Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  1. 50 years ago we lived in the Age of Aquarius. We now live in the Age of They. The Age of They.

The Age of They is characterized by the omnipresent reference by millions of people worldwide to a decreasingly amorphous dark cloud of perpetrators executing our controlled demolition. They do this, that and the other thing in a massive conspiracy having numerous fronts, such as poisonous injections, war, USD degradation, and sexual degradation in the form of lost pronouns in order to promote their revolution. They are doing it and we know it–it is not a theory.

But the time really has come to compile specific names. Indeed, the list will be long, but there will be no other way to stop the revolution and meaningfully begin the counter-revolution. The low-hanging fruit is legislators who promote it. And promoting it includes occupying a position of influence but doing nothing to stop it. The template was perfectly stamped at Nuremberg. The low-hanging fruit also includes my children’s doctor, for example, of whom I witnessed the obsessive drive to have my children injected with mRNA. I was able to resist this, but only by the skin of my teeth. So lets get the names of They.

The list includes media executives who help create the lines of effort of fear that kettle us, whether it be disease or war or climate hysteria. Something will break, and soon, as we enter into a deep economic recession–another event engineered to weaken resistance. When it does break the people need nothing more than direction for their misery. This requires that the dialectic mustard-gas cloud be swept aside to clear the battle field. They will then be held accountable.

    Happy Friday:

  3. Biden’s EPA Awards Nearly $1 Billion in Climate Grants – At the Same Time They Order Pause to Cleanup in East Palestine
    By Joe Hoft Mar. 3, 2023 8

There is something very wrong with the actions of the Biden government. Very Wrong. They are not for us, they are against us.

In the last two months, the Biden gang has awarded nearly $1 billion in grants related to climate initiatives. No one really knows what this means or who is receiving these grants but the announcement was made and the money was awarded.

    The Daily Caller reported:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced over $250 million in grants are available to fund plans for projects combating “climate pollution” on Wednesday, pushing the total number of climate grants announced this year to nearly $1 billion.

The funds include $3 million for every state, $1 million for each of the 67 most populated metropolitan areas and a total of $25 million to be distributed among Native American tribes, according to the EPA press release. The grants are among the first in President Joe Biden’s new $5 billion Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program, which was created by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

In total, the IRA allocated nearly $370 billion to fighting climate change. The act also includes, among other things, $80 million in additional funding for the Internal Revenue Service, $2o billion in incentives for farmers to not grow crops and $2.2 billion in reparations for black farmers.

“We know that tackling the climate crisis demands a sense of urgency to protect people and the planet,” said EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan in a statement. “President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act is a historic opportunity to provide communities across the country with the resources they need to protect people from harmful climate pollution and improve our economy. These Climate Pollution Reduction Grants are an important first step to equip communities with the resources to create innovative strategies that reduce climate emissions and drive benefits across the country.”

Where is this money going and into whose pockets? Based on who is awarding the grants, this is going to government grifters. It’s actually jaw-dropping when you read it.

Now compare this to the EPA’s actions in East Palestine, Ohio after the chemical spill and fire during this same time frame. The Billings Report shared the following a couple of days ago at the end of February:

Biden went so far as to have his FEMA deny them any financial aid until President Trump announced that he would be going there and the very next day, FEMA relented and agreed to do something. But, I have to believe their something will be next to nothing.

They are claiming that the air is fine now, even though others who have tested the air are raising alarms. In fact, the EPA has ordered a pause in the cleanup in East Palestine. Saturday night that the EPA ordered Norfolk Southern to pause the cleanup of the toxic train derailment that happened on February 3.

The EPA claims the stop will be “temporary.” What possible reason could you have for halting the cleanup of the toxic elements from the derailment?

East Palestine residents experiencing horrifying new symptoms resulting from the train derailment. One person says, his voice now sounds like Mickey Mouse. Residents are complaining of rashes and headaches since the train derailed. Thousands of animals have perished.

This morning the Biden gang ordered the Norfolk Southern to test for dioxin levels around Ohio’s East Palestine where its train derailed last month which is something the EPA should have ensured from the start.

America is not the first priority for the current group running the US government. America is last with this group.

Man held after girl stabbed in central Gothenburg

A girl was left seriously injured after she was stabbed in central Gothenburg shortly after noon on Thursday. The suspected knife man was seized by passersby.

Police were called to the scene at Brunnsparken in the western Swedish city shortly after 12.30pm, reports local newspaper Göteborgs-Posten.

The girl, who was reportedly bleeding from her stomach, was taken to hospital by ambulance. At 2pm her condition was described as “serious but stable”.

Her age was not immediately known, but she was described by police as “a young girl” and witnesses described her as around ten.

A man in his mid-30s was seized by police immediately after the incident. There were no other suspects.

Details were scarce early on Thursday afternoon, but police had cordoned off the site and were questioning witnesses.

The girl’s grandmother, in her mid-60s, was injured while trying to prevent the attack, but her injuries were not serious.

The man was caught after youths who were passing by wrestled him to the ground. Security guards and an off-duty police officer also helped, according to police.

Police said there were no apparent connections between the girl and the man.

His motive was not immediately known, but there were no suspicions of terrorism.

It was initially reported that the man was not previously known to police, but according to later reports he had had previous contact with healthcare services, social services, police and the prison and probation service.

  5. Where the Hell Is Chief Justice Roberts?… Where the Hell Are They?” – General Mike Flynn Goes Off on SCOTUS as America Loses Its Justice System to Tyrants (AUDIO)
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 3, 2023 8:00 am298 Comments

On Thursday, March 2 at 9:00 am Eastern we had the honor of hosting two of our favorite patriot heavyweights for the Political Prisoner Podcast.

Jake Lang, joined us live from prison where he has been held for 774 days without trial. He was joined by General Michael Flynn who Jake interviewed for the Gateway Pundit Political Prisoner Podcast.

