a local butcher has admitted he has never served a white person in the whole of his time there.
Mohammed Tabrez Noorji, who opened his butchers last year, said: “I do sometimes speak to the white people when they walk past but there is nothing for them to buy here.
“It is not good that we all live separately but how can we fix this problem? Asian families like to live in the same area as each other so we can support one another, but then the white people move out.
“It’s not that we deliberately choose to live separately – it is just what happens. We want to live in this area because we are close to the mosques and all our families are very close to each other.”
And experts warn matters will increase in the same direction.
Academic Ted Cantle, a Government advisor on community adhesion, has warned the 2021 census will reveal polarisation has got even greater.
The research, published by Open Democracy, calls on the Government to do more to promote mixed communities.
The calls have been made particularly relevant in light of the spike in hate crime reported since the Brexit referendum on June 23.
But not everyone wants ‘community adhesion’ to be encouraged.
Retired taxi driver Ian Goodliffe, who previously worked at a ‘white only’ taxi firm, said: “There are certain areas where white people no longer go and the same for Asians. They lead very separate lives.
“There is an element of fear on both sides and then there is of course this awful racism. I hear it all the time.
“It is sometimes a gang mentality and everyone wants to stick to their own. There are whole parts of Blackburn where a white person would not buy a house but then there is the same for the Asians.
“There is a mutual distrust and the only way to change that is for people to mix, but we are at a total impasse and it is only going to get worse.”
Professor Cantle also said he met a Yorkshireman who said he was the first Asian to move into a street and within three years all the white families had gone.
He said: “Some of those families made no bones about it – they are moving out because ‘they’ are moving in.”
The study, conducted by integration experts Professor Cantle and Professor Eric Kaufman, has revealed that white and minority groups are now more isolated from each other than ever before – even though England as a whole is more ethnically mixed.
Polarisation mainly occurs in urban areas, with some places in the UK seeing a decrease in the white population of more than 50 per cent between 1991 and 2011.
Towns and cities, such as Birmingham, Leicester, Slough, Luton, Bradford and London have seen the “striking” decrease occur more rapidly than other parts of the UK, it has been claimed.
Professor Cantle said: “The focus of policy needs to shift, this is not just about minorities.
“Politicians and policy-makers need to encourage white British residents to remain in diverse areas.
“To choose, rather than avoid, diverse areas when they do re-locate, encouraging similar choices with respect to placing pupils in diverse schools.
“In other words to create a positive choice for mixed areas and a shared society.”
The study comes as the Government is about to deliver a major review into integration, segregation and extremism.
Labour’s Chuka Umunna, chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Social Integration, said: “During a year in which our country has seemed more divided than at any point in modern history, there are few questions which require investigation more urgently than the matter of how well we are living together.
“Equally, however – at a time in which our political debate has become yet more polarised and media headlines yet more fraught – there are few questions which it can seem harder to get to the bottom of.
“It’s clear that, whilst the UK is becoming increasingly diverse, levels of integration are not keeping pace.””

Like in the previous incident, the confrontation escalated after both groups exchanged verbal insults.
The incident has highlighted once again the seething resentment that the far-right has for refugees who are spread out in accommodation centres across the country.

There’s a lot of talk out there about Russia, the U.S., and NATO being back to a Cold War footing.
But the map tells a different story. It’s only a bit different, but that difference is significant.
In the Cold War, the Soviet Union’s maritime aggression built slowly, and was prosecuted in a deliberate, sometimes tentative manner – and always one that evinced unspoken respect for the capabilities and intentions of the other side.
Confronting Western ships when they were near Soviet waters, or in common operating areas (e.g., the most-traveled parts of the Mediterranean Sea), was one thing. Many sailors have stories to tell about that. And it’s not what we’re talking about here. We’re talking about Soviet-era versus modern Russian manifestations in the open ocean, or near the waters of a Western nation.
When the USSR made that kind of “demonstration” in the maritime realm, it typically tried to do it either well outside the threat envelope of Western weapon systems, or from a position the West would find moderately provocative, but not so slap-your-face provocative that it had to be reacted to vigorously.

