For the first time, Iran’s highest-ranking military official has tied the reappearance of the last Islamic messiah to the regime being prepared to go to a war based on ideology.

“With having the treasure of the Holy Defense, Valayat (Guardianship of the Jurist) and martyrs, we are ready for a big war,” Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi said, according to Mashregh news, which is run by the Revolutionary Guards.

“Of course this confrontation has always continued; however, since we are in the era of The Coming, this war will be a significant war.”

  1. HA! All this big talk means they are peeing themselves.

All their internet propoganda has been geared towards dissuading Americans from supporting a military strike against them.

That means they know they will be crushed.

  2. They’re going to make sure the stage is set for the “mahdi” even if it means sacrificing their own people. If events don’t unfold naturally they will simply manipulate them.

  3. Thank you Pope Urban II, I thought I was the only one who sees that the Iranians are serious, they are willing to sacrifice everyone and everything to bring back the Mahdi. This is why they are stalling the negotiations on their nucler program, they want to create hell on earth to bring back the Mahdi.