Jake was nearly killed on January 6th when he was gassed and smothered by a huge pile of people on the steps of the US Capitol. The woman beside him, Rosanne Boyland, was killed that day. She was gassed, crushed and beaten by Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris several dozen times. Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris was filmed beating Rosanne with a stick after she passed out. While Jake was buried under the pile, Capitol police continued to push protesters on top of him. Jake also saw Philip Anderson’s limp body laying next to Rosanne Boyland. Jake was able to pull Anderson to safety and saved his life that day. But Jake was not able to save Rosanne from the police. Rosanne Boyland was killed by police on the steps of the US Capitol. The mainstream media ignored the crime and instead lied about Rosanne following her death.

On Thursday, January 6 police violence victim Philip Anderson also joined Jake to discuss his ordeal and to thank Jake for saving his life that day.

General Flynn dropped several bombs during the interview:

The Deep State Psyop on the America People:

Let me touch on that because I think that this is a really important point about sort of this psyop that we’re involved in, right, the psychological operation that we’re involved in as you plan these things or put these things together because this is sort of what we’re going through. And so when you go after people like me, you take these first steps, and you literally go in and you try to punish people at the highest levels, these sort of political targets because you disagree with their political philosophy. You disagree with the kinds of things that they’re wanting to do, frankly, to help the country politically. Right? You go after those of us, in my particular case, and I’ll speak for myself, just an incredible level of persecution. And so they make these things very public, right? And what it does is it puts a bit of fear into others that are in that walk of life, that are in that sort of high profile walk of life, right?”… We’re going to go after sort of the smaller targets, the smaller fish in the sea, right? And we’re going to go after a lot of them because what it does is it puts a blanket of fear over the entirety of our country.

    The Government Withholding Exculpatory Evidence:

Exculpatory evidence is something that I learned quite a bit about because the FBI and the Department of justice but remember, folks, the FBI works for the Department of justice, and the Attorney General is the head of the Department of justice. And then, of course, they work for the President of the United States. So when somebody goes, well, they’re appointed, or whatever. No. So exculpatory evidence. Exculpatory evidence is evidence that is good or bad for a defendant, right? It can be good or bad, but you have to receive it. It’s a Supreme Court ruling that you have to receive it. Exculpatory evidence could be video. Could be video showing Jake trying to save somebody’s life and showing how they’re crushing the life of this Boyland, right… Trust me, Jake, the Department of justice, not only in your case, but in all these cases, is withholding exculpatory evidence. They did it to me, and they did it in a huge way. And of course, honestly, it took a miracle to get to where I was at, where a special counsel was brought in because it was so egregious. And in my own dismissal, the Department of justice had to admit that they committed a crime against me. And so I guarantee that there’s a ton of exculpatory evidence being withheld. “

Release the Tapes – We Are Going to Find a Setup!

“What we need Congress to do is just establish a website and drop every single video on that website, all 40,000 hours, I guess, put it out on that website and let the American people go to town and and and really dig in, because believe me, they will dig in. Lawyers that are supporting, you know, people like yourself or others, they can do it. But believe me, the American people, and all of a sudden, the truth will start bubbling, bubble and bubbling until it just rises to the top, and we’re all of a sudden we’re going to see, holy shit, excuse my Irish. This was a total set up.“

Where the hell is the Supreme Court?

“The United States Supreme Court, they have a role in all of this. They have a role to protect the integrity of the justice system, the judiciary, particularly the judiciary, in fact, specifically the judiciary. When we look at somebody like you and there’s constitutional issues that are being violated, your rights are being violated constitutionally. So where the hell is Justice Roberts? Where is Chief Justice Roberts?

They’re as bad as the silent Germans who acquiesced to the Nazis in World War II:

The justices on that court, especially the Chief Justice, they have an obligation to protect the integrity of the Constitution and the integrity of the judiciary because they’re the highest court in the land. And so I kind of question, like, where the hell are they? I mean, they cannot sit there and say, well, we didn’t know. We’re not aware. That’s as bad as the (silent Germans to the) Nazis in World War II saying, well, I was just following orders. We didn’t know. Yes, sir. I’m sick of it. I want people and if I sound like I’m upset, I am upset.

WThis country is in big trouble – we must be determined:

“If I sound like I’m determined, I am determined. And I’m determined to make sure that we don’t lose this country. We don’t lose this country. And I want people to understand me, from my perspective, some may be hearing from me for the first time, some may have heard from me say other things. And I’m not perfect. None of us are, Jake. But I do know that we’re in deep trouble in this country. And it’s because your example of what you’re withstanding and then being able to just for us to be able to do this because the people are going to go, oh, he’s able to do a podcast, go sit with him for a month, go sit with him for a year. Try 26. It’s unbelievable. So anyway, I’ll stop, get off my high horse and turn it back to you, Jake.”

Today, Jake Lang languishes in prison, alone, for up to 20 hours a day. Jake has not been convicted of a crime.

He has been held in prison by the Biden regime for over two years now.

On several occasions, Jake has been cast into solitary confinement during his tenure without any justification. Jake has been transferred to eight different detention facilities over the course of the last 22 months.

  6. EUROPEAN DIGITAL ID WALLET – LET’S GET PREPARED!

The European Commission has selected four consortiums comprising public and private organisations from across Europe to run large scale pilot projects for the forthcoming EU Digital Identity Wallet.

The Commission made the announcement in December 2022, following a call for proposals published in February of the same year. The aim of the pilot schemes is to test the deployment of the EU Digital Identity Wallet in priority use cases such as banking and eGovernment services, and across national borders. These projects will support successful implementation of eIDAS 2, the EU regulation that obliges all member states to make a digital identity wallet available to every citizen who wants one.

“We are pleased to contribute to two of the selected consortia, namely POTENTIAL and NOBID, alongside our customers and partners in the identity, banking and telecom industries,” commented Youzec Kurp VP – Identity & Biometric Solutions at Thales.
“We will make available our expertise in digital security, digital identity and digital payments to best support what we consider a pioneering initiative, which will advance digital security and sovereignty another step forward in Europe while ensuring more convenient services for citizens.”

The POTENTIAL Consortium will test six use cases (“Electronic Government services”, “Bank account opening”, “SIM registration”, “Mobile Driving Licence”, “Remote Qualified Electronic Signature”, and “Electronic Prescription”) across 19 EU member states and UKRAINE. Thales, is working alongside a total of 148 participants within the consortium, chosen by the European Commission to build and explore such a wide range of use cases.

