  1. Children in Calais Jungle to arrive in UK ‘in days’ (BBC, Oct 15. 2016)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-37663125

“British and French officials have begun registering unaccompanied children in the Calais “Jungle” who are hoping to join relatives in Britain.

A significant number of child refugees will arrive in the UK from the migrant camp within days, the BBC understands.

Officials have been focusing first on unaccompanied minors who have the right to join relatives under EU legislation.

A separate registration process will take place for vulnerable children who do not have family in the UK.

Under EU-wide regulation, asylum claims must be made in the first safe country a person reaches, but children can have their claim transferred to another country if they have family members living there.

The Dubs Amendment to the Immigration Act, originally put forward by Labour peer Lord Dubs, also requires the government to arrange for the transfer to the UK and support of unaccompanied refugee children from Europe.

Operating out of a recycled shipping container within the Calais camp, Home Office officials have been working with their French counterparts to register the children.

Home Secretary Amber Rudd has said the government is moving quickly and that she wants as many children as possible brought to the UK before the camp is shut down by the French authorities…”

  2. Brutal ISIS fanatics slaughter their OWN JIHADIS after coup led by al-Baghdadi aide fails (express, Oct 15, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/721431/Abu-Bakr-al-Baghdadi-ISIS-iraq-mosul-58-coup-failed-coup-daesh-islamic-state

“THE Islamic State has murdered dozens of its own jihadis after a failed coup led by a former aide to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was foiled in Mosul, according to security officials.

Counter terror experts claim the depraved death cult brutally slaughtered 58 suspects believed to be part of the failed coup which was trying to help government forces liberate the Iraqi capital.

The coup was rumbled after a dissident was caught on his phone referring to a transfer of weapons.

Under interrogation from ISIS militants, the man confessed that weapons were hidden in three locations set to be used when the Iraqi army attempts to liberate the city.

The rebels were drowned by their terrorist counterparts and buried in mass graves in a wasteland outside the city.

Iraqi counter terrorism expert Sabah al-Numani said: “Those were Daesh members who turned against the group in Mosul.

“This is a clear sign that the terrorist organisation has started to lose support not only from the population, but even from its own members.”

The aim of the plot was to disrupt ISIS ahead of the expected US-led battle for Mosul, which is expected to be the biggest battle in Iraq since the US entered the volatile state.

The names of the 58 plotters were given to a local hospital to inform families of their deaths but the bodies have not been returned to their families…”

    • “The rebels were drowned by their terrorist counterparts and buried in mass graves in a wasteland outside the city.”

They say that like it’s a *bad* thing…

Let’s face it, anyone capable of initially subscribing to Islam’s death cult is more than a little susceptible to subsequent recidivism. This is why the Hellfire-equipped UAV drones are so effective. After a visit from one of those avenging angels, the likelihood of a relapse is next to ZERO. Those are the only sort of numbers that represent reliable or useful statistics.

Amongst corporate marketing circles and propagandist groups, the common acronym is FUD (Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt). The more frequently we sow this sort of FUD-related hesitancy, the less likely it is that the jihadist ranks will remain unscathed. So-called “flypaper” strategies be damned. We need these maggots quarreling and killing each other over the slightest suspicion that someone, *anyone*, is looking out for their own self-interest.

  3. Jumbo supermarkets denies BANNING Father Christmas amid Islamic feast day storm (express, Oct 14, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/721404/Jumbo-supermarkets-denies-BANNING-Father-Christmas-amid-Islamic-feast-day-storm

“A DUTCH supermarket has denied it has removed Santa Claus products from its stores ahead of the Christmas holiday.

Reports shopping giant Jumbo banned images of Father Christmas at the same time as it launched items celebrating an Islamic feast day sparked anger.

However claims the ‘Jumbo’ chain will no longer allow any images of Saint Nicholas on packages of traditional festival candies and delicacies of its own brand, have been quashed by the company.

Instead it says the December 5 Dutch tradition of giving children presents and sweets dubbed Sinterklaas will be merged with its Christmas promotions.

The storm was created after outspoken leader of the far-right Party for Freedom in the Netherlands, Geert Wilders blasted the chain saying they had “completely lost their mind”.

Now the supermarket has hit back insisting the claims are false.

A spokeswoman said: “Sinterklaas is a Dutch traditional celebration which is yearly held on December 5th.

“Christmas is celebrated on December 25th and 26th.

“At Jumbo Supermarkets we always celebrate Sinterklaas and Christmas together with our customers.

“We have always showed pictures and products of Sinterklaas and Father Christmas and we will continue doing so.

“For everybody who likes to celebrate Sinterklaas, we offer a variety of products with different expressions that suit many tastes.”

Rumours the supermarket had pulled the plug on Santa were met with concern in Holland.

