  1. Local Election Officials in Oakland, CA Ignore Judge’s Order – Muck Around with Ballots Before Auditors Show Up for Onsite to Review

Here we go – more corrupt acts by election officials in Alameda County, California.

On the eve of the 2022 election in November last year, a number of election issues were identified in Alameda County, California (where Oakland is located).

The situation was so bad that in early January a group of concerned citizens called for a recount of the recent Mayoral race.

    TRENDING

The California Globe reported on this on January 4.

The Oakland NAACP is demanding a manual recount in the Mayor’s race “due to a razor-thin margin of victory of 677 votes, an unusually high number of disqualified votes, and widespread confusion surrounding ranked-choice voting (RCV).”

The globalist left is on a mission to stamp out any nationalist or populist movement in the Western World. It is much more difficult to control people who love their country, respect their faith, and value their culture.

For years the globalist left has attacked Hungary’s Viktor Orban, the highly successful and love Eastern European leader.

In a new report, Hungarian officials are now blaming US Democrats for attempting to influence their national elections.

  3. Sturm Und Drang and Chinese Balloons

U.S military commands NORAD and NORTHCOM have been soiling themselves during the last 48 hours because a Chinese spy balloon is flying over the United States mainland. The U.S. military initially recommended a shoot down and Joe Biden gave the green light. But cooler heads prevailed, in part because there was concern expressed within the military chain of command that falling debris could kill Americans on the ground, and the U.S. opted to let it fly.

The war party in the United States is apoplectic. The media is reporting that the military ignored Biden’s order. Jesse Waters on Fox News — he normally is a strident Biden critic — is openly siding with Biden and condemning the military for not popping that balloon.

This is madness. The countries with military satellites circling the globe do not have a formal agreement under international law defining where earth’s atmosphere ends and space begins. (More about that in a bit.)

Let me start with this question — what is the difference between a Chinese spy balloon flying at 55 miles above the earth collecting intelligence via sensors and cameras and Chinese spy satellite flying at 70 miles above the earth collecting intelligence with sensors and cameras? Simply a matter of altitude.

Currently, there is a de facto assumption by most nations that the line dividing earth atmosphere from space is 60 miles above the earth:

  4. REPORT: FBI Planning to Build New Headquarters Building TWICE THE SIZE of Pentagon – Republicans Need to Stop This
    By Mike LaChance

    The FBI is expanding.

The bureau is reportedly planning to build a new headquarters which will be twice the size of the Pentagon.

This raises a few obvious questions. Why do they need such a massive building? Are they increasing the size of their ranks to fill it? Should the American people be concerned about this?

In recent years, millions of Americans have come to see the FBI as a politicized agency which does the bidding of the Democrat party.

    From American Greatness:

Planned New FBI HQ Is Twice the Size of the Pentagon

The federal government is proceeding with plans to build a new FBI headquarters complex twice the size of the Pentagon building.

Riveted into the colossal new project are woke regulations to ensure that the FBI center will comply with diversity, equity, LGBTQ+, and climate change political goals.

The plan, unveiled last September, has received little attention. For years the FBI has sought to vacate its present headquarters, a brutalist concrete bunker on stilts and occupying two city blocks between the White House and the Capitol.

Plans for the new FBI headquarters specify that it will be built on one of three sites in suburban Virginia and Maryland. Those sites are large parcels of 58, 61, and 80 acres.

That means, at minimum, the new FBI headquarters complex would be twice the size of the Pentagon building. Covering about 29 acres plus a five-acre courtyard, the Pentagon, until recently, was the largest office building on earth.

The Kremlin in Moscow?—a walled fortress containing the administrative offices of the Russian central government, the official presidential residence, massive auditoriums, an arsenal, a museum, four palaces, three cathedrals and several churches—is just over 66 acres in area.

This news is more than a little creepy.

The Pentagon is the world’s largest office building. This will be bigger. And they’ll be watching you. https://t.co/2y3dO631cJ

The Republicans in Congress may be able to stop this project. American Greatness explains how:

The House can exercise power of the purse to stop this semi-stealth FBI expansion and force the bureau to cooperate fully with Congress. How?

