The China Cultural Industry Association says on its website that its president is Chinese billionaire Zhang Bin
A businessman whose reported donations to the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation led to the resignation of its CEO is the president of a Chinese cultural organization that says it operates under the authority of the communist government.
The website of the China Cultural Industry Association says it adheres to the “total leadership” of the Chinese Communist Party and was formed with the approval of China’s State Council, which is synonymous with the central government.
The association says on its Chinese-language site that its president is Zhang Bin, a Chinese billionaire that the Globe and Mail reported had donated $200,000 to the foundation in 2016, along with another Chinese businessman.
But the Globe reported that a receipt named a company called Millennium Golden Eagle International (Canada) as the donor.

We at VladTepes tend to side with the malice side of the debate. There are several reasons but I think chief among them would be how all policies, and especially ones making it impossible to try safe and old medications for people literally dying of the legacy strain of Covid, where the cost of trying is near zero and benefits were unknown to 100%, all lead to the mRNA shots.
Lockdowns, all of it appeared engineered to force people to take injections that they were being lied to about. Not misinformed, lied to. By Pfizer and the politicians. However components of the system may indeed be acting from incompetence or arrogance or any number of other motivations besides the ones that appear correct to us. As usual, Alex does a very good job in presenting them and refrences another substack by a doctor that attended a pro-vaccine conference hoping to change some hearts and minds. It deserves a look at least. It is all linked above.
B. Alex Berenson: From the start, they lied about the “pandemic of the unvaccinated”
In summer 2021, Democratic politicians and public health bureaucrats insisted only unvaccinated people were being hospitalized with or dying from Covid.
“This is becoming a pandemic of the unvaccinated,” Centers for Disease Control director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said on July 16, 2021.
“Unvaccinated Americans account for virtually all recent COVID-19 hospitalizations,” Jeff Zients, the White House COVID-19 response coordinator, told NPR the same day.
“It’s really an outbreak among the unvaccinated,” Dr. Anthony S. Fauci told CNN nine days later.
No wonder that on Sept. 9, President Biden announced, “This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated” as he promised “a new plan to require more Americans to be vaccinated.”
Require? Yep, require.
After all, it was a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.”
Only it wasn’t.
Not even then.
As early as June 2021 – less than six months after mRNA jabs began, less than five months after anyone could be considered fully vaccinated – a significant fraction of people hospitalized with Covid had been jabbed.
These days, of course, almost everyone hospitalized for Covid has been jabbed, though the figures are tough to come by. They’re buried deep on state health department Websites or in Excel files that must be downloaded and examined.
