Major riots and protests in Belgium, The Netherlands and CHINA

Dear readers:

Please click through to the Reader’s Links comments for today to see a lot of astonishing material on Moroccan protests destroying Belgium, the land they adopted, because the soccer team from the land they left, Morocco, won against their adopted home. If anyone can make sense of that, please leave a comment under this post. I have my own sense of it, but its too damn cynical for this late at night.

One thing I will post here: This Tweet of a BBC reporter getting the crap beat out of him by Chinese police. Funny how they each have different kinds of things they censor and both agencies take it quite seriously when someone tries to work around those censored things. I quite like the BBC answer to the Chinese authorities though.

To quote the excellent and important film, Life of Brian: “Something’s actually happening Reg!”