Labour vice-PM Lodewijk Asscher, 42, said the Saint Nicholas holiday, which sees children receive presents, will always remain.

He added it was “good if the tradition evolves with the time” as the supermarket chain began to celebrate the Islamic sacrifice feast of Eid al-Adha by giving away free baklava to customers.

But Mr Wilders, 53, accused Jumbo of “Islamising”.

He said: “Yes to the sacrifice feast and no to Saint Nicholas, they have completely lost their mind.

“I hope that parents at home will still keep celebrating Saint Nicholas’ Day.”

The denial of the ban came after Black Pete, traditionally dressed in a gaudy medieval costume with a blackened face, red lips and an afro wig, was ruled as a “negative stereotype” by a court in Amsterdam.

He was replaced by ‘Cheese Petes’ with yellow faces, with striped, light brown faces resembling the traditional Dutch syrup biscuit of the same name.”

  4. First Kidnapping of American Reported in Niger (sputniknews, Oct 15. 2016)
    https://sputniknews.com/africa/201610151046354827-niger-kidnapping-reporter/

“The first ever kidnapping of a US national in Niger has taken place northeast of the capital Niamey, The Guardian reports.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the source, this is the first time that a US national was kidnapped in Niger.

“An American NGO worker was kidnapped Friday around 9pm local time in Abalak. It is too early to determine the identity of the kidnappers, who have returned to Mali. The authorities have put the region on maximum alert,” a security source said as quoted by the newspaper on Saturday.

At least two people were killed in an exchange of gunfire that took place during the hostage taking, the source said, adding that “All roads to Mali are being monitored.” Niger is one of the countries that has been struggling with the Boko Haram extremist group. Earlier this week, Nigerian Defense Minister Hassoumi Massoudou announced that Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Benin and Nigeria were preparing a final assault on Boko Haram.”

  5. French Police Routinely Take Away Calais Migrants’ Shoes, Phones (sputniknews, Oct 15, 2016)
    http://vladtepesblog.com/2016/10/15/readers-links-for-october-15-2016/comment-page-1/#comment-328731

“French police are intimidating refugees at the Calais camp by taking away their shoes, charity leaders say.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Human rights groups and government officials in France and abroad have expressed concern over the French government’s plan to shut down the Calais camp before the end of October. The camp hosts as many as 9,000 people.

The Council of Europe said on Friday that the French authorities have not yet presented detailed accommodation plans for thousands of migrants living at the Calais refugee camp.

“Police are taking decent footwear from refugees. It’s happening a couple of times a week, for sure. It’s another part of a continuing trend of harassment in different ways by the police,” Rowan Farrell, who runs charity Refugee Info Bus, told The Independent in an interview published on Saturday.

Another charity leader, Clare Mosely, told the newspaper that police also destroy the refugees’ phones.

“The shortage of shoes is my biggest concern right now. We are very worried about that for the winter. Sometimes the police smash phones as well. It’s a form of bullying,” Mosely, founder of Care4Calais, said. Grainne Mellon, co-author of the July report on police violence in the camp published by the Bar Human Rights Committee (BHRC), confirmed to The Independent that police were taking the refugees’ shoes and phones. “We found evidence of what appeared to be fairly routine acts of violence in the camp, including shoes being removed and phones being confiscated, corroborated by a number of different sources,” Mellon said.”

  6. George Soros OWNS(!!!!) Voting machines in 16 states !!!

(See article titled: Soros operative buys an Election Firm: Smartmatic, SGO, Malloch-Brown —I have tried to post links several time and it does not work)
Smartmatic, the troubled Venezuelan-linked voting company recent partnered up (late 2014) with a firm called SGO. SGO is headed up by one Lord Mark Malloch-Brown. Brown, as it turns out, is a rather curious and troubling figure. Brown, you should know, has close ties to George Soros and rents a Soros owned house in New York. Brown gets a sweetheart deal at only $10,000 a month. He also serves as the VP of Soros’ hedge fund the Quantum Fund.

In the US, Smartmatic has offered technology and support services to the Electoral Commissions of 307 counties in 16 States:

    Arizona
    California
    Colorado
    District of Columbia

  7. Is there proof of the hit contract Podesta put out on Scalia in the wikileaks emails?

I believe I have found something in the wikileaks emails, specifically this one (https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/1459) seems to be detailing a “movie” contract for Podesta to pick up?

But he’s not a film producer. What could this be? Wet work codespeak? Yep. Includes even a map. Could it be they had a contract out on Justice Scalia?

I found the “order” in the emails disguised in a subtle request for “funding” for a “film idea”. The cost, $1.5 million dollars down, $15 million on completion of the hit.

