Die Bremer Verbraucherzentrale warnt vor einer SMS, in der Bürger mit drastischen Worten zur Bestellung des Koran aufgefordert werden. Auf keinen Fall sollte man dem darin enthaltenen Link folgen, stattdessen sollten sich Betroffene bei der Bundesnetzagentur melden.
In der SMS heißt es: “Bei Nichtkonvertierung zum Islam droht dir das Höllenfeuer! Wenn du eine Koranübersetzung haben möchtest, folge dem Link: lies-stiftung.de.”
Wer dem Link aus der SMS folgt, stößt auf eine 2011 unter dem Namen “Lies!” in Deutschland gestartete Koranverteilungskampagne, die eine möglichst große Verbreitung des Islams zum Ziel hat. Mittlerweile ist die Kampagne verboten.
“Datenfischer haben es oft nur auf die Daten abgesehen”
Wer genau hinter den dubiosen SMS steckt, ist unklar. „Selbst mich hat die bedrohlich klingende SMS im ersten Moment sehr irritiert”, sagte Annabel Oelmann aus dem Vorstand der Bremer Verbraucherzentrale.
“Wir können den Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern nur Mut machen, der Neugier nicht nachzugeben und nicht auf den Link zu klicken. Derartigen SMS ist nicht zu entnehmen, welcher Anbieter sich mit welchen Motiven dahinter versteckt. Datenfischer oder andere kriminelle Anbieter haben es oft nur auf die Daten abgesehen, die das Smartphone automatisch sendet, wenn Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher den Anweisungen in der Werbe-SMS folgen”, so die Expertin weiter.
“Lies!” wurde verboten
“Lies!”, zu dessen Internetseite die SMS leitet, war die größte und aufwendigste Werbeaktion von Islamisten in Deutschland. Ihre Kosten werden auf mehrere Millionen Euro geschätzt. Als Initiator gilt der bereits wegen Sozialhilfebetrugs verurteilte Ibrahim Abou-Nagie.

As Sunday’s Austrian presidential election looms, anti-mass migration candidate Norbert Hofer blasted German Chancellor Angela Merkel accusing her of allowing terrorists into Europe.
In the latest debate, aired on Austria’s ATV network, populist Freedom Party (FPÖ) presidential candidate Norbert Hofer said that Merkel’s migrant policies were “causing serious damage to Europe” and claimed that the result of her open door policy last year allowed for well over a million migrants “including terrorists to trek through Austria”, reports Zeit Online.
The statements echo those made weeks ago by the leader of the FPÖ Heinz-Christian Strache who said that Ms. Merkel was the “most dangerous woman in Europe”, because of her migrant policies.
The debate returned to the U.S. presidential election, President-Elect Donald J. Trump being a subject of discussion in the previous debate, with Hofer criticising his rival, ex-Green party leader Alexander Van der Bellen, for his attitude toward the incoming U.S. president. “It is not clever to describe a president as a rabble rouser”, said Hofer referring to comments made weeks prior by Van der Bellen in which he called Trump and Hofer “demagogues“.
Mr. Van der Bellen fired back at Hofer claiming that the election of the populist candidate could make Austria one step closer to an exit from the European Union (EU). While Hofer has floated the idea of leaving, he has said that he would only back a referendum on membership if the EU becomes even more centralised, or if Turkish membership into the political bloc is granted.
“The FPÖ has been toying with Austria’s exit for 20 years. Many politicians in Europe are worried that the mere speculation could trigger… an avalanche of right-wing populism,” said Mr. Van der Bellen. Already in the wake of the victory of President-Elect Trump many have speculated a growth in populist parties across Europe, calling it the “Trump Effect.”
Hofer and Van der Bellen also look in opposite directions when it comes to foreign ties. Van der Bellen looks west wanting to foster stronger ties with the German government, while Hofer looks east, and has expressed a desire to reengage with Russia and look for ways to end the economic sanctions which also impact the Austrian economy.
After almost a year of campaigning, the longest ever Austrian presidential race is set to come to a conclusion this Sunday, December 4th. While Van der Bellen has wooed over many in the establishment, including several members of the conservative Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP), Hofer has made huge inroads with working class Austrians fed up with what they consider an out of touch elite.