Boston law firm accused of massive straw-donor scheme
Hillary Clinton’s campaign is returning thousands of dollars in donations linked to what may be one of the largest straw-donor schemes ever uncovered.
A small law firm that has given money to Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Harry Reid, President Obama and many others is accused of improperly funneling millions of dollars into Democratic Party coffers. The program was exposed by the Center for Responsive Politics and the same team of Boston Globe investigative reporters featured in the movie “Spotlight.”
The Thornton Law Firm has just 10 partners, but dollar for dollar, it’s one of the nation’s biggest political donors, reports CBS News correspondent Tony Dokoupil.
But according to the firm’s own documents – leaked by a whistleblower — days or even hours after making these donations, partners received bonuses matching the amount they gave.
“Once the law firm knew that we had these records, they didn’t deny that this was the case,” said Scott Allen, Boston Globe’s Spotlight editor.
“If you give a donation and then somebody else reimburses you for that contribution, that is a clear violation of the spirit and the letter of the law at the state and federal levels,” Allen added.
Federal law limits partnerships, like the Thornton Law Firm, to a maximum donation of $2,700 per candidate. But campaign finance watchdogs say the firm used its individual partners as straw donors, allowing it to funnel money to campaigns well above that legal limit.
“Straw donor reimbursement systems are something both the FEC and the Department of Justice take very seriously, and people have gone to jail for this,” Center for Responsive Politics editorial director Viveca Novak said.
The Spotlight team and the Center for Responsive Politics looked at donations from three of the firm’s partners from 2010 to 2014. The trio and one of their wives gave $1.6 million, mostly to Democrats. Over the same period, they received $1.4 million back in bonuses.
A Thornton spokesman said the bonuses are legal because they came out of each partner’s ownership stake in the firm. In other words, they were paid with their own money.
In a statement, the firm said: “It was a voluntary program which only involved equity partners and their own personal after-tax money to make donations.”
Through its employees, the firm gave to Democrats running in some of this year’s most hotly contested races — ones that could determine control of the U.S. Senate.
Massachusetts Republicans are calling for an investigation.
“In the end, it’s about restoring integrity to a process that folks are already extremely wary of,” Massachusetts Republican Party chair Kirsten Hughes said.
Allen said he’s not “confident at all” that this is an isolated program at Thornton.
“We’ve had a number of parties coming forward to us saying, ‘Hey, they do this at our place too.’ So the issue is always, can you prove it?” Allen said.
CBS News has learned the non-partisan Campaign Legal Center will file a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission Wednesday.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who has received nearly $130,000 from the firm since 2007, told the Boston Globe she will not return any money unless investigators find the donations were illegal.

Cheryl Mills Loses Immunity, Could Be Prosecuted for Perjury
A recent Wikileaks email proves that Cheryl Mills lied to the FBI. During the first investigation, she was given immunity. Immunity is not absolute. You can lose it if you either withhold information or commit perjury. She did both. She was able to claim lawyer/client privilege because she claimed she didn’t know about Hillary’s private server until she left the State Department.
Mills testified before the FBI that she didn’t know about the private server until it became a legal problem on March 18th, 2015. But, if you check the date on the email, it’s March 7th, 2015, 11 days before she said she found out about it. That’s perjury.
If Trump is elected, she will be getting visits from all kinds of law enforcement agencies.

WikiLeaks: DOJ official gave John Podesta a heads-up on Hillary Clinton’s emails
Peter Kadzik, the assistant attorney general of the U.S. Justice Department involved with the probe into Huma Abedin’s emails, gave John Podesta a heads-up on when the State Department would start releasing Hillary Clinton’s emails.
“There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify,” Mr. Kadzikemailed from his personal gmail account, with the header “Heads up.”
“Likely to get questions on State Department emails,” Mr. Kadzik continued. “Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.”
Mr. Podesta, Mrs. Clinton’s campaign chairman, then forwarded the email to Mrs. Clinton’s inner-circle and added: “Additional chances for mischief.”
The email was dated May 19, 2015.
Mr. Kadzik has a close relationship with Mr. Podesta. They both attended Georgetown University law school together in the 1970s and have remained good friends, with Mr. Kadzik frequently dining with Mr. Podesta.
The Washington Free Beacon reported Mr. Kadzik previously donated to Mrs. Clinton and the daughter of Mr. Podesta.
“Kadzik’s first contribution to Clinton came on February 6, 2006, in the form of a $1,000 to HillPAC, a leadership PAC started by Clinton while she was serving in the Senate,” the Beacon reported, noting two more contributions during Mrs. Clinton’s unsuccessful presidential run in 2008. Mr. Kadzik also donated $250 to the school board campaign to Megan Rouse, Mr. Podesta’s daughter.
Mr. Kadzik’s son also requested a job on Mrs. Clinton’s campaign in May 5, 2015.
“I was with my father and Amy recently, and they both suggested I reach out to you,” Mr. Kadzik’s son wroteMr. Podesta. “I would love to find some time to connect and see if there may be an opportunity for me to help on the campaign.”
His name was then put in the mix for field staffers.
Mr. Kadzik was invited to Mr. Podesta’s brother’s birthday party last year and dined with Mr. Podesta at his home in January, when the FBI probe was well underway.
A Justice Department spokesman said that Mr. Kadzik is not directly overseeing the investigation and that his job is to respond to inquiries from Congress.