In parallel, the NOBID Consortium has been chosen to conduct pilots of pan-European payments based on the EU Digital Identity Wallet. NOBID encompasses six countries (Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Latvia and Norway) and includes leading digital government agencies, banks and enterprises, as well as European technology providers such as Thales. NOBID’s pilot schemes will leverage existing payment infrastructure to enable payment issuance, instant payments, account-to-account transfers and payment acceptance both in-store and online.

The new consortia were created to shape the future of digital identity, and respond to citizens’ expectations in terms of both user-friendliness and data security and privacy. A recent survey of 1800 European citizens conducted by Thales shows that nearly 7 out of 10 people are looking forward to the EU Digital Identity Wallet. Expectations are even higher among those already using some form of national digital identity scheme. Unsurprisingly, the survey also shows that security is a key issue for 66% of respondents. The work of the recently announced consortia will therefore play a crucial role in ensuring that the EU Digital Identity Wallet lives up to the aspirations of governments, service providers and citizens throughout Europe.

Pay attention to biometric surveillance, digital ID says Sweden’s EU presidency

The Swedish Presidency of the European Council wants the EU’s digital policies to do more for the bloc’s security and reduce risks, reports Statewatch on seeing a discussion paper released by the Presidency.

“The Presidency wishes to underline the importance to internal security of several ongoing discussions and legislative negotiations on digital files,” states the document.

It urges COSI, the Council’s internal security committee, to continue to monitor the developments of the concepts as the criminal underworld becomes increasingly adept: “General digital policy developments need also to benefit the JHA sector while addressing and minimising the associated risks.” JHA or the Justice and Home Affairs Agencies network is made up of the likes of Frontex and Europol.

The document warns stakeholders that concepts have developed beyond their original scopes through negotiation and that there are significant levels of disagreement between European bodies on how they should proceed.

For example with the AI Act, “It is likely that the European Parliament’s position will diverge significantly from the Council mandate on a range of issues, including crucial ones (e.g. Article 5 on the ban of real-time remote biometric identification).”

For the European digital identity proposals, the discussion paper summarizes the events so far and explains how scope has spread enabling people to verify other people’s ID or that of businesses and a potential European Digital Identity Board for advice.

The Industry, Research and Energy Committee (ITRE) voted earlier in February that government digital identity wallets should be provided as options for residents of each member state.

Why digital ID is what travel has been waiting for

New proposals for high-tech identification have had a mixed reception — but people should welcome the idea with open arms, says John Arlidge

Digital identity card? Where do I sign?

The new digital ID mobile-phone app proposed last week by Tony Blair and Lord Hague of Richmond can’t come fast enough, as far as travel is concerned. Travel during the pandemic has exposed how technologically backward the industry is, and a digital ID would improve things dramatically.

In the name of Covid testing I’ve come close to having my eyes poked out by overzealous nasal swabbers at Changi airport in Singapore; submitted pre-departure PCR and temperature checks at airports the world over, from London to Sydney; and used different apps to get into the Louvre Abu Dhabi, shopping malls in Singapore and the France v Morocco semi-final at the Qatar World Cup.

There was never an easy way of demonstrating all my health and vaccination records or testing status in Britain, let alone across borders. How much better would it be if I could allow the VeriFLY app — which British Airways and other airlines and cruise companies use — to access a digital ID containing all that information? I wouldn’t have to fill in online forms before every flight. In future VeriFLY could even share that information with overseas airlines and governments, through, say, an app created by Iata, the aviation industry body. Imagine: no more queuing at immigration on departure or arrival at big airports.

Critics argue that any new digital ID system will be fiddly and add to delays. But that’s not the case if it is done right, as I found out last week when I renewed my Global Entry pass for the US (the trusted-traveller programme offers frequent flyers five years of queue-free entry for about £80). I filled out an online form so the government here could do a background check using its existing databases. It took only 24 hours to confirm I was not a terrorist or axe murderer, after which I completed the US renewal form online and uploaded my passport and other personal details. My Global Entry was renewed overnight. The next day I flew to Denver and cleared immigration with a simple photo ID check. No need to show my passport. It took less than a minute.

What about privacy? It’s a big issue. No matter who you are, if your identity is compromised it makes theft far easier — as I know to my cost. My identity was stolen a few years ago and tens of thousands of pounds was spent on credit cards in my name that I knew nothing about until it was too late. It took a year to restore my credit rating. And of course any government can abuse the information it gathers. During lockdowns it emerged that Singaporean police were using Covid apps for criminal investigations. Strict rules are required to protect users.

Yet we use our phones to bank, manage diaries, run businesses and build communities, and use two-step verification to protect our accounts robustly. (The fraudsters who stole my identity did so via telephone banking, not by hacking my banking apps.) One of the most digitally advanced governments and societies in the world is Estonia, where an 11-digit ID code issued at birth unlocks access to more than 600 services. And its systems have not been hacked, as we reported at the weekend.

Reliability is an issue with all new tech, but once it’s up and running I’ll trust the system far more than any human. British Airways and other airlines may have suffered multiple catastrophic IT meltdowns in recent years, but many of them were caused by human error, such as the careless cutting of power supplies to key systems.

And there’s more at stake than just saving time when we go on holiday. If post-Brexit global Britain is going to be a success, we need the most high-tech airports and airlines. Alas, we are falling behind other countries in these stakes.

Dubai is on its way to becoming the first airport where you can use facial recognition rather than a passport.

Having registered my face on Emirates’ system, last month I checked in for a flight, dropped off a bag for the hold and cleared passport control just with my face. When it was time to board I again looked into a camera to identify myself and walked straight on to the plane. Air Canada last week began following Emirates’ lead.

I’m sold — but if you’re still not convinced, you can use technology to outsmart the system. The Italian fashion start-up Cap_able has invested in clothing that contains an AI “adversarial patch” that deliberately confuses facial-recognition cameras. Animal patterns woven into the clothes make the cameras’ software identify the wearer as a giraffe, a zebra or a dog. “When I’m in front of a camera I don’t have a choice of whether I give it my data or not,” says its co-founder and CEO, Rachele Didero. “So we’re creating garments that can give you the possibility of making this choice.” I think I’ll stick to using my face to open doors.