White House: Obama Proud No ‘Major Personal Scandal’ Occurred in His Administration
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Monday that President Obama is proud that no one in his administration has suffered a “major personal scandal” during his time in office.
The comment came at the White House daily press briefing during a discussion about former CIA Director David Petraeus’ past guilty plea of mishandling classified information.
Bloomberg reporter Justin Sink asked if the Obama administration believes it is a “guiding principle” that someone who has such a charge levied against them should be barred from serving as a senior official in the U.S. government.
“Just as a guiding principle, does the president–or does the administration believe that somebody who’s had severe classification issues, for which they’ve been convicted, should hold senior positions in the United States government?” he asked.
Earnest said that each president is going to “have to decide for themselves” who they name as senior officials and “what kind of person” they want to fill each position.
“President Obama obviously took that responsibility very seriously and assembled a team that he’s quite proud of to serve him and the country, and the president has spoken at some length about how proud he is that there hasn’t been a major personal scandal in his administration,” he said.
Earnest emphasized the personal character of the people Obama chose to serve in his administration.
“The kind of people he has chosen to serve in high profile, influential positions in the administration have done so with a focus on the country’s best interest, and the president’s quite proud of that,” Earnest said. “Obviously the future presidents will have to, I think, will understandably be measured against that high standard. But they’ll eventually have to decide on their own who they believe can best serve the country and best serve them in the range of important decisions.”
Earnest’s statement comes well over a year after it was first revealed publicly that Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state against State Department rules.
The FBI launched a year-long investigation into the matter to see if Clinton mishandled classified material with her email practices. The probe was initially concluded in July, when FBI Director James Comey recommended that no charges be brought against Clinton, but was then reopened in late October after the bureau recovered new emails while investigating the husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin for an unrelated issue. The FBI soon thereafter stood by its initial recommendation to not prosecute.
Another scandal that occurred during the Obama administration was when the IRS came under fire for purposefully targeting Tea Party groups for extra examination and scrutiny.
The Obama administration was also criticized for former Attorney General Eric Holder’s connections to the scandal over Operation Fast and Furious, a gunrunning program that let thousands of firearms cross the border into Mexico.

The problem with the explanation under that photo is that if all three of the states are unable to cast their electoral votes no one would get 270 and the decision would be sent to Congress. The House would elect the President by a simple majority with each state getting one vote and the Senate would elect the VP.
Stein missed the deadline and number of signatures on the petition for a recount in Penn. without the Penn votes being with held Trump will be over 270 votes.
Other theories is that 1) this is an attack on the electoral collage
2) Hillary is trying to see that her vote fraud in the three states is covered up.
Iranian patrol boat aims gun at U.S. helicopter near Strait of Hormuz

On Saturday, 26 November, an Iranian patrol boat operated by the IRGCN reportedly pointed a weapon at a U.S. helicopter from USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN-69) as Eisenhower transited the Strait of Hormuz.
Eisenhower, which deployed in early June, has been in the Persian Gulf providing air support to the fights in Iraq and Syria. Officials didn’t say whether the carrier was heading into or out of the Gulf; my guess would be out. (The ship is probably not on her way home, however, given that her likely relief just completed COMPTUEX/JTFEX before Thanksgiving. Navy ships are no longer on a reliable 6-month deployment schedule.)