They were so brazen that they even sent a URL to a map showing a line to the location in texas where the ranch is that Scalia died……they used a smithsonian map to mark the spot.

    http://www.smithsonianeducation.org/educators/lesson_plans/borders/map1a.html

There’s the map URL as it was sent in the email to Podesta (seemingly responding to the contract request)……with the line showing precisely where they would do it at…..the ranch in west Texas and how they would escape, to Mexico through Tecate. Here’s the wikileaks email Podesta was sent:
    https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/1459
There it is, a contract to kill a supreme right there in CIA codespeak with a cute little “movie” pitch idea that went like this

“I have the script, the budget and a producer for this 2016 political, game changing film project – funding is needed. You would be in charge of the content and selecting the producer.”

They’re talking tradecraft. Podesta is not a movie financier is he? There’s plenty of other people to pitch a movie idea to besides HRC right hand man. But hey. That’s not what gets me. The map points right to the ranch. The coincidence is mind boggling.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tN1BzLBmxI

This means they premeditated it all the way back in November of 2015. This is real life Pelican Brief stuff right out of a Grisham novel.
    Here’s what’s intriguing about this…

    1) the use of the term “wet work”, which refers to killing someone, as in organized crime.

    2) the fact that it’s addressed to Hillary campaign chairman John Podesta.

    3) the date of this correspondence — just several days before Scalia was found dead in bed at the ranch in west Texas.

The “movie” is about ‘filling a vacant seat’ to ‘create a massive shift in the ethnic balance of the US’?

    Yeah, that’s a coincidence.

      • The French Revolution was all about dealing with this kind of Ruling Class and why the US Supreme Court allows the most egregious gun controls all the time: witness the ban on automatic weapons, the upholding of bans on firearms by commercial names (Colt AR-15s, Norinco AKMs, etc.), the ban on the registration on new handguns in Chicago and on and on. Standard capacity magazine bans. The most meaningless words in the Constitution are “shall not be infringed.”

All gun control judges need to necklaced ASAP.

I would shed tears for these judges of the crocodile variety.

    • The mechanic was told to leave the Pillow on Justice Scalia’s face.

What the Pillow say’s to concerned parties is “Look, we just whacked a Supreme Court Justice, we had his remains in the furnace, lickety-split, there were no questions asked, no inconvenient postmortems, just a security detail to get the corpse to the incinerator, not in Martha’s Vineyard or Connecticut but in West (by God) Texas. We can do this to a Supreme Court Justice, no one batted an eye except a few loonie tin foil hatters. If we can do this then we can get away with anything, consider our power, if any of our prior associate are thinking of becoming inconvenient and Remembering things, then remember this, mere peons will not get so much as a missing person report.”

It is called Pillow talk in the mechanic business most likely, not as dramatic as waking up next to a horse head and much easier on the horses, but surely the Pillow is a Statement ? Evil is among us and the people in bed with the Evil are in each and every town and doing quite nicely at the expense of every working Man and Woman. Growing fatter on your Tit, they are. This will not go on for ever though, one way or another.

  10. EXCLUSIVE AUDIO – Gennifer Flowers: Bill Clinton Paid $200 For Me to Abort His Baby

NEW YORK — In a rare exclusive interview, Gennifer Flowers, who says she had a 12-year affair with Bill Clinton, opened up about what she described as the experience of having an abortion after she says she found out she was pregnant with Clinton’s child.

Flowers stated that Clinton personally paid $200 for the abortion in 1977, and she revealed that she was made aware that Hillary Clinton knew that same year about the alleged affair, which Flowers says continued another eleven years or so.

Flowers described the abortion as “psychologically a horrible thing to go through,” and “not only physically painful but it was very psychologically painful.”

Flowers was speaking in an hour-long emotional interview set to air Sunday on this reporter’s talk radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and NewsTalk 990 AM.

  11. Trump camp puts forward witness to refute sex assault claim

Donald Trump’s campaign says a British man is countering claims that the GOP presidential nominee groped a woman on a cross-country flight more than three decades ago.

The man says he was sitting across from the accuser and contacted the Trump campaign because he was incensed by her account — which is at odds with what he witnessed.

“I have only met this accuser once and frankly cannot imagine why she is seeking to make out that Trump made sexual advances on her. Not only did he not do so (and I was present at all times) but it was she that was the one being flirtatious,” Anthony Gilberthorpe said in a note provided to The Post by the Trump campaign.

  12. ‘We’re never getting out of here’: How refugees became stranded in Greece

DIAVATA REFUGEE CAMP, Greece — When Europe abruptly closed its land borders last spring to refugees fleeing war, it made a much-heralded promise: Wealthy nations across the European Union would take in tens of thousands of desperate Syrians and Iraqis who had made it as far as near-bankrupt Greece only to find themselves trapped.