REDACTED – Ukraine’s new digital transformation program JUST started, WE ARE NEXT

Ukraine’s digital transformation program is up and running and it represents a complete transfer of sovereignty to Silicon Valley and big tech.

Why is the U.S. seeking to implement digital IDs from Ukraine to the world and why has did it start with Ukraine?

We show you the trajectory of this tool.

    • CNN – US announces new partnerships to boost Ukraine’s agricultural sector and grain production

The US is announcing three new partnerships on Thursday as an effort to boost Ukraine’s agricultural sector and help supply the country’s grain to the world, USAID officials told CNN.

The announcement is part of a deliberate effort by the Biden administration to build up Ukraine’s economy and alleviate the global food security crisis which has been exacerbated following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Ukraine is regarded as a key bread-basket for much of the world, and the country relies on agriculture to generates more than 40% of total export revenues. The country’s economy shrank by more than 30% in 2022 after Russia’s brutal invasion destroyed infrastructure, hurt businesses and disrupted daily life, according to Kyiv’s economic ministry.

USAID’s new partnerships with Grain Alliance, Kernel, and Nibulon are projected to increase Ukraine’s grain shipping capacity by more than 3 million tons annually, the officials said. Each company has a long history of working in Ukraine.

Working together USAID and these organizations are planning to invest $44 million to support storage and infrastructure expansion in Ukraine’s agriculture sector.

This comes after USAID has announced multiple different initiatives to support Ukraine’s agriculture sector, including programs to specifically target Ukrainian farmers.

Earlier this year, one of the efforts included a new donation of high-quality vegetable seeds to Ukrainian farmers to help address the crisis created by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s full-scale invasion against Ukraine.

“Through AGRI-Ukraine, nearly 30% of Ukraine’s registered farmers have benefited with seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, storage, access to financing and other services, helping over 13,600 farmers deliver this year’s harvest and plant winter crops,” said a USAID spokesperson.

A Black Sea grain deal has also enabled the passage of Ukrainian ships carrying the agriculture products to depart the country, which was a challenge in the early days of the war with Russia preventing the ships from leaving.

“Thanks in large part to UN Secretary General Guterres and Turkiye the Black Sea grain deal initiative loosened Russia’s stranglehold on Ukraine’s ports, allowing more than 22 million metric tons of grain and other food -that’s the equivalent of 8 billion loaves of bread – to leave Ukraine sports for global markets, and that’s lowered the price of food for people everywhere,” US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Thursday in New Delhi where he attended a G20 Foreign Ministers meeting.

But Blinken warned that the current deal is set to expire later this month and Russia has not agreed to extend the vital agreement.

“Today, Russia is again slow-walking the export of food from Ukraine and with the Black Sea initiative set to expire on March 18 Russia has refused to commit to renewing it,” Blinken said.

Blinken said that countries at the meeting sent a clear message of the need to extend the deal.

The new investments that USAID and its partners are announcing this week will target multiple terminals – Izmail and Reni in Ukraine, both on the Danube River, and Cierna nad Tisou in Slovakia – where they expect to see an increase in grain exports. The operations will involve construction to renovate the areas where vessels are loaded.

To further grease the wheel on the Slovakia operations, Grain Alliance will purchase a transshipment storage facility in the country.

USAID’s funding is being used to procure grain loading equipment, temporary storage structures and remanufactured locomotives for use in Ukraine.

Just last week, US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen was in Kyiv for a series of meetings and engagements, including with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, to reaffirm the United States’ support of Ukraine and to announce the recent transfer of $1.25 billion in economic and budgetary assistance.

Yellen said she expects the Ukrainian economy’s growth to be weaker as the country loses foreign investment and runs through its reserves and rainy day funds, which means securing investments in Ukraine’s agriculture sector are even more vital.

“We will see an increasing toll on Russia’s economic trajectory over time,” she said. “And their ability to replenish the military equipment that’s been destroyed in their attacks on Ukraine, that’s been very greatly jeopardized.”

USAID – One Year Later: Helping Ukraine Win the War and Build Lasting Peace

USAID has remained committed to helping Ukraine win the war against the Kremlin’s aggression and, ultimately, win the peace by emerging strong and capable of continuing to advance as a sovereign, independent, democratic, and prosperous society, free to choose its own future.

Hear from USAID Administrator Power on how USAID has supported Ukraine through the last year.

    • reuters – Exclusive: Russia set to mothball damaged Nord Stream gas pipelines – sources

      – Russia’s ruptured undersea Nord Stream gas pipelines are set to be sealed up and mothballed as there are no immediate plans to repair or reactivate them, sources familiar with the plans have told Reuters.

Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2, each consisting of two pipes, were built by Russia’s state-controlled Gazprom to pump 110 billion cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas a year to Germany under the Baltic Sea.

Three of the pipes were ruptured by unexplained blasts in September, and one of the Nord Stream 2 pipes remains intact.

But soaring tensions between Moscow and the West over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had by then already brought Nord Stream 1 to a standstill and prevented its twin, criticised by Washington and Kyiv for increasing Germany’s dependence on Russia, ever coming online.

Gazprom has said it is technically possible to repair the ruptured lines, but two sources familiar with plans said Moscow saw little prospect of relations with the West improving enough in the foreseeable future for the pipelines to be needed.

Europe has drastically cut its energy imports from Russia over the past year, while the state-controlled Gazprom’s exports outside the former Soviet Union almost halved in 2022 to reach a post-Soviet low of 101 bcm.

One Russian source said Russia saw the project as “buried”. Two others said that, while there was no plan to repair the ruptured pipelines, they would at least be conserved for possible reactivation in the future.

Another source familiar with the plans confirmed that the stakeholders are considering conservation.

This would most likely mean sealing the ruptured ends and putting a coating into the pipes to prevent further corrosion from seawater.

One of the Russian sources said that, if the seaborne liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States that Europe is using to offset some of its Russian supplies became much more expensive, Europe might again be ready to buy more from Russia.

Moscow’s Energy Ministry referred questions to the pipeline operators, but neither they nor Gazprom replied to requests for comment.