First, allow no funds to purchase, lease, or develop land not presently owned by the federal government. That would eliminate the two proposed sites in Maryland.

Second, allow no funds to design, develop, or construct federal property bound to diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas or any programs that promote or enforce cultural Marxism with tax dollars.

Third, conduct lengthy, open hearings and a broad public debate about why the FBI needs a headquarters superplex that’s twice the size, or more, of the Pentagon.

Finally, don’t appropriate or authorize a penny until the FBI cooperates fully with Congress to identify and hold individuals accountable for political abuses of power and criminal activity within the bureau. It’s as simple as that.

The American people deserve transparency on this. The bureau functions with their tax dollars.

In the segment below, Dan Ball does another excellent job going over the recent information reported by TGP that is summarized in the article below.

Dan Ball focused on the events surrounding Metabiota, the firm that Hunter invested in that had a Biolab in Ukraine. As reported by TGP, when the Russians invaded Ukraine, President Zelensky released a decree to the country to destroy all documents related to Metabiota.

Ball goes on to read part of Zelensky’s memo:

Zelensky obviously was trying to erase all documents associated to Hunter’s company that he was connected to before the war, just in case that would get into the wrong hands. Why would they not want that in the wrong hands?

Daniel Ivey-Soto, New Mexico’s most corrupt senator and his shell game played with taxpayer dollars.

Guest post by the Editor of Estancia News

As revealed in Part 1 of this series, Daniel Ivey-Soto is a New Mexico Senator who also runs a non-profit called Vandelay Solutions which advises county clerks on technical matters related to elections and other duties.

This article will focus on partisan activities pursued by Ivey-Soto and the fact that he has received at least $925,000 in taxpayer dollars for consultation and assistance in drafting, promoting, and voting on legislation that directly benefits his clients and friends, but hurts the public.

Vandelay Solutions was previously known as “NM Clerks,” but that company was dissolved and rebranded as Vandelay Solutions in 2019 after some clerks complained that the original name could mislead people into thinking Ivey-Soto’s company was a government agency. Ivey-Soto admitted as much in a recorded conversation that election workers were concerned that he was “running the clerks.” Instead of clearly communicating his company is not a government agency, Ivey-Soto still uses the “NM Clerks” brand for the email list serve he runs with all 33 county clerks, according to public documents obtained by Estancia News.

Hunter Biden’s attorney sent letters to three entities on Wednesday night to encourage them to investigate individuals who were sharing information from this laptop. Two of these entities report to his father Joe Biden as part of the Executive Branch. The third entity was the Delaware Attorney General, a friend of the Biden crime family.

TGP reported on the story as soon as the news broke that Hunter Biden’s attorney sent letters to three individuals and entities to request that they investigate those who were sharing information from his laptop.

Today’s jobs report shows far greater employment gains than expected, that’s why. This signals to the Fed that the economy is great despite rising interest rates. This in turn tells them they will be able to raise rates even further in their battle against inflation. This tells Mr. Market to dump precious metals which are rate sensitive.

The only problem is that none of this jobs info is quite true and that Mr. Market is stupid in the short term (almost always). Expect a dramatic reversal once Mr. Market gets it.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the standoff at the Watson Hotel in Hell’s Kitchen NYC where hundreds of illegals, housed on the American taxpayer’s dime, are refusing to relocate to Mayor Eric Adams’s mega-shelter at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

City officials initiated the relocation to move single adult men from the hotel to the mega-shelter to make room for women and families at the hotel location

Efforts to frame the protest as an “organic uprising: fail to acknowledge that the usual suspects, leftist “professional agitators,” are in the background of the standoff

    The New York Post reports:

The activists who city officials blamed for helping fuel the migrant standoff outside Manhattan’s Watson Hotel included a “community organizer” from California and a New York writer who sparked controversy with an open letter that got her fired by Yelp

At least one person in the group also apparently distributed an anti-cop leaflet produced by an anarchist organization that bills itself as a “rebel alliance” dedicated to “action against all the forces that threaten your freedom.”

On Wednesday, Mayor Eric Adams blasted the activists as “agitators that just really, I think, are doing a disservice to migrants and doing a disservice to the children and families we’re moving to hotels.”