In France, retail chains and importers now have the legal obligation to label products originating in Judea, Samaria, eastern Jerusalem and the Golan Heights.
On November 24, the Official Gazette of the French Republic (JORF) published Regulation No 1169/2011, ordering “economic operators” to inform consumers about “the origin of goods from the territories occupied by Israel since June 1967.”
This French regulation is an application of the interpretive notice issued by the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ), on November 12, 2015. The notice states that the EU “does not recognise Israel’s sovereignty over the territories occupied by Israel since June 1967, namely the Golan Heights, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and does not consider them to be part of Israel’s territory” and claims it is responding to “a demand for clarity from consumers, economic operators and national authorities”.
The European Commission allowed member states to arrange their own national implementation of this European regulation, with financial penalties.
The French adoption of this EU policy insists on labeling Israeli products with the greatest precision possible.

Evangelical ministers have often been expelled from Arab and Islamic communities. This happened at an Arab festival in Dearborn, Michigan. The city of Dearborn had to apologize for arresting several Christian missionaries who were peacefully preaching to Muslims at the Dearborn Arab International Festival in 2010.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission set a timetable Monday for a recount of the presidential election but rejected a request for a hand recount. The commission is made up of three Democrats and three Republicans. It adopted the recount plans unanimously.

The Anonymous “insider” says the recount will reveal people out of state voting, non citizens voting, people voting numerous times, and nursing home violations.

According to reports, the failed Democratic nominee’s US-based charity received the cash to help plant trees in Africa at exactly the time she declared Angela Merkel her “favourite” politician.

In October, around the same time the transaction was made, it was revealed that Mrs Clinton said the German Chancellor was one of her “favourites” when asked about who she admired in global politics.
Mrs Clinton said on board her plane: “One of my favourites is Angela Merkel because I think she’s been an extraordinary, strong leader during difficult times in Europe, which has obvious implications for the rest of the world and, most particularly, our country.
“And I hope I’ll have the opportunity to work with her in the future.”
The Clinton Foundation has been the subject of much controversy since the publishing of a top selling book “Clinton Cash”, by author Peter Schweizer.
According to reports the tome alleges foreign groups and governments gave money to Mrs Clinton’s charity in return for access to the State Department while she was Secretary of State.
Now eyebrows are being raised after it was revealed German taxpayers handed over millions in the third quarter of the year, during the period Mrs Clinton was running for President – while at the same time being investigated by the FBI.
And it has been claimed the foundation’s donors list shows the Federal Ministry of the Environment had made the transaction.

