NYC hospital technician watched porn on smartphone, lawsuit alleges

FOX NEWS:

A Mount Sinai Hospital technician — responsible for running complicated equipment during open-heart surgeries — watched porn on his smartphone as patients lay with their lives in the balance just inches away, according to a bombshell lawsuit by former cardiovascular tech Sandra Morris.

“I once saw him watching a of a woman riding a man,” Morris, 37, said of Ahmed Cercioglu, whom she names in her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

“Another time, I saw him watching a guy [having sex with] a girl and the girl [giving the man oral sex],” Morris claimed of Cercioglu, her former boss.

  1. Alarming, no-other medical professional found it troubling that this tech wasn’t focusing on his task at hand 100% all along. How many professionals attending in a sterile OR environment carry/use their cell phones in the operatory? How is that maintaining the sterile environment?

How many OR staff let this tech’s behavior slide? Why?

Infection control, anyone? Now that the suit has been published, has the hospital relieved him duty? If not, the hospital insurer should be put on notice, perhaps added as defendent on the suit . . . go class action/Every patient that was prone and naked on that OR table, relying on this tech’s skill should be encouraged to join her suit – especially if any suffered the slightest ill effects at or since surgery.

Is this tech still licensed? employed?

    Disgusting.

  2. I’m assuming he’s muslim and most of the operations were just on the dirty kuffar anyway. Disgusting POS. He’d better be fired and banned from ever working in a hospital again.