President: Voters shouldn’t act on ‘innuendo’
President Barack Obama for the first time waded into the choppy waters left by FBI Director James Comey’s revelation of new emails connected to the private server Hillary Clinton used while secretary of State.
In an interview with NowThisNews taped Tuesday and released Wednesday, Obama suggested voters should consider “concrete decisions” rather than “innuendo.”
“I do think that there is a norm that when there are investigations we don’t operate on innuendo and we don’t operate on incomplete information and we don’t operate on leaks,” said Obama, who has endorsed and will continue campaigning for Clinton on Wednesday and until Election Day.
White House officials had largely refrained from commenting about the disclosure, which came just over a week before voters will decide between Clinton or GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.
On Monday, press secretary Josh Earnest declined to weigh in on Comey’s decision to notify Congress about a renewed look at emails sent to and from the server. Earnest said he would neither condone nor criticize Comey’s call, but he did call the FBI boss, an Obama appointee, an individual of high character and professionalism.
At a campaign rally in Columbus, Ohio on Tuesday, Obama did not mention the email controversy nor Trump’s characterizations about what it says about his Democratic opponent.
But in the interview after the rally, he said, “We operate based on concrete decisions that are made,” he said. “When this was investigated thoroughly last time the conclusion of the FBI, the conclusion of the Justice Department, the conclusion of repeated congressional investigations was she had made some mistakes but that there wasn’t anything there that was prosecutable.”
Clinton has said “there is no case here” concerning the private server, the use of which she now calls a misstep. Trump this week said he is “sure” the contents of the emails the FBI is now reviewing will be “absolutely devastating” to Clinton.
The former first lady and top diplomat appears to lead Trump both nationally and in enough battleground states to secure the presidency on Tuesday — but recent polls show her lead both nationally in some of those key states shrinking.

“To date, there has not been a good explanation for this perplexing discrepancy,” wrote Judge Daniel Manion.
“It is well?documented that refugees to the United States are not representative of that war?torn area of the world. Perhaps 10 percent of the population of Syria is Christian, and yet less than one?half of one percent of Syrian refugees admitted to the United States this year are Christian,” he added.
Thus, he concluded, we “remain in the dark as a humanitarian catastrophe continues.”
In addition, Manion pointed out that while the Obama administration demanded a high-level of evidence from states objecting to the resettling of refugees due to security concerns, it kept that information secret from those states.