But one by one, those nations have reneged, turning primitive camps such as this one into dire symbols of Europe’s broken pledge.

Amid allegations of Greek mismanagement, this site on the grounds of an abandoned toilet-paper factory still lacks basic heat, even as nighttime temperatures dip into the low 50s.

Mosquitoes infest the white canvas tents of refugee families stranded here for months. A 14-year-old Syrian girl was recently raped. There are reports of stabbings, thefts, suicide attempts and drug dealing.

“I won’t go out alone anymore,” said Rama Wahed, a 16-year-old Syrian girl hugging herself in her family’s tent.

  13. Scenes From The Apocalypse – Mass Immigration Ruins The Streets Of France

The Paris you know or remember from adverts or brochures no longer exists. While no part of Paris looks like the romantic Cliches in Hollywood movies, some districts now resemble post-apocalyptic scenes of a dystopian thriller. This footage, taken with a hidden camera by an anonymous Frenchman in the Avenue de Flandres, 19th Arrondissement, near the Stalingrad Metro Station in Paris as well as areas in close proximity, shows the devastating effects of uncontrolled illegal mass immigration of young African males into Europe.

If it weren’t for the somewhat working infrastructure, the scene might as well have been the setting of movie shooting – or a slum in Mogadishu. The streets are littered in garbage, the sidewalks are blocked with trash, junk and mattresses, thousands of African men claim the streets as their own – they sleep and live in tents like homeless people.

If no portable toilets are in reach, open urination and defecation are commonplace. Tens of thousands of homeless Illegal immigrants, undocumented or waiting for a decision of their asylum application, waste away trying to pass the time in the city. Although their prospects of being granted asylum as Africans are bleak, they’re hoping for a decision that would grant them an apartment, welfare and make France their new home.

  14. Going thermonuclear: CIA preps ‘cyber-strike’ on Russia; focuses on finance data
    By J.E. Dyer October 14, 2016

There’s no keeping up with this stuff anymore. Or, if there is, it’s wildly worse than a weary world may have thought it had reason to expect. If Obama were trying to detonate a huge global-trust bomb, he couldn’t be approaching it more effectively.

On Tuesday, LU published a headline from Politico in our Web Crawler, featuring an announcement from White House spokesman Josh Earnest that the Obama administration was contemplating a “proportional” response to Russia’s hacking of U.S. computer systems. Russian hacking attacks have, of course, targeted Democratic Party IT systems, among other things, and most notably are thought to be behind the WikiLeaks data trove being dumped to the public on a near-daily basis now.

At the time, I noted — yes, it was I in that case — that Earnest’s remark was one of the dumbest announcements ever made.

It hasn’t taken long for a dumber one yet to emerge. “U.S. intelligence officials,” we are told, have informed NBC News that the CIA is putting together a cyber-strike on Russia. Apparently, the information was conveyed exactly that baldly and explicitly. You can verify for yourself (just do a search) that the authors of the report are journalists employed by NBC. See the video below as well. This isn’t a hoax.

Here, for what it’s worth, is what the NBC report says:

  15. Due process for Obama’s cronies, but not for you
By Hans Bader October 14, 2016

The concept of “mens rea” – or requiring proof of a “guilty mind” – helps protect due process in a world where people are subject to thousands of obscure and vague laws and regulations.

Politicians often have double standards about whether such proof should be required for a conviction. Many support it for their political allies, but oppose it for their ideological enemies. They also often oppose it for ordinary people.

For example, when the FBI declined to recommend former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s indictment for violating the Espionage Act, the Center for American Progress, a partisan think-tank Clinton was “instrumental” in founding, celebrated it as supposedly applying “a legal concept called mens rea.”

As Reason Magazine notes, “In recommending that the Justice Department not bring charges against Clinton, FBI Director James Comey distinguished her ‘extremely careless’ handling of ‘very sensitive, highly classified information’ from previous cases involving ‘intentional and willful mishandling.’” Many commentators criticized Comey’s decision, arguing that the statute Clinton was accused of violating, 18 U.S.C. § 793(f), requires only “gross negligence,” not intent, and that Clinton’s extreme carelessness constituted “gross negligence.” Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy argued that replacing the words “gross negligence” with “intent” rewrote that statute to serve political ends.

  16. Obama calls for ‘truthiness’ tests for media; decries ‘wild, wild West’ of new-media freedom
    By J.E. Dyer October 14, 2016

[Preface: what a treat to post this, and see that Howard Portnoy has just posted a piece illustrating perfectly why we cannot dispense with the “wild, wild West” of unfettered new media. His “MSM playing us like a fiddle” is exactly what Obama wants when he calls for “curated information.” No, we didn’t coordinate this. We’re just that good. – J.E.]

