  1. Allow me to be a little sexist: there are not many real men left in Australian politics, this Senator (from Queensland) is one of that rare species. As to the bovines, from the Greens Party, that you will hear towards the end of his passionate speech, they are multiplying like rodents and they are my reason for fervently wishing less females in politics.

  7. AfriForum at UN: “South Africa is the Most Racist Government in the World”

Farm murders are on the rise in South Africa as the South Afrrican government walks out on a conference of the UN Forum for Minority Affairs. AfriForum spokesman Ernst Roets called the South African government “the most racist government in the world.”

The conference was held Thursday and Friday at the UN in Geneva, Switzerland. According to Ernst Roets, the South African representative left the hall when other delegates began to speak. “It was very embarassing when the Chairman called on the South African government and no one showed up”, Roets said.

Friday morning, Dec. 2, Roets spoke to the UN conference about the anti-minority aggression of the racist South African government.

racism is measured by the amount of race laws a government implements, the South African government with over 125 racial laws surely constitues the most racist government in the world. Perhaps this is why they failed to report at the session yesterday,” Roets said.

“The South African private sphere is also culpable, with major corporations shamelessly enforcing moratoriums on the appointment and promotion of minorities”, he said.

  8. War on Trump, Died Suddenly Continues, Brace for Long Recession

There is a war on Trump from almost every angle. The Lying Legacy Media (LLM) continues the psyop that twists every piece of data into a negative for the 2024 presidential candidate. The Kanye (aka Ye) West antisemitic scam at Mara Largo is the latest attempt to destroy Donald Trump’s reputation with more lies. It ain’t going to work because everybody knows Trump is pro-Israel. He moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem for goodness’ sake. The investigations and lawfare are unrelenting, and yet Trump keeps going. Meanwhile, nobody is talking about the Hunter Biden investigation coming in the House or the FTX crypto allegations of money laundering for the Democrat party. The LLM wants you to think that Trump is the villain, but we all know Biden was cheated in, the 2022 Election continues to be rigged and the Biden crime family are up to their necks in corruption.

Every week there is a new group of unfortunate vax victims. They either “die suddenly” or are damaged for life at a very young age. This is simply not going to stop anytime soon. Now, people in Congress are starting to feel nervous about this increasing debacle and are offering to try to put an end to the mandatory vax idiocy in the U.S. military by withholding funding. Congress is exempt from the vax they allowed on the rest of the country, and it appears they need to try to save face and stop the carnage–at least in the military. There is no stopping what is coming, especially for the double vaxed and boosted. Just ask Al Roker, who just returned to the hospital for more life-threatening blood clots, and, yes, he’s reportedly triple vaxed.

U.S. oil and gas sector activity advanced at a strong pace, although the rate of expansion decelerated in the third quarter, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Energy Survey for the third quarter.

The business activity index, a measurement of conditions facing energy companies in the region, fell to 46.0 in the July-to-September period from the second quarter’s record of 57.7.

Executives at exploration and production (E&P) firms noted that crude oil and natural gas production increased at a solid rate of 31.7 and 35.6, respectively.

Costs continue to remain elevated for the seventh consecutive quarter as the index for input costs clocked in at 83.9. None of the 58 oilfield services firms that participated in the regional central bank’s quarterly survey recorded a drop in input costs. In addition, the indexes for finding and development costs and lease operating expenses for E&P entities eased slightly to 64.7 and 70.2, respectively.

“Oilfield service inflation has increased, uncertainty has increased and oil prices have decreased. This is a recipe for lower to flat industry spending in 2023,” one E&P executive stated

  10. Collapsing Crypto Yield Offerings Signal “Extreme Duress”

The leverage-fueled mania in crypto is over with yield arbitrage opportunities collapsing. How can companies still offer yield products above risk-free rates?

    SPECULATION AND YIELDS
This cycle has been super charged by speculation and yield, leading all the way back to the initial Grayscale Bitcoin Trust premium arbitrage opportunity. That opportunity in the market incentivized hedge funds and trading shops from all over the world to lever up in order to capture the premium spread. It was a ripe time for making money, especially back in early 2021 before the trade collapsed and switched to the significant discount we see today.