City Immigrant Affairs Commissioner Manuel Castro also accused the rabble rousers of outright lying to migrants, telling Univision that they “seek some political motive.”

“They are telling them that we are establishing detention centers, which is incorrect,” Castro said.

A bill that would allow people to sue anyone or entity that releases information about their credit card gun purchases is necessary to uphold the Second Amendment rights of Wyoming residents, supporters say.

But the measure as written could actually harm Wyoming banks and credit unions, opponents argue.

“We now have a target, no pun intended, on our backs, for potential liability for something we have no control over,” said Scott Meier, president and CEO of the Wyoming Bankers Association.

He was testifying Thursday for the Wyoming Senate Revenue Committee about Senate File 171, which supporters said is necessary to “push back” against national efforts to track firearms and ammunition purchases with credit cards.

Committee member Sen. Stephan Pappas, R-Cheyenne, questioned how effective the measure would be given that credit card merchant codes are set at the federal level and therefore not subject to Wyoming law.

He also called for an amendment to have the word “bank” removed from the bill and replaced with “financial institution” to offer some protection to Wyoming banks and credit unions. That amendment failed.

The committee decided to forward SF 171 to the state Senate, with Pappas casting the sole vote against it.

Yes votes also came from Sens. Tim French, R-Powell, Bo Biteman, R-Ranchester, Troy McKeown, R-Gillette, and Bob Ide, R-Casper.

    Government Tracking?

Last year, major credit card networks announced they would assign a specific merchant category code to firearms and ammunition purchases, said the bill’s main sponsor, Sen. Dan Laursen, R-Powell.

That was done under the auspices of aiding anti-terrorism efforts. However, it will make it easier for the government to pry into the privacy of law-abiding gun owners, Laursen said.

“I definitely don’t want that information to be able to get to agencies or law enforcement without due cause,” he said.

    McKeown agreed.

“I don’t want the government knowing I bought a Twinkie, let alone a gun,” he said.

The bill would hold entities that release information about credit card firearms and ammunition purchases liable and possibly fined up to $30,000 for each

    Banks Caught In The Crossfire?

Meier and others testifying for banks and credit unions said local branches have no authority over credit card processing and how the information might be used by larger organizations at the national level.

Moreover, faced with liability complaints in the $30,000 range per instance, most banks would probably have to cave rather than face costly court battles, Meier said.

“This stuff, in my opinion, is legalized extortion,” he said about SF 171.

    Has To Start Somewhere

Testifying in favor of the bill, Sen. Anthony Bouchard, R-Cheyenne, said the network, from the local level all the way up to huge national credit card processors, is interconnected.

“They’re all holding hands,” he said, adding that Wyoming needs to start pushing back against the erosion of Second Amendment rights.

“If we don’t start here, where do we start?,” Bouchard said.

Pappas said he was skeptical the bill could make any difference. Because Wyoming is such a small market, some large companies might just stop issuing credit cards to people here.

“They’re not going to care what our law says. That’s what I’m getting at,” he said. “Now, they won’t issue these credit cards to Wyoming citizens.”

Chanel Rion at OAN discussed the FBI and how it has now become such a corrupt organization from the top down.

TGP reported on January 23, that the former Special Agent in charge of counter-intelligence in the New York field office, Charles McGonigal, was arrested for conspiring with Oleg Deripaska, a sanctioned Russian Oligarch.

Charles McGonigal was hit with a five-count indictment and charged with “violating and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”) and with conspiring to commit money laundering and money laundering.”

Chanel Rion on OAN provided a weekly briefing discussing this story.

  23. The White Person’s Guide to Surviving Black History Month at Work
    It’s a short month—you got this.

Identity groups are to the calendar what washed-up celebrities are to the Hollywood Walk of Fame: everybody is gifted a little piece of real estate.

February, of course, is Black History Month; many blessings to all who celebrate!

I know this because it popped up on my iPhone Calendar on February 1st, like all the new federal holidays you can’t delete.

Although I bet Apple wishes it could delete it now. Here’s a fun Black History Month cautionary tale, told in 3 acts.