Here’s the funny thing about Obama’s call for a better “curated” information flow in our public discourse, made during his remarks at an innovation conference in Pittsburgh on Thursday.

I mean, literally, a funny thing. There’s also the not-funny aspect of this.

But here’s the funny one. Obama actually spoke yearningly of having “truthiness tests” for what people get to hear.

“There has to be, I think, some sort of way in which we can sort through information that passes some basic truthiness tests and those that we have to discard, because they just don’t have any basis in anything that’s actually happening in the world,” Obama added.

Now, really. The appearance of the word “truthiness” in our popular vocabulary wasn’t that long ago. And it certainly presented itself through a medium Obama and his hip cohort could be expected to harbor some memory of — Stephen Colbert.

But Obama has apparently forgotten what “truthiness” — vintage 2005 — was actually intended to mean. “Truthiness” doesn’t mean “exhibiting the characteristics of absolute, empirical, or widely accepted truth.” It means more nearly the opposite.

    • The mainstream media played the American electorate like a fiddle

“If average voters turned on the TV for five minutes this week,” writes Kimberly Strassel in The Wall Street Journal, “chances are they know that Donald Trump made lewd remarks a decade ago and now stands accused of groping women.

“But even if average voters had the TV on 24/7, they still probably haven’t heard the news about Hillary Clinton: That the nation now has proof of pretty much everything she has been accused of.”

Strassel goes on to list some of Mrs. Clinton’s less desirable traits, such as being “someone who constantly changes her position to maximize political gain” and who maintains two positions — one public, one private — on a host of issues: on banks; on the wealthy; two on borders; on energy.

      But, alas, Strassel concludes:

  19. Turkey-Backed Forces Attack IS Stronghold in Syria (abcnews, Oct 15, 2016)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/turkey-backed-rebels-attack-stronghold-syria-42825255

“Syrian opposition fighters backed by Turkish airstrikes launched an offensive Saturday to try to capture Dabiq from the Islamic State group, which assigns special status to the northern Syrian town in its ideology and propaganda.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the attack was preceded by intense shelling. It said that Turkey-backed opposition fighters captured three nearby villages, encircling Dabiq and cutting off all supply routes.

Turkey sent troops and tanks into northern Syria in August to help opposition forces recapture IS strongholds and curb the advance of a U.S.-backed Syrian Kurdish militia, which Ankara views as an extension of Turkey’s outlawed Kurdish separatists.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking in Rize on the Black Sea coast, said “we entered Jarablus, and then al-Rai, and now we are moving where? To Dabiq. We will declare a terror-free safe zone of 5,000 (square) kilometers.” He was referring to areas in Syria already captured by Turkish troops and Turkey-backed opposition forces.

Erdogan suggested that some of the nearly 3 million Syrian refugees in Turkey could return to newly liberated areas of their country. “They can go to their own lands, we can let them live there safely,” he said. “That’s the step we will take. We have given our proposal to coalition powers and we are moving together.”

The town of Dabiq is central to IS propaganda. The extremists, citing ancient prophecy, believe Dabiq will be the scene of an apocalyptic battle between Christianity and Islam. The group named its online magazine after the town, which it has occupied since August 2014.

But the extremist group, in its latest edition of its Nabaa online magazine, played down the importance of the looming battle, saying that Turkey and its allies believe that IS fighters don’t know the difference between “the lesser battle of Dabiq and the great Dabiq epic.”

“The great epic of Dabiq will be preceded by events that have signs of doomsday that the holy warriors in trenches know about,” al-Nabaa said…”

“A suicide bomber struck a funeral gathering in Baghdad on Saturday, killing at least 35 people and wounding more than 60, Iraqi police and hospital officials said.

The attack in the Shaab neighborhood occurred around lunchtime, the officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief the media. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility in a statement carried by its Aamaq news agency.

Hussein Khazem, the owner of clothing warehouse near where the bombing took place, said the bomber detonated his payload inside a funeral tent, causing a big explosion.

He saw a large number of killed and wounded people, many burning cars and major damage to the local market nearby. The dead included elderly people, children, and some women. He closed his shop to help evacuate the wounded and remove the bodies…”

“A MOB called for a 16-year-old Christian boy to be HANGED over a Facebook post insulting Islam.

Nabeel Masih had to be rushed out of a court hearing to escape the baying mob who threatened to burn his entire family.

Masih faces the death penalty after posting a photograph of Kaaba in Mecca, one of holiest sites in Islam, on his profile.

Locals claimed the “insulting and sacrilegious” image showed the Kaaba with a pig’s head on top.

As he appeared in court this week charged with blasphemy an 80-strong mob confronted the teen, from Kasur in Punjab province.