The same story existed in the perpetual futures market where we saw 7-day average annualized funding rates reach up to 120% at peak. This is the implied annual yield that long positions were paying in the market to short positions. There were an abundance of opportunities in the GBTC and futures markets alone for yield and quick returns to be had — without even mentioning the bucket of DeFi, staking tokens, failed projects and Ponzi schemes that were generating even higher yield opportunities in 2020 and 2021.

There’s an ongoing, vicious feedback loop where higher prices drive more speculation and leverage, which, in turn, drive higher yields. Now, we’re dealing with this cycle in reverse. Lower prices wipe out more speculation and leverage while washing out any “yield” opportunities. As a result, yields everywhere have collapsed.

“Total value locked” in the Ethereum DeFi ecosystem surpassed over $100 billion in 2021 during the speculative mania, and is now a mere $23.9 billion today. This leverage-fueled mania in the crypto ecosystem fueled the growth of the “yield” products offered by the market, most of which have all collapsed

  11. the telegraph – Britain is sleepwalking into censorship and we’re running out of time to stop it

The revised Online Safety Bill still incentivises Big Tech to turn its algorithms against legal speech

When Rishi Sunak stood for leader of the Conservative Party, one of his pledges was to defend free speech. It certainly was in peril: Nadine Dorries was planning a Bill that would give her, as culture secretary, powers to censor anything deemed “legal, but harmful”. This dangerously nebulous phrase could mean anything: she offered, as an example, a Jimmy Carr joke. Social media firms would be instructed to let their censorship algorithms rip, and pay huge fines if anything slipped through. Britain would end up with one of the most draconian regimes in the free world.

Earlier this week, we heard that the Online Safety Bill was to be amended and the threat lifted. But this turned out to be a false alarm. The legal-but-harmful rule remains, albeit intended for the under-18s. The problem, of course, is that cyberspace does not distinguish between children and adults. Nor can it, if anonymity and privacy are to be preserved.

Michelle Donelan, the 10th culture secretary in 10 years, has told Silicon Valley that she’ll come after them for “billions of pounds” if children find the wrong content. So the obvious thing for them to do is censor for everyone.

This takes us back to where we started: with Britain sleepwalking into a system far harsher than anything that the EU or the US is proposing. Worse, this isn’t even intentional. It’s happening because ministers have not really thought through the implications, and are in a panicked rush into cleaning up the internet for the young. Big Tech has no friends and a great many enemies, but a censorship law that seeks to bring them to heel will end up imposing profound consequences that will reshape our public debate.

A robot, for example, will already have read this column and sought to ascertain if my argument justifies the headline. If not, the article will be punished, pushed far down the search rankings. This is a standard Google procedure, intended to improve search results.

But how, I asked a tech chief recently, does an algorithm judge the quality of an argument? As an editor, I’ve come to find out that first-class sub-editors are the most valuable and rarest people in the industry. Can their craft really be judged by a bot? I have my doubts. But we’ll never know, as the process is invisible.

And this is the problem. Bots make mistakes all the time – but no one knows because their decisions are never made public. The Online Safety Bill could end up with all kinds of articles targeted, but we’d never know or be told. YouTube will say that such secrecy is vital. It has been taking down thousands of Russian propaganda videos recently, for example. Must it really inform the Kremlin every time it does?

But then come the other casualties. The Spectator recently broadcast an interview with a Harvard fellow about the Ukraine war. It was removed (by a TikTok bot) and categorised as lacking in “integrity and authenticity”. We appealed. We lost. No explanation.

Part of an editor’s job, now, is to battle with these bots. I wish I could say that my magazine is unsullied by the digital world, but we rely almost entirely on digital to find new readers in print.

A third of The Spectator’s traffic comes from search engines, a quarter from social media. They are the new newsstands where people pick us up, browse, see if they’d like to buy. Every publication, even the world’s oldest weekly, now sails in these waters. And we do so against a swarm of bots, which the UK Government is about to make more powerful still.