Two drunken Polish men who threw rashers of bacon at worshippers inside a mosque before shouting ‘enjoy f***ers’ as they fled the scene have been jailed.
Mateusz Pawlikowski, 22, and Piotr Czak-Zukowski, 28, targeted the Al-Rahman Mosque in Camden, north London, in the ‘highly offensive’ incident last month.
The men had been binge-drinking at Oktoberfest in Canary Wharf before travelling to the mosque where Pawlikowski approached one worshipper, swore at him, and threw a rasher of bacon towards him.
He then continued to throw further rashers on the floor of the prayer room before the pair fled at around 7.30pm on October 2 while shouting ‘enjoy f***ers’.
After their descriptions were given to police, officers stopped Pawlikowski minutes from the mosque.
When questioned by police he said he had been out in Canary Wharf with a friend who was now in Camden Lock, where they subsequently found Czak-Zukowski.
On searching him officers found an empty bacon packet in his pocket, and both men were taken into custody.
The pair appeared at Blackfriars Crown Court yesterday, where they were both handed eight-month concurrent prison sentences for criminal damage and a racial, religious public order offence.
Prosecutor Carol Summers said the mosque’s caretaker thought Pawlikowski and Czak-Zukowski were worshippers when they came in the front door on October 2.
She said: ‘All of a sudden a man threw some meat in the caretaker’s direction that turned out to be some bacon.
‘The meat landed on the floor about two metres away from him and he said he could see immediately that it was a rasher.’
She continued: ‘He later found out a third piece of bacon had been put in the shoe of a worshipper who was present during the incident.’
The caretaker at the mosque described the attack as a ‘hate crime targeting the Muslim community.’
He added: ‘I genuinely believed my life was in danger.’
The caretaker said although he has a ‘strong character’ he was left ‘traumatised and crushed’ by the incident.
Czak-Zukowski and Pawlikowski were arrested near the scene and said they bought a packet of bacon at Tesco but could not remember going to the mosque.
Both men, who have no previous convictions admitted one charge of religiously aggravated harassment and one of religiously aggravated criminal damage last month.
The pair were remanded in custody ‘for their own safety’ but have both been attacked by Muslim prisoners in HMP Pentonville.
Philip Haworth, defending Czak-Zukowski, said his client has lost his job and his home after being jailed and is ‘deeply remorseful’.
‘All he can say is that he was drunk at Oktoberfest at the time, he knows that isn’t a good enough excuse,’ he said.
‘There have been incidents already in Pentonville prison and so he has been given a taste of his own medicine.’
Ania Grudzinska, defending Pawlikowski, told the court he has ‘well and truly learned his lesson’ and is ‘extremely remorseful’.
‘There have some serious incidents which have occurred whilst he has been in custody,’ she said.
‘He has been assaulted on a number of occasions, family members have seen him with visual marks to his eye and blood-stained clothing.’
Jailing the pair, Judge Peter Clarke QC told them: ‘You know and you have acknowledged what an outrageous set of actions were committed on the 2 October,’ he said.
‘It seems to me that the religious aggravation in the offence is the offence itself.
‘Obviously throwing that smoked meat in an ordinary public Christian place is a completely different context from that which you intended.
‘The two of you were in drink which is no mitigation, you were merely doing what you thought of doing no doubt sober but found you could do more easily inebriated.
‘You threw rashers of bacon indiscriminately around that very important place of worship to the local Muslims.’
He added: ‘The courts have to attempt to protect all citizens of this country and this city from living in fear of violence and religious hatred.
DC Tracey McMath, from the Camden Community Safety Unit, said: ‘The defendants showed a complete disregard for the faith and belief of others in this callous and highly offensive incident; and I hope their convictions highlight that we will not tolerate hate crime in any of its forms.
‘I know this incident has had a significant impact on the community and commend the victims for speaking up.
‘Hate crime is often a hidden crime and it is essential we stand together with policing partners, colleagues and groups to investigate all such allegations, support victims and bring perpetrators to justice.’

The U.S. Navy has sent a ballistic missile submarine to Guam as a show of America’s commitment to its allies in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
The USS Pennsylvania arrived in Apra Harbor, Guam, for a “scheduled port visit” on Monday, the Navy said in a statement, describing the visit as a complement to the “many exercises, training, operations, and other military cooperation activities conducted between the U.S. and its partner nations.”
The announcement comes amid high tensions in the region resulting from North Korea’s nuclear program. Pyongyang has recently conducted a handful of missile and nuclear tests and threatened to launch a preemptive nuclear strike if threatened by the United States.
China has also irked regional powers with its territorial claims in the East and South China Seas.
U.S. and Japanese forces are also holding amphibious landing drills off Guam and Tinian in the Northern Marianas this week, in annual exercises known as the Keen Sword, which began Sunday and will last until Nov. 11.