The crowd threatened Masih and his family and called for the teenager to be hanged.

Masih’s legal team said: “There were about 80 people of different age groups including students that were present in the premises only for Nabeel’s hearing and each of them was continuously calling on the phone for other people to come. Even the lawyers were threatened.”

The mob reportedly threatened to wipe out Masih’s entire family as the judge announced the teenager could face the death sentence…”

    http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/721397/Illegal-immigrants-Theresa-May-migrant-crisis-money-Home-Office-migration

“THE UK Government is giving £2,000 of taxpayers’ cash to illegal immigrants to get them to leave the country amid the publishing of new figures which show the UK border’s are at crisis point.

Prime Minister Theresa May, who was responsible for immigration until she assumed responsibility for running the country, is facing mounting pressure to bring the situation under control as it’s revealed asylum claims are at their highest level in 12 years.

Each day immigration officials are forced to deal with queues of thousands of people desperate to secure their status in the country.

And to tackle it the Home Office has confirmed illegal immigrants are now being offered £2,000 each to leave as well as a flight home paid for by British taxpayers…”

    • “And to tackle it the Home Office has confirmed illegal immigrants are now being offered £2,000 each to leave as well as a flight home paid for by British taxpayers…”

Believe it or not, this may be one of the least expensive alternatives. But only if comprehensive biometrics (as in, fingerprints, ear-shape photo, retinal scan, DNA swab, etc.) are kept on file in order to detect subsequent attempts at reentry.

The average “immigrant” (i.e., Economic Tourist) will end up costing whichever destination government they select quite a bit more than £2,000 ($2,437.20) and the price of a one-way plane ticket. More than likely, just the immigrant induction paperwork alone far exceeds that measly £2,000. Toss in a few random crimes plus the usual hoovering up of social benefits by these invaders and this crass bribery makes a whole lot of sense.

Again, it only works if there is a strict policy forbidding any subsequent reentry. Sadly, most of Europe resembles a well-oiled revolving door for criminals and immigrants (in the infrequent case that they are not both at the same time).

  25. UN told EU to accept 1.3m MORE migrants EVERY YEAR or face population crisis (express, Oct 15, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/721233/migrants-EU-UN-declining-population-crisis-migration-report

“THE United Nations told Europe to accept even MORE migrants as a way of CONTROLLING the continent’s declining population.

The radical report, titled ‘Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?’ advocates an influx of immigrants as a means of supporting an ageing population.

It projects that over the next 50 years the population of several western countries, including the UK, Germany, France and Italy, will steadily decline unless measures are taken to reverse the trend.

Penned in 2001, the report has resurfaced in the wake of the migrant crisis sweeping Europe.

It reads: “The new challenges of declining and ageing populations will require comprehensive reassessments of many established policies and programmes, including those relating to international migration.

“Focusing on these two striking and critical population trends, the report considers replacement migration for eight low-fertility countries… and two regions.

“Replacement migration refers to the international migration that a country would need to offset population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.”

The two regions the report focusses on is Europe and the European Union.

When breaking down migration into the European Union, it hypothesised the EU would need an extra 612,000 people per year between 2000-2025, and 1.3 m per year from 2025-2050 to prevent the overall population declining.

It adds: “The annual numbers of immigrants who would be needed to prevent the population of working-age from declining are about double the numbers received in the last decade.

“If one wishes to keep active support ratios at levels closer to what they are currently, without large numbers of immigrants, serious consideration would have to be given to increasing active participation in the labour force beyond the age of 65 years.”

The report states that if the current situation continued unchanged some countries would see their entire population decrease by a quarter or one third.

In order to support the older generations the retirement age would need to be raised to 75.

Recent figures from Eurostat, the statistical arm of the European Union (EU), revealed that without migration Italy’s population will plummet by 10 million, from 60.6m to 51.5m by 2050, raising Italy’s average age to 53.7.

The Italian minister for regional affairs, Enrico Costa, called the figures a “doomsday scenario” and has urged more to be done to promote domestic birth rates.

He advocated Italy adopting more policies to promote domestic births, adding: “We need structural measures”.

The politician added national plans of individual EU states were not enough to reverse the decline in home births, but EU-wide policies are needed.

The report itself advocates an overhaul of policies geared towards immigration.

It says: “The new challenges being brought about by declining and ageing populations will require objective, thorough and comprehensive reassessments of many established economic, social and political policies and programmes.”

Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel has come under fire fore her ‘open door’ policy for migrants, which has seen hundreds of thousands settle across the country.

More than one million people have headed to Europe since last year, dubbed the migrant crisis, with national governments’ varying in their response.

qualid camps have sprung up at borders, notably Idomeni at the Greece-Macedonia border at the Jungle at Calais.