The idea that all this is resolved with age restrictions is naive. Surely, ministers say, we age-restrict films, magazines and video games? Yes, but for the past few centuries we have not censored the written word (with a handful of quite famous exceptions). Why start now? Where might it lead?

The anonymity of internet use is an important principle of privacy. Keystrokes and browsing history can help companies guess a user’s age, but it’s only a guess. If they’re fined billions for getting it wrong, why take the risk? Why not just treat everyone as a child, without telling them?

Ms Donelan argues that Big Tech would not dare because they make such good money from news. If only. Facebook, Google et al have more power than all the press barons put together, by asking bots to curate the news feeds of billions. But they never asked for such power – and now see it as a liability.

It brings lots of headaches, regulatory risk – and hardly any cash. YouTube makes big money selling ads against things like Baby Shark videos (its all-time number one). Less than 2 per cent of Google searches are for news stories, and adverts are seldom sold against it.

If news was hugely profitable, its independence might be more vigorously defended. But in my own conversations with Big Tech chiefs, they’re usually quite candid. News, for them, is a marginal slice of their business. And if the UK is about to be the most dangerous place in the free world to publish against-the-grain opinions, this gives them a huge incentive to tell those bots to take a more risk-averse approach.

The role of algorithms in our everyday lives is far greater than is appreciated in Westminster. The rise of machine learning means that even Google doesn’t quite know why its bots make the decisions they do. But such decisions are curating the digital world, and the news as it is seen by billions. Elon Musk, Twitter’s new owner, is quite explicit about the politicisation of the system he inherited. “The obvious reality,” he said recently, is that Twitter “has interfered in elections”. The question, he says, is what to do about it.

Another obvious reality now is that more children get news from TikTok than the BBC, more adults get their news from Facebook than any newspaper – and all of it is arranged by algorithms. The Government has huge power to distort these algorithms, by threatening such insanely large fines – but is it sure what the effects will be? How will they be monitored?

The best option would be to outlaw the genuine nasties, and refrain from censoring the written word – as successive governments have done for centuries. This is a hugely complicated problem. But there is still time for Mr Sunak to do the right thing.

US President Joe Biden has asked Congress for an additional $37 billion to support Ukraine.

This was announced by US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland during the Kyiv Security Forum.

“Literally, President Biden has just turned to Congress so that Ukraine not only survives these trials, but also flourishes as a sovereign, secure and democratic country,” she said.

Victoria Nuland recalled the importance of Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. According to her, if Russian President Vladimir Putin is not defeated, the world will become “much more dangerous.”

Recall that the White House recently announced that it would appeal to the US Congress with a request to approve the allocation of $37.7 billion for security and other assistance to Ukraine.

According to the proposal, the new aid package will include $21.7 billion in defense assistance, while $14.5 billion is planned to be directed to humanitarian assistance and support for the work of the Ukrainian authorities, $900 million to support Ukrainians living in the United States, and $626 million to Ukraine’s nuclear security. .

  15. NYT – DEC 02 2022 Hate Speech’s Rise on Twitter Is Unprecedented, Researchers Find

Problematic content and formerly barred accounts have increased sharply in the short time since Elon Musk took over, researchers said.

Before Elon Musk bought Twitter, slurs against Black Americans showed up on the social media service an average of 1,282 times a day. After the billionaire became Twitter’s owner, they jumped to 3,876 times a day.

Slurs against gay men appeared on Twitter 2,506 times a day on average before Mr. Musk took over. Afterward, their use rose to 3,964 times a day.

And antisemitic posts referring to Jews or Judaism soared more than 61 percent in the two weeks after Mr. Musk acquired the site.

These findings — from the Center for Countering Digital Hate, the Anti-Defamation League and other groups that study online platforms — provide the most comprehensive picture to date of how conversations on Twitter have changed since Mr. Musk completed his $44 billion deal for the company in late October. While the numbers are relatively small, researchers said the increases were atypically high.

