An American town is set to pass a law requiring every household to keep a gun.

The city council of Nelson, Georgia unanimously approved the proposal at a meeting this week.

While lawmakers in Washington may soon restrict owning a firearm, this town would make it a crime not to.

  1. Well, I never thought (that in this day and age) I’d see the day!! Most satisfying post.

  2. Not a lot different from Switzerland – a pretty peaceful place. As we know, it’s not the presence of guns, it’s the culture.

    And to have the authorities in complete control of all weapons, well, we know how that goes.

  3. Back in the 80s Kenesaw Georgia passed the same law, for all practical purposes they have been crime free ever since.