Chancellor Merkel’s ruling CDU (Christian Democratic Union) party received a drubbing in the elections for state parliaments in recent months, losing ground to the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.

Her party is widely expected to lose the general election next year.”

  26. Are NYC Cops Preparing to Abandon Ship?
    Blue lives matter.

Is the Big Apple about to witness an exodus of cops from the force? That’s what The New York Post is asking after reporting that nearly 600 of the city’s boys in blue nearing retirement age have signed up for a pension seminar next week — four times the number who normally sign up by this point:

The Tuesday event for members of the officers, sergeants and detectives unions will be held in Queens Village and feature retirement advice from Joe Maccone, former commanding officer of the NYPD’s pension section. The venue holds 700, and organizers fear they will be forced to turn some people away at the doors.

The Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association said that typically about 150 cops RSVP in the week before the event, and the record number of reservations points to a looming exodus of veteran officers.

The union blames the increased interest in the retirement seminar on job dissatisfaction, including low pay and low morale.

The NYPD did have a spike in hiring from 1,593 to 2,418 between 1996 and 1997 — and cops can retire with full pensions after 20 years.

But PBA officials said RSVPs had never before surged like this — even when the event fell 20 years after a similar peak in hiring.

Three little words can explain this: war on cops.

Trump supporters have repeatedly questioned not just the findings, but the motives of pollsters.

Earlier this week, Thomas Lifson expressed skepticism about a Hart Research Associates poll showing Donald Trump down by 11 points. As Conservative Treehouse revealed, the organization has been a big contributor to Hillary Clinton, handing over $220,500 in September alone.

But Hart is not taken seriously by those who follow the polling industry. Peter Hart is always identified as a “Democratic pollster,” and Nate Silver, in his detailed analysis of the 2012 presidential race, didn’t bother looking at Hart’s data.

In fact, the major polls have a strong incentive to get accurate results. As Frank Newport of Gallup can tell you, their reputation and their bottom line suffer when they misforecast an important election.

And pollsters are well aware that they are under more intense scrutiny that they were a decade ago. Call it the Nate Silver Effect.

Gallup, you’ll recall, showed Mitt Romney comfortably ahead for all of October, with the race tightening in the final days. In its last poll before the election, Gallup still showed Romney in the lead, 49% to 48%. But the president wound up with 51.06% of the vote, and Mitt with 47.2%

Frank Newport ordered an exhaustive review of the organization’s polling methods. The results were released six months later.

  28. French Gov’t Under Pressure From Mayors to Reveal Names on Security Watch List

(CNSNews.com) – The French government is resisting pressure from conservative mayors who are demanding access to a confidential list of security suspects, including thousands suspected of Islamist radicalization.

Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said this week he would not provide the information to mayors who want to act against – presumably by trying to expel – residents of their cities and towns who appear on the so-called S File or S List.

Cazeneuve in a newspaper interview pointed out that people on the list, while they are monitored, are not subject to an arrest warrants “because there is no proof that they are really dangerous. They are only suspects.”

“The need for confidentiality in the investigations is essential,” he added. “Thanks to the confidentiality in the investigations, we have arrested 355 people linked to terrorist networks since January.”

Cazeneuve said the government should find a way to involve mayors in the process of preventing radicalization, but without hampering the efficiency of the intelligence agencies and their work.

  29. Americans Fear GUN CONTROL More Than Mass Shootings

Remember back in the 90’s when Eric Holder said we need to “brainwash” Americans about guns? He said that in the same way cigarette smokers were shamed for smoking tobacco products, Americans should be equally shamed about owning guns.

Holder later clarified that he was talking specifically about young black men. But that didn’t stop the establishment from trying to brainwash everyone, regardless of race or age, about firearms.

The media works hard to over-sensationalize mass shootings and the murderers themselves – particularly if they’re white – for the purpose of increased ratings. But it also has the effect of making people afraid to the point of paranoia about guns. Politicians take that fear and paranoia and channel it into political action.

So far, however, it hasn’t translated enough into the kind of action they want. They want tighter and tighter restrictions on firearms. They want semi-automatic rifles outlawed. They want to ban what they call “high-capacity” magazines – those that can hold more than ten rounds.

  30. Lawmakers Investigate Whether Cash to Iran Funded Attack on American Navy

Obama and his cronies autonomously decided to take $1.7 in taxpayer funds and give it to Iran. The implications of this act are far reaching, and it seems clear that it served to weaken our national security interests. Congress is now investigating whether those funds are being used to sponsor attacks on America’s military.

The Washington Free Beacon reports – Leading members of Congress suspect a portion of a recent $1.7 billion cash payment to Iran may have been used to help arm and support Yemeni terrorists who recently fired missiles on a U.S. Navy ship in the Red Sea, according to a new congressional inquiry that seeks to determine how U.S. taxpayer funds are being used by Iran to boost its global terror operation.