Laut der Geberliste der “Clinton Foundation”, überwies das Ministerium zwischen einer und 5 Millionen US-Dollar.
Die Familienstiftung der Clintons war schon vor Beginn des amerikanischen Präsidentschaftswahlkampfs mehrfach ins Gerede gekommen. Politiker, Staatsoberhäupter und Lobbyisten hätten sich mit Geldspenden an die Clinton Foundation Termine bei der früheren amerikanischen Außenministerin Hillary Clinton praktisch kaufen können, lautete der in US-Medien geäußerte Verdacht.
Im Wahlkampf 2016 lieferte die Stiftung den Republikanern um Donald Trump immer wieder Vorwände, die politische Unabhängigkeit der Präsidentschaftskandidatin Hillary in Zweifel zu ziehen.
Das Buch „Clinton Cash“ des Autors Peter Schweizer, warf einen kritischen Blick auf die Vermögensbildung der Familie und schaffte es damit schnell auf die Bestsellerliste der „New York Times“. Die Stiftungsleitung musste schließlich zugeben, das Spendensammeln nicht ausreichend transparent gemacht zu haben.
Dass allerdings auch die deutsche Bundesregierung zu den Geldgebern der Stiftung zählte, ging im Getöse des Wahlkampfs unter. Erst jetzt wird in der aktuellen Spendenliste der Foundation sichtbar, dass das Bundesumweltministerium einen Millionenbetrag überwiesen hatte. Im dritten Quartal 2016, also auf dem Höhepunkt des Wahlkampfs, flossen deutsche Steuergelder von bis zu fünf Millionen Dollar an die Familienstiftung.
Warum muss Deutschland den US-Wahlkampf finanzieren?
Einigen Beobachtern erscheint der deutsche Posten auf der Liste der „Donors and Grantors“ erklärungsbedürftig. „Wieso unterstützt ein Bundesministerium den Wahlkampf einer amerikanischen Präsidentschaftskandidatin?“, fragt etwa Vera Lengsfeld, frühere Bürgerrechtsaktivistin, Bundestagsabgeordnete und Autorin in ihrem Blog: „Anscheinend mussten deutsche Steuerzahler, ohne es zu wissen, Hillary Clintons Wahlkampf finanzieren.“
Das Bundesumweltministerium dagegen teilte auf Nachfrage der „Welt“ mit, dass es „grundsätzlich keine Spenden vornimmt“. Bei dem genannten Betrag handele es sich um „Finanzierungen im Rahmen der Internationalen Klimaschutzinitiative (IKI)“.
Trump will doch nichts gegen Clinton unternehmen
Demnach dienten die deutschen Steuergelder der „Unterstützung von Forst- und Landschaftsrenaturierung in Ostafrika“. Dies sei ein Projekt, das mit deutscher Kofinanzierung „unmittelbar von der Clinton Foundation in Kenia und Äthiopien durchgeführt“ werde, erklärte ein Sprecher von Bundesumweltministerin Barbara Hendricks (SPD).
Ministerium: Erfahrungen mit Clinton-Stiftung positiv
Auch bei einem zweiten Projekt ist die Bundesregierung als einer der Partner der Clinton-Stiftung dabei. Dabei gehe es um die „Wiederherstellung von Waldökosystemen“ in Indien, Kenia, El Salvador, Mexiko, Vietnam, Uganda und Peru, heißt es. Das Engagement sei unter anderem mit dem Auswärtigen Amt abgestimmt.
„Die Erfahrungen mit der Clinton Foundation sind bisher positiv“, betont der Sprecher des Bundesumweltministeriums: „Die Prüfung des bisherigen Projektverlaufs hat zu keinen Beanstandungen geführt.“
Der frühere amerikanische Präsident Bill Clinton hatte die Clinton Foundation nach seinem Auszug aus dem Weißen Haus im Jahre 2001 gegründet und später in Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation umbenannt.
Die gemeinnützige Organisation hat seit ihrer Gründung mehr als 1,9 Milliarden Dollar eingesammelt und finanziert damit internationale Projekte im Klimaschutz, in der Entwicklungshilfe, im Bereich Frauenrechte und medizinische Versorgung.
Umweltministerium förderte auch TTIP-Gegner
Gleichwohl wirft das Engagement des Bundesumweltministeriums erneut die Frage auf, wie stark und unter welchen Bedingungen Nichtregierungsorganisationen (NGOs) mit Steuergeldern finanziert werden sollten. Insbesondere bei schwer zu kontrollierenden ausländischen NGOs mit großer Nähe zur aktiven Politik könnte eine besondere Vorsicht angebracht sein.
Das Bundesumweltministerium war vor einigen Monaten in die Schlagzeilen gekommen, als bekannt wurde, dass das Haus eine Organisation von TTIP-Gegnern finanziell gefördert hatte.
Der Abschluss des geplanten amerikanisch-europäischen Freihandelsabkommens ist eigentlich erklärtes Regierungsziel und war Teil des Koalitionsvertrages zwischen Union und SPD. Der Wirtschaftsverband „Die jungen Unternehmer“ forderte damals „eine gründliche Aufklärung der NGO-Subventionierung durch den Bundesrechnungshof“.