Engie, Gasunie and Wintershall DEA – stakeholders in Nord Stream AG, the operator of Nord Stream 1 – declined to comment. A spokesperson for Germany’s EON, which also owns a stake in Nord Stream AG, said: “To our knowledge as a minority shareholder, no decision has been made, either for or against restoring the line.”

      WHO BLEW UP THE PIPELINES?

Moscow has maintained, without providing evidence, that the West was behind the blasts. Last month the White House dismissed as “complete fiction”
a blog post by U.S. investigative journalist Seymour Hersh alleging that Washington was responsible.

Investigations by Denmark, Germany and Sweden have not yet concluded.

Nord Stream 1 had anyway been idle since late August when it was shut for maintenance, but never restarted as Russia and the West argued about the servicing of a pumping turbine amid Western sanctions.

The similar-sized Nord Stream 2 had been completed in September 2021 as tensions with Russia were growing and ran in trouble as Germany’s regulators refused to certify it. Berlin then froze the project days before Moscow sent its armed forces into Ukraine on Feb. 24 last year.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed using the undamaged link of Nord Stream 2 to pump gas but Germany, now keen to end its reliance on Russia, rejected the idea. Poland has also stopped buying Russian gas.

Russia is currently exporting only around 40 million cubic metres per day of pipeline gas to Europe, via Sudzha on the border between Ukraine and Slovakia.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday that Moscow, which hopes to set up a gas hub in Turkey to replace the Baltic route, would no longer rely on the West as an energy partner.

    • zero hecge – Blinken Unveils $400 Million More In Arms With Ukraine Against The Ropes In Bakhmut

As we reported earlier Ukrainian forces are nearly completely encircled in the key eastern city of Bakhmut, a dire situation which President Zelensky himself has increasingly acknowledged in a series of statements this week. Front line commanders have also said that Russian artillery has been relentless and “around the clock” in its sustainment.

As expected, Ukraine’s leadership has pleaded for more urgent weapons and ammo from its Western backers. On Friday Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced a new package of ammunition and other defense support, likely timed to give a mere symbolic answer to Ukrainians’ desperate appeals for more help from Bakhmut.

It’s valued at $400 million, and as international reports describe, “The package will be funded using Presidential Drawdown Authority, which authorizes the president to transfer articles and services from US stocks without congressional approval during an emergency,” according to Blinken’s description of the aid.

The package will include rockets for HIMARS systems, more Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles and other armored support, as well as howitzers.

Blinken said in a statement: “This military assistance package includes more ammunition for US-provided HIMARS and howitzers, which Ukraine is using so effectively to defend itself, as well as ammunition for Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles, Armored Vehicle Launched Bridges, demolitions munitions and equipment, and other maintenance, training, and support.”

The NY Times too is currently acknowledging this is a largely symbolic response to Ukraine forces being up against the ropes in the single biggest battle in Donbas region right now. “NATO leaders have long warned of a looming artillery shortage for Ukraine as its troops burn through thousands of shells each day in trying to push back Russian forces,” the Times writes.

“That has been particularly clear in the monthslong battle for the city of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine, where Ukrainian troops are fighting to avoid encirclement by Russian forces,” it adds.

Revealingly, the report also includes the observation: “It was not clear if the new tranche of American ammunition would arrive in time to defend Bakhmut, if that is where commanders decide it should be sent.” Even as Ukraine is losing in Bakhmut, the administration is showing itself willing to pull from the Pentagon’s own already strained weapons stockpiles.

  7. Arizona school board member says district should reject hiring teachers with Christian values: ‘Not…safe’
Tamillia Valenzuela said board should consider ‘where our values lie’
By Hannah Grossman | Fox News

The Washington Elementary School District, which serves students in the Phoenix and Glendale areas, had an ongoing contract with Arizona Christian University for five years, enabling their student teachers to be placed in its schools for field experience. The contract opened up opportunities for recruitment and hiring.

On Feb. 23, the board agreed on a motion to dissolve the partnership with the Christian university. They did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether they have a bias against Christian beliefs.

During the meeting, school board member Tamillia Valenzuela blasted the university over its Christian beliefs and said she was “disheartened” to learn about the contract that had been ongoing for five years.

  8. Are We a Population or a People?
A population is easy to control so long as they are fed but a people must have a culture.

    By Anthony Esolen
    March 2, 2023
I am trying to imagine what it would be like if I should take up residence in India, and, because I am not a Hindu believer, demand that the public schools not teach the Rig-Veda. I would come in for the roundest abuse. It would be tantamount to demanding that the Indian people sever their children from a rich fount of legend and history, and, though inevitably encrusted with human folly and sin, from a noble way of understanding what it means to be human; from wellsprings of culture more than two thousand years old; from their temples, their songs, and their traditions; even from the subtlest beauties of their very language, insofar as it has been watered and nurtured by these sources. It would be as if I should bang my fist on the table and cry, red in the face, “There must no longer be an India or an Indian people!”

For people are not united by geopolitical boundaries, political machinery, or constitutional by-laws. They can be united only by what transcends their time, their place, and their economic or political interests.

Political action teaches people to shout at one another. It has always been so, even from the hurly-burly of the Athenian assembly and the fiery hatreds that banished Themistocles and sentenced Socrates to death. That is the common thing for man. It requires no explanation. I am not blaming it on politics. It was the same in the halls of the pagan Germanic kings, and in the often treacherous power-brokering at the Icelandic All-Thing.

It is culture that gives people a chance to learn to speak to one another about the most important things in life, and they do so speak, not only across the backyard fence but across hundreds of years and thousands of miles.

When American jurists ruled that the sacred texts of the Christian and Jewish faiths must be treated as anathema in our schools, it was as if they had said that there must not be an American people, and that the American population—for a population is a collective, a penfold for sheep or for some other culture-less creatures, and not a unity—must be severed from conversation with the cultures that have informed them and their very language, from ancient Israel to the Greek and Roman world of Saint Paul and the early Church, from the ages of the great cathedrals and the first universities, from Giotto and Raphael and Caravaggio painting in Italy, from Chaucer and Shakespeare and Milton writing in England, from Pascal and Dr. Johnson, from Cervantes and Manzoni, from Thomas More and John Henry Newman; why, even from full understanding of their own Hawthorne and Melville. It was to say that it was unconstitutional to be a people at all.