Iran is believed to have used a large portion of the $1.7 billion, suspected to have been paid by the United States as part of a ransom to free U.S. hostages, to fund its global terror operation and strengthen its military, according to conversations with lawmakers who told the Washington Free Beacon that U.S. taxpayer funds are likely being used to sponsor attacks

    • France: Corsicans protest jail sentence for nationalist bomb attackers

Protesters threw flares and Molotov cocktails and lit fires on the streets of Bastia, Corsica, on Saturday, protesting against the conviction of three young Corsican nationalists by a Parisian court.

The unrest happened after a protest of several thousand attendees, arranged by Corsican student unions, calling for Amnesty International to veto the sentences. Riot police were mobilised in the area, resulting in clashes between masked protesters and police. Masked and hooded protesters lit fires on the streets and vehicles, threw Molotov cocktails at buildings and lit smoke flares.

The three youths, Battini, Tomasini and Verdi, were sentenced by a Parisian court to five to eight years in prison, for a bomb attack in the French commune of Corte in August, 2012.

  36. Germany threatens Facebook with hate speech law (thelocal, Oct 15, 2016)
    https://www.thelocal.de/20161015/germany-threatens-facebook-with-hate-speech-law

“A senior German politician said on Friday that social media giants like Facebook should face penalties if they fail to tackle hate speech, after a surge in xenophobic comments linked to the migrant influx.

The threat from Volker Kauder, a key member of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s party, follows a similar warning by Justice Minister Heiko Maas, in a growing sign of German politicians’ frustration with such websites.

“The time for round-tables is over. I’ve run out of patience,” said Volker Kauder, chairman of the Christian Democratic Union’s parliamentary group.

Facebook and Twitter have seen a rise in anti-migrant commentary in Europe’s biggest economy, as public misgivings grow in some corners over the almost 900,000 asylum seekers who arrived last year.

The government has pushed the US online networks to take swift action to combat hate speech.

Despite a pledge in December last year by Facebook, Twitter and Google to examine and remove offensive posts in Germany within 24 hours, users have reported that their requests to take down hate speech have often hit a wall.

Kauder said that if the companies fail to remove offensive posts within a week after they have been reported, then they should be penalised, with a suggested fine of 50,000 euros ($55,000) per post.

In an interview last week, Justice Minister Maas noted that the online giants had taken action only in a minority of cases.

Out of the cases reported to Twitter in Germany, only one percent was erased, he said, while for Facebook, the proportion was 46 percent. “If the companies refuse to meet their responsibility, then there will be
consequences,” Maas told business daily Handelsblatt.

A first step would be to require them to offer more transparency on how they are dealing with the issue, by publishing annually how many illegal hate commentaries have been reported and how many have been dealt with, he said.

“If criminal content is not swiftly deleted, then we need to consider how to make Facebook and Twitter liable,” he said, adding that “this Damocles sword hangs over them”.

“They now have time to prove themselves before we impose a legal requirement,” he warned.”

      • “Kashmir is the main cause… Are you kidding me…”

I trust that you are heaping (entirely justifiable) blame upon Pakistan—as in Terrorism Central—along with their persistent and gleeful banker (i.e., Saudi Arabia) with respect to allocating blame for the continuing desecration of that earthly paradise known as Kashmir.

Several months ago I finished reading, “Freedom at Midnight” (see: https://www.amazon.com/Freedom-at-Midnight-Larry-Collins/dp/1441746374). Despite its glossing over of Lord Mountbatten’s various peccadilloes, from the book there emerged an inescapable conclusion that (second only to WWII itself), the partitioning of India—which created West & East Pakistan (now Bangladesh)—was one of the most disastrous possible outcomes arising from the entire last half of our planet’s 20th century.

I hope that you agree. Pakistan’s acquisition of nuclear weapons may well prove to be one of the most catastrophic events of the past few dozen decades. Even the remote possibility of other Islamic-majority nations (e.g., Iran) similarly acquiring atomic weapons of any sort represents a stupendous calamity.

          • “You do believe in making understatements don’t you?”

Usually, almost always some of the time, definitely maybe.

    • Kashmir is to Pakistan and India what the “Palestinians” are to the Muslim Middle East and Israel (plus all other Western powers).

Both of these low-level wars are putrescent scabs that will be incessantly picked at by Muslim powers to create the running sores serving as part of enabling whichever various Islamic powers involved to continually shrug off any obligation to clean their own houses—in favor of demanding immediate resolution of these (intentionally) intractable conflicts as a way of dodging any genuine reformation on their own part.

      Pardon me whilst I vomit.