BREITBART – Charlie Hebdo Launches German Edition, Merkel Front Cover
PARIS (AFP) – There are no prizes for guessing whose face features on the poster for the first German edition of Charlie Hebdo which will appear on newsstands in Berlin and Vienna on Thursday.
Chancellor Angela Merkel will be pictured in a moment of quiet contemplation reading the satirical weekly on the toilet.
“Charlie Hebdo, the newspaper that relaxes,” the legend reads.
The irreverent French phenomenon, which was the victim of a bloody jihadist attack in January 2015, hopes to continue its renaissance with a German version of its provocative mix of no-holds-barred cartoons and biting satirical columns.
Germans bought 70,000 copies of Charlie Hebdo’s “survivors’ edition”, which appeared one week after last year’s massacre in the magazine’s Paris offices, and its already sells 1,000 copies a week of its French edition there.
Its editor the cartoonist Riss — who was shot in the shoulder during the attack — has been working on a German-language version for six months.
He has also drawn the poster for the first issue with Merkel resplendent in pink reading a Charlie Hebdo which wonders whether she would be able to govern both Germany and France at the same time.
The cover she is holding on her throne is one originally drawn by the weekly’s murdered former editor, Charb, who was gunned down in the attack in which 12 people died.
“I always thought that we would be able to export Charlie Hebdo,” Riss told AFP.
“There is a real curiosity in Germany about what we are doing, which is not the case for instance in Britain, Spain or Portugal,” he added.
– Freedom to attack religion –
Its 200,000-copy launch in Germany is certainly ambitious — almost the same number as are printed in France every week.
“Unfortunately lots of people outside France discovered Charlie Hebdo because of the attacks when it is supposed to be a magazine that makes you laugh,” Riss said.
And the cartoonist said he was wary of the weekly’s 46-year history being reduced to the attacks.
“It is true that an important aspect of our editorial identity is our attachment to the freedom to criticise religion, but Charlie Hebdo in not just that,” he insisted.
“If we succeed in developing a readership abroad, we are also making allies,” said Riss, whose real name is Laurent Sourisseau.
“Those allies will help us get our message out and be understood,” he added.
Despite its many fans and supporters, Charlie Hebdo has never had a shortage of enemies.
It first became a target of Islamist extremists after publishing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed.
Most Muslims consider portraying the prophet in images to be blasphemous. But it also regularly outrages Christians, drawing criticism from the Vatican, as well as from the French political establishment.
– ‘Tactless’ –
Nor did its humour go down well in Italy after the town of Amatrice was devastated by an earthquake in August. Its “macabre and tactless” pasta-themed cartoons on the quake, including one portraying victims crushed under layers of lasagna, prompted the town to sue.
Italy’s Interior Minister Angelino Alfano was even more forthright in his fury, telling the cartoonists where they “could stick their pencils”.
Charlie Hebdo is keeping under wraps which German sacred cows it will take to the slaughter.
Its 16-page German version is mostly a translation of the French edition but with some content written specifically for a German audience.
Riss said he hoped it would inspire young German cartoonists to dare to start drawing for it.
But such are the security concerns that the edition’s young female editor — who heads a 12-person team — is working under a pseudonym, Minka Schneider.
“Our biggest challenge isn’t German humour,” she said, “it is that the cartoon culture (from which Charlie Hebdo comes) doesn’t really have an equivalent here.”
Germany already has two major satirical monthlies, Titanic and Eulenspiegel, but their humour is different to Charlie Hebdo’s, she said.
Riss is realistic about the German edition’s long-term prospects. “It’s a test, an experiment” but he argued that the magazine’s brand of humour was “universal”, with part of its website already available in English.
Nevertheless, he admitted that often foreigners didn’t how to take the magazine’s often vicious edge.
“Charlie Hebdo is kind of an extra terrestrial… its humour is a little cynical, disillusioned. There is a pessimism in our drawings but we try to laugh about it,” he said.