Of course, only the most malevolent on the one side, and the most perspicacious on the other, might have seen it that way. I suppose that most people supposed, for good and for bad, that the schools would go on doing almost everything they had been doing, and that the churches, which were still full and looking to expand, would continue to exert their immense influence on the way people looked at the world. But it was not so. It was a violent and artificial excision of the dimension of worship from the common language: of wonder before the divine, of guilt and its expiation, of joy that shines through the darkest grief, even of love that bows the head in forgiveness of the enemy. In spiritual and cultural matters, it was as if America had dumbed down her language just as schoolbook publishers had done with the “Dick and Jane” series, resulting, in very short order, in a nation of illiterates and semi-literates, smothered by the schools.

It was as if someone had taken a knife to the nation’s soul and performed a spiritual lobotomy, so that people would no longer have the words to talk to each other about glory; so that Americans, when they did happen to encounter Ahab in his fury, raising his fist against the God who spoke to Job from the whirlwind, would be, at best, like cheerfully dopey tourists gaping up at the windows in Notre-Dame de Paris, and saying, “Gosh, they’re big. I wonder what they’re about?”—and then looking back toward the door, because they sense that they should feel something or know something, but they don’t, and they don’t.

Again, I don’t mean to suggest that the harm was limited to our being unconversant with the items on a tourist brochure. I mean that we have ceased to be a people: we have no cultural language. It is not just that we cannot enter the lists with Melville. We no longer conceive of what it would take to do so. We no longer conceive of why anyone would want to do so. The pagan Germanic tribes had no writing, but they had stories, some of them stories that preserved, in poetic form, memories of events that had occurred hundreds of years before. The Romans treasured legends of their founders long before any historian ever wrote them down in Latin; and in fact many of their religious formulas contain words that had long passed out of common use before they were recorded. Imagine saying to a Roman, “You must not teach these young people the religious stories of their ancestors.” The reply would be direct: “Who are you to command Romans not to be Roman?”

I have still not touched upon the worst of the harm done. That has come home to me recently, as I have been annotating my new translation of Augustine’s Confessions (forthcoming from TAN Books). Augustine was a teacher of rhetoric, a man of letters, but when he became a Christian, he became what the world had never seen before, not by his power but by the formative influence, the rich and all-encompassing language, of Scripture. There had been nothing like the Confessions, and I sense that that uniqueness is owing to the power and all-encompassing reach of the texts in which he had steeped his mind and soul.

Scripture is woven inextricably into his thought, so that, whenever he is meditating upon his life or the life of man, or wondering what it is to think, to act, to will, even to exist, let alone wondering before the wisdom and goodness of God, he speaks with the words of Genesis, Exodus, the psalms, the gospels, and the letters of Paul, seamlessly, unobtrusively. They grant him the truths he had long sought. They grant also his language for seeking more truth, always more, or for deeper vision into the truths he has been granted to see.

Imagine a cripple who finds it irksome to watch healthy people race about. He would be content if everyone should be hamstrung, to stump about as he must do. That, I suspect, is what lies at the bottom of most of the secularist demands that people keep “religion” out of this place and that place; no more than old-fashioned, resentful, petty envy.

Meanwhile, some few among us may see that a population is easy to control so long as they are fed, since the individuals that make up a population can unite about nothing. Keep the living puppets fed, say the puppeteers. It is better for their shrewd purposes that there should be three hundred million puppets, and not one people anymore.

Help Nina Hold Fox News Accountable for Its Lies

I’m asking for your financial support of a lawsuit that I want to bring against Fox News for their malicious, reckless lies about me.

On March 2, 2022, I realized a lifelong dream: entering public service. I had spent my career researching disinformation and would be using my expertise to make the United States safer and American democracy more robust. At the Department of Homeland Security, I would lead a new internal body to help address the challenges of disinformation: the Disinformation Governance Board. My job was to make sure different entities within DHS were coordinated, to bring the latest research to bear in the Department, and to help the Department set up policies to ensure its existing counter-disinformation work was grounded in American values: privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties. That’s all the Board was. It had neither the ability nor authority to act on its own.

In late April, my position was announced, and within hours, baseless claims that the Board was a nationwide, Orwellian “Ministry of Truth” and I was “President Biden’s chief censor” were trending on social media, even though the Board had nothing to do with arbitrating or restricting speech. The next day, Fox News launched its overly personalized, false, and incendiary coverage of me, mainstreaming online conspiracy theories to tens of millions of Americans. The network made over 500 scaremongering statements about my role, my views, and my personal life over the next nine months—an entirely disproportionate disinformation and smear campaign against a person who simply took a job to serve her country within her area of expertise.

The facts did not matter to them or anyone else using me as a punching bag. When it targeted me, Fox News wasn’t providing news, government accountability, or merely biased, selective coverage; most mentions of me involved outright lies. The network’s malicious and reckless false statements about me were easily disproven by a few minutes of research. Fox twisted a handful of tweets, manufactured positions on topics I’d never weighed in on, and amplified absurd claims from anonymous trolls’ manipulated videos of me. I became the young, female, easy-to-attack public face of what Fox pundits were recklessly spinning as “men with guns [telling] you to shut up.” Congressional Republicans and the right-wing media characterized me as an unhinged, partisan, unserious, dangerous fascist, despite my track record of measured, bipartisan work, including testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2018 at the GOP chair’s invitation. I received an onslaught of violent online abuse during the final weeks of my pregnancy. My family was threatened; I was pregnant.

Faced with this onslaught, I decided to resign my position . The Board was eventually scrapped, caving to the GOP disinformation campaign about it. Yet, more than ten months after my position was announced, the hate campaign against me continues. In addition to the deferral of my dream of serving my country, I’ve lost something irreplaceable: peace with my son during his first year in the world.