    And then, inevitably:

    Oops!
My memory of the Before Times is hazy, but I seem to recall Black History Month celebrated almost exclusively in elementary schools. It was a perfectly fine addition to the regular school history curriculum. You’d learn about great Americans like Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman and Jackie Robinson, you’d make crayon drawings, maybe even a paper maché bust, of Martin Luther King, Jr.

You’d illustrate little books about how the Civil War was fought to free the slaves. On the cover, you’d draw an American flag.

    Remember those?

  24. DeSantis beats the devil
Feb 2Lucifer woke up this morning with his head pounding and his ego deflated. He drank a gallon of Bloody Marys to stop the pain. Yesterday, that pipsqueak DeSantis beat the devil at his own game. Sure, Satan still has Biden in the White House, but to be beaten by a Florida Man truly hurts.

Why can’t DeSantis just be a normal Florida Man content with bicycling backward down the Interstate?

But DeSantis stared Satan down and got the College Board to kick Satan out of its advanced placement black studies course.

John Sexton of Hot Air reported, “As is so often the case with media coverage of culture war/political topics, it can be difficult to discern what actually happened as opposed to what the various factions involved have decided is the most convenient and beneficial story to tell.

At the bottom of this is the College Board’s revision of the curriculum. I don’t believe for a moment that the changes had nothing to do with the criticism from DeSantis. The Washington Post and the New York Times don’t believe it either.

“But I do believe that the College Board decided it was a) wise to make the changes in light of the criticism from the right and b) also wise to deny that’s what was happening to avoid criticism from the left. I do believe it’s likely that actual students who were a part of their pilot tests were more interested in reading the first hand account of, say, Frederick Douglass (which really is compelling) than they were in wading through the leftist mind-thoughts of Kimberlé W. Crenshaw. So in this case it seems possible the College Board had a good reason for making some of the changes they were under pressure to make anyway. And of course they absolutely can’t admit that DeSantis had a point without setting people’s hair on fire.”

The board capitulated on the first day of Black History Month. The College Board’s course as originally crafted was not about black people but about pushing Marxism and other evils. Good

Why did Joe Biden secure a $250,000 home equity line of credit?

Joe Biden quietly took out a $250,000 line of credit against his Rehoboth Beach home in December amid his classified documents scandal.

Biden took the line of credit out while his son Hunter is under federal criminal investigation.

President Biden secured a $250,000 line of credit against his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, home as his son, Hunter Biden, faces an investigation into his tax affairs and amid his own classified documents scandal, records obtained by Fox News Digital shows.

Biden acquired the six-figure home equity variable rate line of credit from M&T Bank on Dec. 5, 2022, Sussex County filings show. Biden and his wife, first lady Jill Biden, initially purchased the residence in 2017 for $2.74 million, according to county records.

It is unclear why Biden quietly secured the line of credit, which allows him to borrow up to a quarter of a million dollars against his home’s equity, and the White House did not respond to a Fox News Digital inquiry on the matter

Biden was having trouble speaking during his remarks.
His cognitive decline is rapidly accelerating.

  29. 153 Years Ago, the 15th Amendment Was Ratified Granting Black Males Right to Vote – Today Americans’ Votes Are Again Being Discounted

On February 3, 1870, the US Congress ratified the 15th Amendment that allowed black males the right to vote. Today Americans’ votes are again in jeopardy.

The 15th Amendment was ratified over 150 years ago today.

    FOX News reports:

On this day in history, Feb. 3, 1870, the 15th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified — granting African American men the right to vote

The amendment declared that the “right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.”
As the U.S. National Archives notes, “Set free by the 13th Amendment [and] with citizenship guaranteed by the 14th Amendment, Black males were given the vote by the 15th Amendment.”
Attorney Ron Coleman, partner at the Dhillon Law Group told Fox News Digital about the amendment’s ratification, “By guaranteeing the vote to former slaves and prohibiting racial discrimination in elections, the 15th Amendment was a major step toward fulfilling America’s destiny to be what Lincoln called ‘the last best hope of Earth.’”

Americans’ votes seem to always be under attack. The individual vote is the bedrock of our constitutional republic which is why it is stolen, not counted or discounted by fraudulent votes.
American black males were given the right to vote in 1870 but Americans today face a similar situation.