One recent story said that early voting in Florida’s black community was low, which would be bad for Hillary Clinton. But Florida is a swing state, and another report claims that early swing state voting is going Clinton’s way. The truth (at least in general) may wind up being somewhere between the two, but there’s one group of people who the early voting is decidedly not going well for at all. An asylum chief has been fired after lurid details emerged of several female workers having sex with children at a refugee centre.
Sisi Eibye, head of the asylum programme at Langeland Municipality in Denmark, was shown the door yesterday after it was revealed at least three officials knew for months that one employee of the Børnecenter Tullebølle children’s asylum centre had engaged in sex acts with underage residents.
The acts were photographed and videoed showing her having oral sex with at least one refugee and full intercourse with one of the boys at the centre in Tranekær.
Officials believe the woman had sexual relationships with at least three boys at the centre, while two other female workers are believed to have violated boys at the centre.
The two women were sacked and police are investigating while Funen Police said it was looking into the details of the first woman, The Local reports.
Although there has been some debate over the ages of many migrants from the Middle East travelling with no papers and no way to verify their dates of birth, the Danish Immigration Service (DIS) last week announced it would shut down the children’s centre amid the claims.
The initial details were leaked to Radio 24syv and yesterday police said: ‘It is clear that we are taking this case very seriously.
‘When one’s role is to protect vulnerable children, this is a very serious allegation,’ spokesman Sten Skovgaard Larsen told Radio 24syv.
Ms Eibye was not one of the three women involved in the sex acts.
Documents obtained by the radio station showed the claims were first reported to the DIS last week, but that at least three top municipal employees knew about them as early as June 10.
The troubled centre houses around 40 boys, and residents sparked a mass brawl last month in which an employee was hit with a metal pipe by a 15-year-old brawl.
In the summer, five teenagers from the centre were charged with sexual assaults at the Langelandsfestival where they allegedly groped and raped a 16-year-old girl.
A month before in July, there was another huge fight, this time involving boys from the centre and more than 100 other asylum seekers during a football match against another centre.
It is not the first time female aid workers have been accused of having sex with migrants, after details emerged of a very similar nature in Calais in September.
The revelations caused a furious row on Facebook, with some volunteers claiming the allegations should have remained secret and criticised a whistle blower for expressing his concerns.
According to the whistle blower, some volunteers avail of the service of the Jungle camp prostitutes, while others have multiple partners in one day.
Other aid workers complained of unscrupulous volunteers treating the now defunct camp like a ‘free for all festival’ and ‘find it difficult to keep it in their pants’.
The original allegations were aired on a Facebook thread concerning the People to People Solidarity group, which has since been deleted.
It was claimed that female volunteers were more likely to have sex with male migrants than any other combination.
One volunteer was described as having ‘a bad reputation’ for sleeping with male refugees and was asked to leave the camp.
One male volunteer had to be ‘persuaded by other male volunteers’ against returning due to his ‘inappropriate behaviour with female refugees’.
According to the original post, the whistle blower claimed: ‘I have heard of boys, believed to be under the age of consent, having sex with volunteers.
‘I have heard stories of men using the prostitutes in the Jungle too. I have heard of volunteers having sex with multiple partners in one day, only to carry on in the same vein the following day.
‘And I also know, that I’m only hearing a small part of a wider scale of abuse.’
Several volunteers severely criticised the whistleblower for discussing the abuse allegations in an open forum.
However, one volunteer defended him claiming: ‘It always really worries me that we’re more concerned with the press/our reputation than we are with the sexual abuse itself.’
According to the Independent, some volunteers believe sexual relationships between aid workers and refugees is ‘natural’ while others believe it breaks the ‘usual codes of conduct’.
The UNHCR said it has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy concerning the sexual exploitation of refugees in such camps.
Another volunteer wrote: ‘In my view, most defo beyond inappropriate – breaches all sorts of codes, highlights massive deficit of integrity, blurs reciprocal boundaries beyond measure.
‘Pretty much no different to sex tourism. This is the sort of stuff that makes others with better resolve, cringe – need to have a rocksolid mindset that separates the camp environment from that of a freeforall “festival” – if you’re incapable of “keeping it in your pants” then consider whether you ought to be there.’
Another contributor added: ‘So the concerns around exploitation of vulnerable people should be ‘kept private’ should they? ‘kept within the group’ .
‘Whatever your feelings on sex between volunteers and refugees it is clear that it is a very important subject to discuss OPENLY.
‘The press is a perfectly valid place to analyse and protect vulnerable people.
‘It is exactly this notion of protecting people that ensured children were abused for years within children’s homes and the Catholic Church.’

Like a warped Islamic version of Santa Claus, Obama had a secret Muslim list. And his people checked it at least twice. The list was of Muslims who were prospects for important jobs and appointments.
It included a Muslim who had described Israel as an “Apartheid State,” Iran’s “go-to guy in New York financial circles” and a number of figures linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.
It was the ultimate religious test from an administration that had vocally rejected them.
Obama had claimed that having religious tests for migration was “shameful” and “not American.”
“When I hear folks say that, well maybe we should just admit the Christians but not the Muslims,” he huffed from Turkey. His Muslim host country was run by a bigoted sponsor of Islamic terror.