To put it simply: my life has been irrevocably altered because Fox News repeatedly force-fed lies about me to tens of millions of their viewers. Tens of thousands have harassed me online. Hundreds have violently threatened me.
I am far from the only American to experience this type of Fox-led hate campaign, and it must stop.
That is why I am seeking justice—not just for me, but for others who have been or will be in my position, and for American democracy.

I am pursuing a suit to hold Fox News to account for their utter lack of regard for the truth and the consequences of their lies. I have consulted with attorneys who agree there is a case to be brought against Fox, but that it will require more resources than I can afford. The funds I raise here will help me level the playing field in this costly and time-consuming endeavor against Fox News and its army of high-powered corporate lawyers. They will also support my other security and legal costs related to Fox News’ actions. Below please find a list of some of my current costs:

In early December, Representative Jim Jordan made clear he intends to subpoena me before his new Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Federal Government. He continues to lie about me and my body of work. I have had to retain a lawyer who specializes in Congressional investigations to help me navigate this process.
Recently, I obtained a protective order against one of my more persistent individual harassers. I have had to retain an attorney to help me with the protective order.
I have been named as a defendant in frivolous, nonsensical lawsuits, and have had to retain separate counsel to assist me with one of them.

This list only represents some of my current costs and needs, and over the course of this lawsuit, my legal and security needs may change.

Rest assured that I will not waste, divert, or profit from your donations. Any funds raised in excess of protecting me and my family will be used to support other women and people of intersectional identities who find themselves in situations similar to mine. These problems—online abuse, domestic disinformation, politically-motivated Congressional investigations—are not going away any time soon. Just as I hold my ground against the forces that seek to silence me, I hope to empower others to do the same.

Thank you in advance for your consideration and support.

  10. Chinese organization crime group, based in New York, is accused of stealing the identities of at least 3,000 Asian Americans living in Texas to provide “look-alike” illegal aliens with fake IDs.

Officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) revealed the massive identity breach late last month in testimony before the state’s House Appropriations Committee.

The goal of the Chinese gang was to find Asian Americans in Texas with driver’s licenses whose identities they could steal and match to Chinese illegal aliens living in the United States, DPS officials detailed.

    The Dallas Morning News reported:

The Department of Public Safety has identified at least 3,000 Texans who have been affected and is investigating more potential cases, department officials told House budget writers during a hearing Monday. Texans of Asian descent were targeted by what McCraw described as “a Chinese organized crime group based in New York working in a number of different states.” [Emphasis added]

No state systems were hacked, officials said. Instead, the criminal actors were able to fraudulently obtain the licenses in a scheme McCraw described this way: personal data about Texans of Asian descent was obtained on the dark web, including credit card and personal information, and then used to request replacement driver’s licenses from the state. The group specifically targeted Asians of various backgrounds with the hopes of finding “look-alikes” to match with Chinese nationals here in the country illegally, he said. [Emphasis added]

While DPS issues licenses, they are ordered through a portal operated by a separate agency, the Texas Department of Information Resources. At least four thousand fraudulent accounts were created and 2,400 licenses were shipped to “third-party addresses,” according to a letter from DPS notifying legislators of the problem. [Emphasis added]

Identity theft at the hands of millions of illegal aliens in the U.S. is very common.

A bombshell investigation by the Immigration Reform Law Institute revealed that there had been potentially 39 million cases where Americans had their identities stolen by illegal aliens from 2012 to 2016.

Just last year, the Department of Justice convicted and sentenced an illegal alien who stole an American veteran’s identity for the sole purpose of securing public welfare benefits.

    BY: MARK

Somehow blaming the CCP for Covid, rather than the Chinese people, is proof of racism and xenophobia in America that must be silenced.

This week, two government agencies — the Department of Energy and the FBI — announced that they had concluded the most likely origin of the Covid virus, which has killed 6 million people worldwide, was that it leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The reaction to this news, which at this point was hardly an earth-shattering conclusion, is more interesting for the question it prompts about the state of American discourse: How do you have an argument with people who will never admit when they’re wrong

  12. JUST OUT: General Michael Flynn Sues DOJ, FBI and SCO for Politically Targeting Him Through Government Agents
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 3, 2023 3:13 pm24 Comments

General Michael Flynn is a retired United States Army lieutenant general who was the 24th U.S. National Security Advisor for the first 22 days of the Trump administration. General Flynn, a staunch Trump ally and confidante, was forced to resign in 2017 following screaming reports that he had lied regarding conversations with Sergey Kislyak, a Russian diplomat. This was while the Democrat Party and highest levels of US intelligence concocted an attempted coup to take down the sitting President based on what they knew was fraudulent accusations that Trump was Vladimir Putin’s stooge. General Michael Flynn was collateral damage. They had to remove him at the time to get to Trump.

General Michael Flynn was a huge target of Barack Obama, Democrats, the Deep State, and crooked Judge Sullivan, after he joined with Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign for president. Obama particularly hated Flynn for pointing out the obvious during congressional testimony, that Antifa was sweeping across Syria-Iraq and Obama had no plan to prevent this.

After he was set up and removed from White House, Flynn was persecuted by lawless Judge Emmet Sullivan in a case that was dropped by the DOJ. But for months afterward Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the case. For some reason, this crooked leftist judge decided to pursue the charges himself knowing there was nothing there. President Trump eventually pardoned General Michael Flynn after the system persecuted him and failed him.

Since that time the American public learned through court proceedings that charges should never have been filed against General Flynn.

on Friday General Michael Flynn filed a lawsuit against his government. General Flynn is suing the government for “unjustified and illegal actions, including but not limited to malicious prosecution and abuse of process.”

From the lawsuit that was filed this moments ago:

This lawsuit seeks accountability and damages against the United States for these wrongs committed against General Flynn through its agents and agencies. Specifically, General Flynn seeks relief herein for Defendant’s agents and agencies’ violations of his constitutional and other legal rights in connection with this wrongful and malicious prosecution and gross abuse of process.

Here is the full copy of the lawsuit General Michael Flynn filed this afternoon in US federal court.

  13. NEW: Joe Biden Had Cancerous Lesion Removed From Chest Last Month
    By Cristina Laila Mar. 3, 2023 3:35 pm0 Comments

Joe Biden, 80, had a cancerous lesion removed from his chest last month, the White House doctor revealed on Friday.

