Muslim Hertz workers fired for failing to clock out during breaks now suing Hertz for backpay, health care and anything they can get

Thanks SDAMATT2a for taking the time and trouble to assemble this record of events.

Reminds me a lot of a certain Toronto courier that got fully screwed in a similar manner by Muslims who insisted on their right to break the health and safety codes of Ontario to wear Muslim clothes on ladders at UPS, sued and won. Which means they could have also sued the company had they been allowed to break the rules and hurt themselves.

Lesson?

Don’t hire Muslims.

  1. You can’t order respect, you have to earn it. Clearly these people have no idea about basics and I don’t think they are willing to learn either. I hope Hertz will not crumble. Who is letting these people in anyway…

  2. You’d have to be barking mad to employ a mosquerat. Do employ them, don’t use their shops, taxis, and most definately their filthy restaurants.

  3. If I was a devote Catholic and had Holy days of Obligation to observe can I do so? Mass may take 30 or 45 minutes. My religion tells me that it is a sin not to attend Mass on these days, does that mean that I can go for that period of time without clocking out and still have my job? What about devote Jews? Many of their religious days fall on work days. If we were all to insist on our religious observances business would be devastated. My answer is let us all claim our religious holidays and see the results in the courts. Kaffifurs unite.

  4. There is no dispute here. They are clearly using their working time to ‘pray’ – twice in an 8 hour shift. Sorry but no dice.
