Distractions, EU and free speech and school board fun: Links 2, January 19th, 2023

1. Alec Baldwin to be charged with involuntary manslaughter for shooting people on a movie set.

Watch the video at the link. Its hard to tell who lies better. Baldwin, or the FBI. The difference I guess is that its illegal to lie to the FBI while the FBI is mandated to lie to you if it helps them screw you over.

Alec Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will each be charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter for the 2021 fatal shooting on the New Mexico set of the film “Rust,” officials said Thursday.

Santa Fe First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies and special prosecutor Andrea Reeb announced their decision Thursday morning in a written statement shared with media.

First assistant director David Halls has already agreed to plead guilty for the charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon.

2. The College of Surgeons and Physicians in Alberta have a plan to screw over the interim premiere, Danielle Smith while they wait for a more Pfizer and Trudeau compliant NDP government. The plan is, to fast track vaxx positive foreign doctors who many feel are not up to Canadian standards, to make sure people get enough vaxx and to stop hospitals from rehiring the responsible medical staff who were forced out rather than take an illegal coerced shot of mRNA.

4. The European Union does its usual commie word games over Twitter and free speech. They claim to preserve freedom of speech while condemning Elon Musk in the same breath for allowing it on Twitter. They also use the concept of legal speech as weasel words.

I don’t really get how the EU works. Did ANYONE ever vote for that woman or her views?

5. Gotta say, watching people speak truth to power at school boards is right up there as favorite videos to watch. Here is the original YouTube title:
