Reader’s links for May 24th, 2023

Here is a link to the VladTepesBlog social media Mastodon Pod. Please feel free to check it out and sign up for an account if you are sufficiently annoyed with Twitter and Facebook to try something new.

Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

The British gift that keeps on giving – Uranium Irradiated wind and rain for Poland, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and London too

This is a primer on the way the wind has been blowing since the Ukrainian ammunition stockpile was blown up at Khmelnitsky in the early hours of May 13.

Radiation measurements in the western Ukrainian city appear to have risen sharply on May 13 and 14, indicating that British-supplied depleted uranium shells for anti-tank warfare had been detonated. The radiation-level spiking caused by the release of the depleted uranium (DU) has been denied by Ukrainian officials…

“The current radiation risk model, which is the basis of legal limits of exposures to internal radionuclide contaminants has been shown by mechanistic and epidemiological studies to be unsafe…”

The debate among scientists over Busby’s analysis has been focused primarily on what the cancer impacts are of exposure to DU and other sources of radiation at the abnormal levels now being registered from the Ukraine and Poland, and to be expected in Denmark, The Netherlands, and England…

In the US propaganda version, “Newsweek has not been able to locate any official statements or credible reports that radiation levels in Khmelnytskyi or other parts of Ukraine are above normal or corroborate the claim about depleted uranium shells being destroyed in the Russian attack…”

The official Polish reaction has been to accept the reported data measurements, but deny the biological hazards.

    • The Soviets covered up Chernobyl as long as they could. A close friend of mine was living right over the border in Belarus. Then reports from Scandinavia seeped in. The family panicked, ate nothing except canned food in the cellar till they were evacuated.

The Jewish Agency helped the family of seven make aliyah fast. One suitcase each plus the wedding ring. In Israel the kids were treated for radiation exposure.

Now residents near the blast site in western Ukraine are on the run. Despite govt assurances that there’s no health risk.

      Here’s TASS:
Residents in Ukraine’s Ternopol Region receive radiation safety tips – ex-prime minister

The document also states that “the Ukrainian Health Ministry warns of the need to observe radiation safety”