The shift in speech is just the tip of a set of changes on the service under Mr. Musk. Accounts that Twitter used to regularly remove — such as those that identify as part of the Islamic State, which were banned after the U.S. government classified ISIS as a terror group — have come roaring back. Accounts associated with QAnon, a vast far-right conspiracy theory, have paid for and received verified status on Twitter, giving them a sheen of legitimacy.

These changes are alarming, researchers said, adding that they had never seen such a sharp increase in hate speech, problematic content and formerly banned accounts in such a short period on a mainstream social media platform.

“Elon Musk sent up the Bat Signal to every kind of racist, misogynist and homophobe that Twitter was open for business,” said Imran Ahmed, the chief executive of the Center for Countering Digital Hate. “They have reacted accordingly.”

Mr. Musk, who did not respond to a request for comment, has been vocal about being a “free speech absolutist” who believes in unfettered discussions online. He has moved swiftly to overhaul Twitter’s practices, allowing former President Donald J. Trump — who was barred for tweets that could incite violence — to return. Last week, Mr. Musk proposed a widespread amnesty for accounts that Twitter’s previous leadership had suspended. And on Tuesday, he ended enforcement of a policy against Covid misinformation.

But Mr. Musk has denied claims that hate speech has increased on Twitter under his watch. Last month, he tweeted a downward-trending graph that he said showed that “hate speech impressions” had dropped by a third since he took over. He did not provide underlying numbers or details of how he was measuring hate speech.

On Thursday, Mr. Musk said that the account of rapper and fashion designer Kanye West, which was restricted for a spell in October because of an antisemitic tweet, would be suspended indefinitely after Mr. West tweeted an image of a swastika inside the Star of David.

Changes in Twitter’s content not only have societal implications but also affect the company’s bottom line. Advertisers, which provide about 90 percent of Twitter’s revenue, have reduced their spending on the platform as they wait to see how it will fare under Mr. Musk. Some have said they are concerned that the quality of discussions on the platform will suffer.

On Wednesday, Twitter sought to reassure advertisers about its commitment to online safety. “Brand safety is only possible when human safety is the top priority,” the company wrote in a blog post. “All of this remains true today.”

The appeal to advertisers coincided with a meeting between Mr. Musk and Thierry Breton, the digital chief of the European Union, in which they discussed content moderation and regulation, according to an E.U. spokesman. Mr. Breton has pressed Mr. Musk to comply with the Digital Services Act, a European law that requires social platforms to reduce online harm or face fines and other penalties.

Mr. Breton plans to visit Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters early next year to perform a “stress test” of its ability to moderate content and combat disinformation, the spokesman said.

On Twitter itself, researchers said the increase in hate speech, antisemitic posts and other troubling content had begun before Mr. Musk loosened the service’s content rules. That suggested that a further surge could be coming, they said.

If that happens, it’s unclear whether Mr. Musk will have policies in place to deal with problematic speech or, even if he does, whether Twitter has the employees to keep up with moderation. Mr. Musk laid off, fired or accepted the resignations of more than half the company’s staff last month, including those who worked to remove harassment, foreign interference and disinformation from the service. Yoel Roth, Twitter’s head of trust of safety, was among those who quit.

The Anti-Defamation League, which files regular reports of antisemitic tweets to Twitter and keeps track of which posts are removed, said the company had gone from taking action on 60 percent of the tweets it reported to only 30 percent.

“We have advised Musk that Twitter should not just keep the policies it has had in place for years, it should dedicate resources to those policies,” said Yael Eisenstat, a vice president at the Anti-Defamation League, who met with Mr. Musk last month. She said he did not appear interested in taking the advice of civil rights groups and other organizations.

“His actions to date show that he is not committed to a transparent process where he incorporates the best practices we have learned from civil society groups,” Ms. Eisenstat said. “Instead he has emboldened racists, homophobes and antisemites.”

The lack of action extends to new accounts affiliated with terror groups and others that Twitter previously banned. In the first 12 days after Mr. Musk assumed control, 450 accounts associated with ISIS were created, up 69 percent from the previous 12 days, according to the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, a think tank that studies online platforms.

Other social media companies are also increasingly concerned about how content is being moderated on Twitter.

When Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, found accounts associated with Russian and Chinese state-backed influence campaigns on its platforms last month, it tried to alert Twitter, said two members of Meta’s security team, who asked not to be named because they were not authorized to speak publicly. The two companies often communicated on these issues, since foreign influence campaigns typically linked fake accounts on Facebook to Twitter.

But this time was different. The emails to their counterparts at Twitter bounced or went unanswered, the Meta employees said, in a sign that those workers may have been fired.

  17. Oath Keepers Verdict:
A Dangerous Escalation in Criminalizing Dissent
New ground is set with every egregious indictment and conviction with dire consequences for the future of political speech and activity.

One year after the events of January 6—despite their best efforts—federal prosecutors still hadn’t filed a single criminal charge that came anything close to resembling “insurrection” or domestic terrorism. Democrats and regime media were agitated: How could they continue promoting the four-hour disturbance as an attempted coup if the most prevalent offense charged by the Department of Justice a year later was the petty misdemeanor of “parading” in the Capitol? Even the chief judge for the D.C. district court overseeing each January 6 case had publicly expressed her frustration that the government wasn’t producing harsher indictments against Trump supporters

So Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, swooped in to save face. Eleven members of the Oath Keepers, an alleged militia group, were charged on January 12, 2022 with seditious conspiracy for their involvement in the Capitol protest. Elmer “Stewart” Rhodes and 10 others were accused of conspiring “to oppose by force the authority of the Government of the United States, and by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.” The law the Oath Keepers attempted to stop, Graves claimed, was the “peaceful transfer of power” vested in both the 12th and 20th amendments.

The indictment was preposterous on its face, something only a grand jury seated in the most Democratic city in the country could countenance. None faced a weapons charge, raising the natural question of how a group of military veterans, most suffering various degrees of service-related disabilities, planned to overtake the government “by force” without a single firearm or explosive device. 18. Americans Need the Freedom Fighters to Win in China
Let’s call what ails the West today Sinocracy—a tyranny following the Chinese model of business and government partnering to oppress.
    By Adam Mill

    December 1, 2022

hat can we call the authoritarian movement that has seized so much power in Western Civilization? The media, universities, our sprawling bureaucracy, unions, the military, even our local politicians all seem to have been corralled into a rigid pen of groupthink. Our ongoing decline and loss of freedom does not appear directly tilted towards true fascism or communism, but something indistinct and perhaps even more frightening. What we do know is our leaders clearly have a fetish for authoritarian systems which dominate private life with a mandatory political orientation

In North Korea, for example, there are four television channels but they all relentlessly parrot the same political propaganda. Is the situation really significantly different here? Change the channel from CNN to MSNBC in America and try to detect a difference. We flatter ourselves if we imagine there is a substantial one.

The Chinese call their system “Communism with Chinese characteristics,” meaning that the totalitarians in China found, paradoxically, that the Communist Party can maximize its control of that regime and its people by permitting just enough market economics to keep the money flowing. And, indeed, many of our own oligarchs have spoken with admiration about the Chinese system. For now, let us call this system they admire “Sinocracy,” a tyranny following the Chinese model of business and government partnering to oppress

Canada’s prime minister, Justin Trudeau, said in 2013, “There is a level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime and say we need to go green, we need to start, you know, investing in solar . . . There is a flexibility that I know [Prime Minister] Stephen Harper must dream about: having a dictatorship where you can do whatever you wanted, that I find quite interesting.”

For over a decade, many of the richest people in the United States (such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffet) have cultivated an affectionate relationship with the Chinese Communist Party to pursue various utopian visions while themselves getting rich at the cost of our freedom. Then-presidential candidate Joe Biden said of China, “I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks,” when asked whether the United States should be concerned about potential challenges from China. He made this statement before Hunter Biden’s laptop revealed the “big guy” (believed to be Biden) would take 10 percent of his son’s lucrative deal with cutouts for the Chinese Communist Party.