Arab News has reported on November 23, 2016 that Yemen’s Houthi rebels and supporters of the former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh are responsible for the killing of 9,646 civilians. 8,146 of them men, 597 women, and 903 children, from January 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 in 16 Yemeni provinces. According to Shami Al-Daheri, a military analyst and strategic expert, the Houthis are being led by Iran and follow Tehran’s orders. “They are moving in Yemen, Iraq, and Syria following Tehran’s orders. If the country sees there is pressure on its supporters in Iraq, it issues orders to the Houthis in Yemen to carry out more criminal acts in order to divert attention and ease pressure on its proxies in these countries.”
The brutality of the Iran led campaign in Syria, and U.S. voices calling for some form of intervention, might have prompted Tehran to give the Houthis a green light to attack American naval ships. The Houthis fired three missiles at the U.S. Navy ship USS Mason last month, in all probability following Tehran’s orders. In retaliation, U.S. Navy destroyer USS Nitze launched Tomahawk cruise missiles, destroying three coastal radar sites in areas of Yemen controlled by the Houthis. These radar installations were active during previous attacks, and attempted attacks on ships navigating the Red Sea. The USS Mason did not sustain any damage. U.S. Army Gen. Joseph Votel, the top American commander in the Middle East, said that he suspected Iran’s Shiite Islamic Republic to be behind the twice launched missiles by the Houthi rebels against U.S. ships in the Red Sea.

FBI to send Huma Abedin emails to State
The FBI plans to send more Hillary Clinton-related emails to the State Department to be processed for public release, a government lawyer said Tuesday.
The messages appear to be from a set recovered during a search of a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The planned handover was confirmed by Justice Department attorney Lisa Ann Olson at a brief court hearing in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, but no timetable for State to receive the messages or make them public was discussed.
“Today the Department of Justice informed the court that the FBI will be providing the State Department with additional emails,” State spokesman John Kirby said in a statement. “It has not been assessed how many of these emails are State Department work-related records rather than personal emails, nor do we know how many are duplicates or near duplicates of materials previously provided to the State Department by former Secretary Clinton.”
“When we have the records in our possession, we will identify any work-related records for release through FOIA as may be appropriate,” Kirby added.
The FBI provided tens of thousands or more emails to State soon after closing the criminal investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state. Many of the messages, recovered by the FBI during the probe, are duplicates of others previously processed by State, but some are new. State disclosed over 2,000 pages of those messages shortly before the election and is under a court order to make additional disclosures each month.
Shortly before the election, the FBI found new messages to and from Abedin, while examining Abedin’s husband’s laptop as part of an unrelated investigation. FBI Director James Comey disclosed that discovery to Congress, generating renewed press and public attention to Clinton’s email controversy — attention many Democrats blame for Clinton’s loss in the presidential race earlier this month. Comey told Congress on the Sunday before the election that the new emails didn’t change the FBI’s conclusion that Clinton should not be prosecuted.
Several pending FOIA suits seek some or all of the records State is expected to receive from the FBI. Tuesday’s hearing was on a case brought by the conservative group Judicial Watch.
Judicial Watch lawyer Chris Fedeli asked U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg to order State to check in with the FBI regularly to determine when the additional emails might arrive, but Boasberg said he didn’t appear to have that authority since the FBI is not party to the case.
“The difficulty is the posture of the case. The suit is against the State Department for documents in its possession,” Boasberg said. “I’m not sure if it doesn’t have them that it has any obligation to harry the FBI for their return.”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkish forces had entered Syria to “end the rule of the tyrant al-Assad,” during a speech at the first Inter-Parliamentary Jerusalem Platform Symposium in Istanbul, Tuesday.