From Bad to Worse: Obama’s Ransom Payment to Iran is Just the Tip of the Iceberg
In his bid to pursue a legacy, Obama charts disastrous course with reckless abandon.
Most of us, including several democratic lawmakers, cringed when Obama inked the Iran deal but those of us who are familiar with the malevolent nature of the Iranian regime, recoiled in horror when we learned that Obama transferred $400 million to the Iranians in exchange for four American citizens held captive by the mullahs on trumped up charges. The $400 million was part of a larger installment totaling $1.7 billion, ostensibly to settle claims Iran had against the United States stemming from aborted Iranian arms purchases dating back to the Shah. Obama claimed that this was money that was “owed” to Iran and the settlement, which included $1.3 billion in interest, saved the U.S. taxpayer “billions” because the Iranians were demanding even more at the Hague tribunal, where the claim was being adjudicated.
The timing and method of the cash transfers were disquieting to say the least and raised serious questions of legality as well as broader geo-political concerns. The Americans were freed only after Iran received its $400 million. The payment, which was airlifted in the dead of night in an unmarked cargo plane, was made in untraceable cash, stacked on wooden pallets. The Iranians demanded Swiss Francs and Euros rather than Dollars and a pliant Obama agreed to the Islamic Republic’s dictates. Gleeful Iranian leaders were quick to announce victory and claimed that the payment was indeed a ransom, contradicting the administration’s adamant denials.

“How can young Muslims be shielded from extremism? A symposium in Frankfurt recommends carefully vetting partners, while working closely with Muslim organizations.
Safia S. was 15 years old in February when she stabbed a policeman in the neck in Hanover. It was supposedly an act of martyrdom in the name of “Islamic State.” The trial against the high school student began in mid-October. Cases like this have put prevention of radicalization at the top of political agenda – just like the nearly 1,000 young men and women from Germany who left the country to take part in the Syrian or Iraqi jihad.
It makes sense that Islamic associations and mosque communities act as partners in prevention. It is good for Islam’s image, and the groups also receive government funding. But the state must carefully vet organizations before they become authorized municipal partners, i.e. state partners, said Susanne Schröter, director of the Frankfurt Research Center on Global Islam (FFGI) in an interview with DW during a symposium in Frankfurt in late October. She told DW that she was critical of the fact that in the past, the “fox was allowed to guard the hen house and communities whose ideologies were dubious were brought aboard.” One glance at the organizations’ websites was enough to shock authorities about the kind of groups that were receiving state funding for prevention and youth work.
For Schröter, a negative example is the “Deutsch-Islamische Vereinsverband Rhein-Main” (German-Islamic Association Rhein-Main). The German Ministry of Family Affairs accepted the association, which includes over 40 member organizations, into the government program known as “Demokratie leben” (“Living democracy”). But in the summer, state funding was cut. Now the association is being monitored by Germany’s domestic intelligence service. The state interior minister of Hesse, where Frankfurt is, has classified about a third of the member organizations as “extremist, or influenced by extremists.”
At the symposium Muslim Youth between Integration, Isolation and New Paths, Schröter, an ethnologist, presented findings from her many years of field research in Wiesbaden’s mosque communities. Every community there is active in youth work, albeit on different levels and of varying calibers. Actually, a lot of exemplary youth work is being carried out in mosques that open up and cooperate with other youth services. However, in all mosque communities, girls and boys are separated. Schröter observed that most of the work in mosques is aimed at withdrawing from mainstream society. “They want to take the young people under their wing. They do not want to be spoiled by German society by not following the rules of gender segregation in terms of chastity.” As a consequence, young people are not equipped with skills to live in our society, found Islam expert Schröter.
Youth work in Islamic communities is important because the Muslim population is much younger than the overall population in Germany. The average age of the four million Muslims in Germany is 30, explained Hussein Hamdam from the Academy of the Diocese of Stuttgart. The average age of the overall population is 46. Furthermore, religion plays a much greater role in the lives of young people raised in Muslim homes than for most young people in mainstream society. “Religion as an identity marker is a very strong tendency today and has pushed ethnic identity into the background,” explained Schröter.
Ahmad Mansour, author of the book “Generation Allah” and psychologist in Berlin, told DW in an interview, “There is a group that belongs to this society and is completely inconspicuous and its members lives are based on democracy. But there is also a group of people who only have religion as an identity-building element, which then becomes an ideology containing problematic values.”
Politicians and security authorities would classify people who want to set off bombs as “radical,” said Mansour. But he wants to delve deeper. “Young people who put down this society, who live here but believe in completely different ideologies are already a type of risk to me. That does not mean that we have to lock up these people. Instead, we have to fight for these young people. We have to win over these young people. They are a pool in which radical groups go fishing for future members.” Sadly, added Mansour, the Salafists often happen to be better social workers.
In Mansour’s view, prevention of radicalization is a generational challenge that requires perseverance. Schools will have to accept even more responsibility. Teachers not only have to convey values, promote critical thinking and even work against patriarchal parents, they also have to be able to identify radical tendencies, said Mansour.
At the symposium, a group from the Muslim Boy and Girl Scouts of Germany demonstrated what successful work with young people looks like: Boys and girls stood together on the stage while holding up a German eagle symbol. This scout group, established six years ago, organizes joint camps with Christian scouts. With approximately 300 members, it is still quite small. But interest in the scouts is huge; the demand is so great that prospective members have been put on a waiting list.”