  19. President Trump Special Master Appointment Overturned by Appeals Court – If Secret Search Warrant is Valid, All Seizure Valid – But You are Not Allowed to See Search Warrant, Because National Security
    December 1, 2022 | Sundance | 392 Comments
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals having previously ruled the special master cannot review classified documents, also ruled today against the special master having any involvement in the filtering of seized documents from Mar-a-Lago. [Ruling Here]

Previously, the lower court appointedspecial master to review the seized documents and ensure no privileged material was exploited by the DOJ. However, the appellate court determined the DOJ can independently define a national security interest and classify documents with no legal basis for challenge, therefore the special master cannot filter classified documents

Today the appeals court essentially said if the search warrant was legally predicated and legally valid, and if the search warrant was used legally, then all the seized documents are valid for the investigative purposes of the DOJ – regardless of their content. The only way to fight the authority of the DOJ seizure is to challenge the legality of the search warrant. However, here’s where things get weird.

President Trump’s lawyers have been: (1) blocked from receiving a non-redacted search warrant; (2) denied access to the underlying probable cause affidavit used to predicate the search warrant, and (3) denied the full contents of the documents that were seized as part of the warrant (they are not allowed to see). Yet somewhere in this convoluted mess, we are supposed to believe a 4th amendment violation doesn’t exist.

  20. Nevada, Utah, and Venezuela: A tale of two oil and gas policy moves
What are US oil workers, chopped liver?

Possibly, if these events hadn’t all been concurrent, I mightn’t have noticed either tale, or the events it encompassed.

But they did all unfold at the same time. And they struck me quite forcibly.

One struck me in particular, for reasons I suspect will be obvious. So I’ll just mention that one at the outset, to get things started.

In October 2022, a batch of Venezuelan bonds bought by Goldman Saches back in May 2017 reached their final maturity date. The bonds were against the Venezuelan state-owned oil and gas company, Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA). They were nominally worth $2.8 billion when purchased for some $865 million in 2017. Many business and political commentators thought it was a bad buy at the time: a use of investors’ money that was neither sound from a business standpoint nor impressive from a moral one.

amount like $2.8 billion isn’t that significant in the grand scheme of global investing and finance, at the scale Goldman Sachs operates. But it’s still noteworthy that it was one of the related events around which the Biden administration’s decision last week to authorize Chevron to resume pumping oil in Venezuela unfolded.

And we’ll get to all that. But first, the other tale, which is about Nevada and Utah.

    Tale One

The Department of Homeland Security has issued a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin in advance of the holidays.

The United States remains in a heightened threat environment. Lone offenders and small groups motivated by a range of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances continue to pose a persistent and lethal threat to the Homeland. Domestic actors and foreign terrorist organizations continue to maintain a visible presence online in attempts to motivate supporters to conduct attacks in the Homeland. Threat actors have recently mobilized to violence, citing factors such as reactions to current events and adherence to violent extremist ideologies. In the coming months, threat actors could exploit several upcoming events to justify or commit acts of violence, including certifications related to the midterm elections, the

  22. global news – Drop in COVID attention could lead to deadly new variant, WHO warns

Lapses in strategies to tackle COVID-19 could create “the perfect conditions” for a deadly new variant to emerge, the World Health Organization’s Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned on Friday.

About 90 per cent of the world’s population now has some level of immunity to SARS-COV-2 either due to prior infection or vaccination, according to the global health agency’s estimates.

“We are much closer to being able to say that the emergency phase of the pandemic is over, but we’re not there yet,” Tedros told reporters during a press conference.

His comments come as China experiences a rebound in infections.

The further easing of COVID-19 testing requirements and quarantine rules in some Chinese cities was met with a mix of relief and worry on Friday, as hundreds of millions await an expected shift in national virus policies after widespread social unrest.

WHO’s emergencies director Mike Ryan said he hopes that a coherent and clear strategy emerges in China “that balances the control of the virus with…the livelihoods, wellbeing and human rights of the people.”

Clinton-appointed federal judge will decide if Governor Ron DeSantis lawfully suspended a Soros-backed prosecutor for refusing to enforce Florida abortion laws.

Soros-backed Florida prosecutor Andrew Warren recently sued Governor Ron DeSantis to get his job back.