Les gens sont tellement exaspérés que ça peut péter à tout moment : certains parlent de descendre avec leur carabine. » Ainsi s’exprime auprès de l’AFP le directeur de cabinet du maire UDI de Lagny-sur-Marne, une ville de 20 000 habitants en Seine-et-Marne, à proximité de Disneyland.
L’Agence France Presse consacre une large dépêche aux tensions qui montent à Lagny un an après la fermeture de la mosquée radicale dans le cadre de l’état d’urgence. Vingt-deux interdictions de sortie du territoire et neuf assignations à résidence d’« individus radicalisés » avaient été prononcées. Depuis, les musulmans prient « entre l’école maternelle et une pizzeria », et les « radicaux » sont toujours là :
« Parmi les prieurs, certains ont des dossiers chargés. Assigné à résidence depuis le début de l’état d’urgence décrété après les attentats du 13 novembre 2015, l’un d’eux, qui demande l’anonymat, a purgé deux mois ferme cet été pour avoir dérogé au triple pointage quotidien au commissariat. […] Des « notes blanches » des services de renseignement, consultées par l’AFP, présentent ce jeune homme de 31 ans comme « un militant projihadiste » […] Selon ces documents, le jeune assigné à résidence a été arrêté à la même période à la frontière hongroise, alors qu’il tentait de rejoindre la zone irako-syrienne. »
L’AFP rapporte également que, « en septembre, une violente altercation a éclaté entre une personne âgée et un fidèle de la mosquée fiché S. Au coeur du différend : une remarque sur le voile intégral (niqab) de la compagne de ce dernier ».
Le jeune homme de 27 ans, « dont le nom apparaît aussi dans le dossier de l’attentat contre une épicerie casher à Sarcelles en 2012, a écopé de six mois de prison pour avoir frappé le vieil homme, selon une source judiciaire. “A German intelligence officer has reportedly been arrested over a suspected Islamist plot to bomb the agency’s headquarters in Cologne.
The 51-year-old official was said to have made a “partial confession” to the plot, according to Der Spiegel.
The suspect attempted to pass on “sensitive information about the BfV (Germany’s domestic security agency), which could lead to a threat to the office”, an official told the newspaper.
“He is accused of making Islamist remarks online under a false name, and offering internal information during chats,” a BfV spokesman said.
The BfV said the man “behaved inconspicuously” prior to his arrest. He had, since April, been engaged in gathering intelligence on Islamist extremists in Germany, Der Spiegel said.
Online chats were apparently found between the suspect and other Islamists in which he attempted to recruit them to the intelligence agency to mount an attack on “non-believers”, carrying out a bomb attack on the spy HQ “in the name of Allah”.
He used several different names online and his activities were uncovered about a month ago.
The man’s family reportedly knew nothing of his conversion to Islam two years ago and subsequent radicalisation.
The suspect was thought to have pledged of allegiance to Mohamed Mahmoud, the Austrain leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant terrorist group.
Germany is on high alert following several terror attacks over the summer.
The BfV estimates there are about 40,000 Islamists in Germany, including 9,200 ultra-conservative Islamists known as Salafists, Hans-Georg Maassen, who leads the agency, told Reuters in an interview earlier this month…”

“Prominent Kuwaiti businessman and Muslim scholar Tariq Al-Suwaidan has been quoted as saying publicly, “French language is useless and a waste of time.”
During a lecture organized last week in Temara by the advocacy part of the current ruling party in Morocco, the Party of Justice and Development (PJD), Al-Suwaidan said, “I am serious, French is not the language of tourism, science and civilization. France is a backward country in terms of administration.”
While delivering his lecture, entitled “Youth and the Question of Cultural Revival,” Al-Suwaidan sought to prove his argument by adding, “Take, for example, the strategic planning; the 13 main ways of strategic planning are 100% Americans.”
In an attempt to advise the audience to prioritize English as their second language, Al-Suwaidan said, “Today, the language of science is English – keep it in your minds.”
Comparing Arabic with English throughout history, Al-Suwaidan stressed, “I see proof that Arabic was the historic language of science, however, the current [leading] language of science and tourism is English,” noting that “80% of scientific researches in every field are released [and conducted] in English and the 20% of [researches are conducted] in other different languages.”
“French ranks as the 16th most widely spoken language. So, it is useless in the fields of tourism, science and civilization,” he said.
In continuing remarks, Al-Suwaidan urged Moroccans to free themselves from the hegemony of the French language even as a part of Morocco’s history.
“[I think], according to your history and the dominance of the francophone [culture], which you have to get rid of it – you are still attached to French [language]. We need to break this barrier, because it is useless. [Please] pay to attention to this and learn English.”