    AP reported:

A skin lesion removed from President Joe Biden’s chest last month was a basal cell carcinoma — a common form of skin cancer — his doctor said Friday, adding that no further treatment was required.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the White House doctor who has served as Biden’s longtime physician, said “all cancerous tissue was successfully removed” during the president’s routine physical on Feb. 16.

O’Connor said the site of the removal on Biden’s chest has “healed nicely” and the president will continue regular skin screenings as part of his routine health plan.

Basal cells are among the most common and easily treated forms of cancer — especially when caught early. O’Connor said they don’t tend to spread like other cancers, but could grow in size, which is why they are removed.

Last July Biden blurted out he had cancer during remarks in Massachusetts.

Biden struggled to read the teleprompter during his garbled speech and at one point it appeared he announced he has cancer.

And my mother drove us and rather than us being able to walk, and guess what? The first frost you knew it was happening. You had to put on your windshield wipers to get literally the oil slick off the window,” said Biden.

That’s why I — and so damn many other people I grew up with — have cancer,” he said.

The White House responded to Biden’s possible gaffe – or casual announcement that he has cancer.

The White House said Biden does not have cancer and referred reporters to a ‘fact-check’ from WaPo’s Glenn Kessler.

  14. If You Put Biden in Charge of the Sahara Desert, He Would Run Out of Sand!”- Sen. John Kennedy Savagely Tears Apart Joe Biden in Hilarious CPAC Speech (VIDEO)
    By Cullen Linebarger Mar. 3, 2023 2:40 pm76 Comments

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) spoke in front of CPAC 0223 Thursday and once again reminded everyone why he is a national treasure.

Kennedy has displayed his remarkable wit and dry humor throughout his time in the Senate whether by stumping unqualified Joe Biden nominees, clueless “experts” and in interviews with reporters.

During his speech, he showcased his great talent by eviscerating Joe Biden and his disastrous regime in a way only Kennedy can deliver.

After listening to his entire remarks, one can only nod their head and laugh in agreement with the Louisiana senator.

    His full remarks:

Now listen to me carefully on this one The truth is I do not hate anyone.

I look for grace wherever I can find it. So I say this gently:

    The Biden Administration sucks.

You measure it anyway you want:

COVID, the economy, inflation, the national debt

The border, crime, cancel culture, treating parents like domestic terrorists

    Afghanistan, energy independence now lost.

    My God.

President Biden has been spectacularly awful.

If you put President Biden in charge of the Sahara desert, he would run out of sand.

If the aliens landed in Washington, D.C., tomorrow and said, ‘Take me to your leader,’ it would be embarrassing.”

Truer words have never been spoken. While funny, this is also scary because the world is laughing at America as well.

  15. Fetterman Chief of Staff ‘Acting Senator’ Adam Jentleson Repeatedly Questioned President Trump’s Mental Health, Cautioned Against Efforts to “Normalize…Mental Illness”
    By Kristinn Taylor Mar. 3, 2023 12:18 pm193 Comments

Adam Jentleson, chief of staff for Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), who is steadfastly supporting his nmentally ill boss who has been hospitalized because he is an apparent danger to himself, was singing a different tune about elected officials’ mental fitness for office during the Trump years. Jentleson even warned against efforts to “normalize…mental illness”. Jentleson is a sharp-elbow throwing partisan who was deputy chief of staff to one of the dirtiest Senators in recent history, the late Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV)

Fetterman suffered a debilitating stroke last May and has struggled to do his job as Senator since being sworn in on January 3rd. Fetterman has been hospitalized twice this year after assuming office because he is unable to take care of himself and because his chief of staff, who should have been looking out for his boss’ health and well-being, ran him into the ground.

Jentleson repeatedly questioned President Trump’s mental health and fitness for office during his presidency, even though Trump was (and is) perfectly sane and aced a cognitive test while president.

While Fetterman has been held incommunicado for over two weeks since allegedly being hospitalized for clinical depression, Jentleson is basically “acting Senator”, doing everything except cast votes and ask questions at committee hearings. Fetterman is miraculously sponsoring legislation, sending detailed policy letters and opening field offices around Pennsylvania even though he can’t even make a ten-second video that thanks supporters for their well wishes.

  16. AOC Throws Her Staffer Under the Bus, Blames Aide For Not Paying Met Gala Expenses Amid House Ethics Probe
    By Cristina Laila Mar. 3, 2023 2:15 pm138 Comments

The Office of Congressional Ethics on Thursday released an update to the investigation into Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The Committee said there is “substantial reason to believe” AOC “accepted impermissible associated with her attendance at the Met Gala in 2021” that violated “standards of conduct and federal law.”

AOC was under investigation for accepting an “impermissible gift” to attend the Met Gala.

“Specifically we believe Representative Ocasio-Cortez has violated clause 5 of Rule XXV of the Rules of the House of Representatives (commonly known as the Gift Rule) by accepting admission to the Met Gala, an event whose per seat costs is reported to range from $35,000 to $50,000 without having a permissible exemption to allow the acceptance of the lavish gift,” the American Accountability Foundation wrote last year.

    Reminde

If Representative Ocasio-Cortez has used campaign funds to pay for this ticket, she has also violated FEC prohibitions on campaign funds being used for entertainment purposes,” they added.

Recall, AOC attended the Met Gala last year and donned a “Tax the Rich” mermaid gown.

  17. Get Woke, Go Broke: Christian School in Missouri Goes Bankrupt After Embracing the Radical-Left LGBTQ Agenda
    By Cullen Linebarger Mar. 3, 2023 6:29 pm137 Comments

A Christian school decided that sharing the Gospel was not enough and embarked on an effort to appease radical-left LGBTQ activists. They paid a fatal financial price for this move.

Urban Christian Academy in Kansas City is a private, K-8 school which provides tuition-free education for low-income students.

The school had always preached inclusivity in accordance to the teachings of Jesus Christ. The first part of their mission statement correctly notes that Jesus welcomes everyone.

But last year they decided to go woke. The school’s administrators added language expressing how were an “affirming school” and “stand with LGBTQIA+ and believe in their holiness.”
