1. Second case of MERS in Orlando.

2. Very interesting interview by Jamie Glazov, of Zionist, Chloé Valdary. Article here

3. Michael Coren on Boko Haram in Nigeria.

(Very good report but Mr. Coren also falls into the trap of calling a slave-raid a ‘kidnapping’

Thank you ML, Fjordman and many more

  1. 3/ Michael Coren reads on air the lines from Churchill that got Paul Weston arrested, but then in the interview distances himself from Weston. He brings in Eric Brazau (arrested and later convicted essentially for satirizing Islam) but then attacks him for being politically incorrect about Islam on his show – and for swiveling in his chair! And here he identifies Islam as the problem, then says, ‘I’m not trying to attack a particular religion…’ Always a waffle somewhere in his pancakes.

  2. re: #1, second case of MERS identified in Orlando, Florida . . .both the Indiana case and the Orlando case involve health care workers exposed to MERS in Saudi Arabia.
The Orlando patient is a Saudi national. The Indiana case isn’t clear about nationality, but indicates the patient also worked as a health care worker in Saudi Arabia.

    MERS FAQ’s

ORLANDO, Fla. (KRMG) — SARS scared the world in 2003 when 8,000 people were infected with the bug and 800 died.
    That’s a 10% fatality rate.
Fast forward to 2013 and the fear is back and bigger but this time with the MERS virus.
So far there have only been 64 cases of MERS worldwide but 38 people have died, a fatality rate of 59%.
The virus affects the respiratory system and starts much like SARS with a mild cough and fever but quickly progressing to pneumonia.
MERS is currently mostly confined to the Middle East and infections are limited but doctors worry that there are many cases not yet identified.
One big problem with MERS is how fast it transfers from human to human and how it has quickly moved from hospital to hospital.

The above linked article posts a closing statement which begs the question(s),

    1) “Why aren’t medical workers involved in MERS cases quarantined for a sufficient period after contact with MERS related environments?”

    2) It takes a certain degree of incompetence to allow anyone confirmed to have been in contact with MERS related environments to travel – local, national, continental, transcontinental modes of public transport.

INSANITY! …or worse, intentionally allowing MERS to spread globally.

  3. Well the infected are Muslims, esp. from Saudi Arabia. How can we stop them from coming to their own countries: The democracies of the west.? Impossible. We have to live with it.

  4. I’m not too scared of a MERS epidemic here in the US. I am surprised that most people seem to be acquiring MERS nosocomially. The spread is not terrorism or deliberately infecting people so much as utter incompetence/carelessness in isolating suspected cases once patients are admitted to the hospital. Stupid little things like taking off dirty gloves and gowns before leaving the room, washing hands, using disinfectants on all surfaces, not using cell phones in the rooms since they become disease bearing vectors when taken out of the room, keeping doors closed and hell, even remembering to change the air filter coming from the isolation area. It’s the stupid little shit that kills. C diff and MRSA are spread in US and UK hospitals the same way.

  5. Worker who cared for Orlando MERS patient hospitalized, another sick
ORLANDO — Two Orlando health care workers who treated a 44-year-old man with MERS now have flu-like symptoms. One was admitted to the hospital, while the other was sent home.

Test results are expected today to find out if they and approximately two dozen others, who had contact with the patient, have contracted the potentially deadly disease. If any results come back positive, it’ll be the first time MERS is contracted in the U.S.

  6. Florida MERS Patient Sat In A Busy ER For Nearly 8 Hours
Almost eight more hours passed before staff at Orlando’s Dr. P. Phillips Hospital determined the patient had traveled from Saudi Arabia, where he worked at a hospital, began to suspect his exposure to MERS and had him moved to an isolation room, the hospital’s chief quality control officer said…While the Orlando patient waited to be admitted, he was treated in a single room in the emergency department where healthcare workers wore gloves and gowns due to his diarrhea, but did not wear goggles and face masks appropriate for protecting them from the virus, Crespo said.

Florida officials said they were monitoring the health of 20 healthcare workers who had been in contact with the patient, including a doctor who had already left for Canada. They also were trying to track down nearly 100 people who may have overlapped with the patient at two Orlando medical facilities he visited.

-How many ER visitors (staff, messengers, Transport staff moving throughout the hospital . . .as well as patients & family) shared the same restroom(s) (sinks, toilets, paper dispensers etc.) with the Saudi MERS patient (suffering from diarrhea) during the 4-8 hours it took to suspect MERS ?