DeSantis wasn’t intimidated by Warren’s lawsuit.

“Warren said that it doesn’t matter what the legislature does in the state of Florida. He is going to exercise a veto over that. He’s also instituted policies of ‘presumptive non-enforcement’…that is not consistent with the role of a prosecutor. You can exercise discretion in individual case, but that discretion has to be individualized and case specific,” DeSantis said as he announced Warren’s suspension.

  29. The Order Reads Like The Judge Wants To Deter Not Bad Faith Cases But Electoral Challenges” – Kari Lake Responds To Corrupt Obama-Appointed Judge’s Sanctions Against Her
    By Jordan Conradson

Kari Lake responded today to Obama-Judge John Tuchi’s decision to sanction her and Mark Finchem at the request of Maricopa County for daring to bring a lawsuit against the unreliable and corrupt voting machines.

John Tuchi is the same Federal Judge who recently ruled that Maricopa County was justified in discriminating against TGP reporter Jordan Conradson and preventing him his First Amendment rights and access to the County’s press room after another election disaster in the County.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the decision to sanction Lake’s lawyers yesterday in an apparent effort to discredit and discourage any election challenges after the State certifies the corrupt Midterm next Monday.

The Judge even admitted that this order was intended to “send a message” to those who file what he considers “baseless” lawsuits in the future.

These issues were present ALL DAY at some locations.

Because of this, despite having had only 17% of the turnout on election day, Democrats outperformed Republicans in multiple counties, which is unlikely and impossible

It is unclear if the “errors” on election day were truly by accident or if the machines were hacked or programmed to do this. What a coincidence, though!

The corrupt Judge decided to sanction Kari Lake and her attorneys weeks after this debacle of an election, obviously to deter her from challenging the clearly rigged election.

This sanction also came just days after The Gateway Pundit reported that Kari Lake vowed to “not quit” and that she is “working with a team of patriotic, talented lawyers on a legal case to challenge the botched elections.”

Lake’s lawsuit to ban voting machines used numerous expert witnesses, including former voting machine tester, Clay Parikh, who testified that he was able to hack both Dominion and ES&S machines in a matter of minutes. He was stopped, however, from going further during his penetration testing that may have revealed the ability to “manipulate statistical data on the machine.”

Parikh also suggested that the testing these machines go through is nothing more than a proverbial check in the box to instill a false sense of security that the machines are functioning properly.

Kari Lake told The Gateway Pundit, “It is very, very rare to sanction a party in public interest suits,” such as election integrity. Clearly, this Judge has ulterior motives in his decision to sanction Kari Lake.

Kari Lake told The Gateway Pundit, “It is very, very rare to sanction a party in public interest suits,” such as election integrity. Clearly, this Judge has ulterior motives in his decision to sanction Kari Lake.

Lake gave the following statement to The Gateway Pundit.

Lake: Sanctions like this are rare. In every lawsuit there will be a winner and a loser. Sanctioning the loser is rare and has to rise to the level of subjective bad faith or frivolity. This case is not about money or gain. It was essentially a public interest lawsuit seeking electoral integrity. It is very very rare to sanction a party in public interest suits. There were 5 experts called by the plaintiff. One cannot be in “bad faith” with that many experts supporting your theory. They could be wrong. But not bad faith. The order reads like the Judge wants to deter not bad faith cases but electoral challenges. Punishing counsel is a serious effort to impune the professional reputation of counsel. This could lead to a bar complaint. Doing this deters other lawyers from ever agreeing to help conservatives. We saw this in real time in 2020 with numerous Trump lawyers. All in all this reads like an angry Obama appointee who wants to send a message. The message is if you lose shut up and don’t come to court. The message is not that you lost a case or acted in bad faith.

    Kari Lake also tweeted,

In June, I sued over the use of tabulators in my election. I alleged these machines were prone to failure

This suit was dismissed for standing

On election day, 32% of the machines failed statewide

Yesterday, an Obama-judge sanctioned my lawyers for bringing the suit at all.

John Tuchi’s message was received loud and clear, but Kari Lake isn’t giving up.