Stating that Turkey had the right to take all the measures to fend off ostensible threats aimed at itself, I??k said Turkey’s Euphrates Shield Operation, launched on Aug. 24 in order to rid the border of terrorist organizations, was part of these efforts.

Along other parts of the border, protection and surveillance services are provided by the Turkish Land Forces, the Gendarmerie and the Coast Guard.
However, a state of emergency decree law passed on July 23 tied the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard to the Interior Ministry, removing them from the authority of the Land Forces and Naval Forces.
With its new border plan, Ankara aims to gather and centralize different authorities for border services under the full command of the Interior Ministry. The capacity of the police, gendarmerie and Coast Guard personnel will also be strengthened by the ministry.

Election Justice USA has collected evidence indicating that multiple instances of voter suppression and election fraud have occurred throughout the 2016 presidential primaries. Theo Francken posted an image of an empty office on Facebook, although it soon emerged nothing had been taken.
The Syrian family, who live in the war-ravaged Syrian city of Aleppo, were granted visas by a Belgian tribunal.
They have been offered food and lodging by friends in Namur (Namen).
Mr Francken argues the family’s links to Belgium are weak and he will not open the door to “asylum chaos”.
The minister has refused to pay fines of €4,000 (£3,600 ; $4,450) per day – a total bill now said to have surpassed €30,000.
He was handed a letter by bailiffs on Monday and posted a picture of an empty party office on Facebook on Wednesday.
“With or without furniture we carry on working,” he said. “My team and I can always request political asylum anyway in the office of my good colleague and friend, (Interior Minister) Jan Jambon,” he joked.
A spokeswoman later told the BBC that no furniture had yet been taken although the threat existed. The ministry was appealing against both the fine and the ruling, she said.
The family seeking asylum includes two children of five and eight and has the support of a Belgian family who have promised to pay for all their costs.
The family of four live in Aleppo, which has seen years of bombardment and fighting between the government and rebels, and their home is said to have been destroyed.
The father left the city in August to travel to Beirut in neighbouring Lebanon to apply for asylum at the Belgian consulate. Reports said he did not want to subject his family to the risk of people smugglers and a dangerous Mediterranean crossing.
“The (court) has said their situation is exceptional,” said their lawyer, Mieke Van den Broeck. “This is really urgent for us: the situation in Aleppo is getting worse. There’s an offensive under way, and we’ve lost contact with our clients.”
The lawyer accused Mr Francken of trampling on Belgium’s separation of judicial and government powers. “He’s actually playing with our clients’ lives and with Belgian tax money.”
But Mr Francken, who is a member of the centre-right New Flemish Alliance, countered that the family should have applied for refuge in Lebanon itself, and that courts should not set asylum policy.
“I am elected to serve the public interest and will continue to do so,” Mr Francken said, insisting that Belgium had already welcomed refugees but did not support granting the family a home in this case.
If he did let the family in, he argued, then he would have to send every Syrian a three-month visa, even if they had no connection with Belgium.”
