  1. Hello Vlad, I’m trying to track down an old video that you once had also available on Gates of Vienna. The video seems dead now.
    The video was:
“In the following video, Maj. Stephen Coughlin (Unconstrained Analytics) and Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff (Bürgerbewegung Pax Europa) discuss the suppression of their interventions by OSCE administrators, and its significance to the larger picture.

Many thanks to Vlad Tepes for editing and uploading this clip”
On D Tube it is headlined:
“Stephen Coughlin & ESW on Sept 2019 OSCE interventions 1080p”

The error message when I try is:
“The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
Same error message on GOV and also on D Tube.

    • Hobson’s choice there for non vaxxers. Fortunately, my only such were preCV19
But it creates the new unclean: the “Vaxxinated”,
and they damn well are such with that m-RNA still doing its damage to most if not all, organs including the bone marrow.
Only certain death otherwise is the reason for such a transplant, be it liquid or organ. Now I wonder if semen can transfer it. That should be interesting!
Makes the Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Christain Scientists feel smug, I bet.

      • Yes, a burgeoning market for untainted body stuff. You’re becoming more prolific. Does this mean you’re feeling stronger?

        • Thank you for asking.
It will be mostly sporadic hit/run depending upon my energy levels.

My coordination has improved although I still type with one hand only and my vision can cope with a screen for some 30-60 mins maximum. I am very lucky and grateful to be still alive.

      • While mRNA does re-enter and alter the DNA, it is mostly contained in the extranuclear cytoplasm. As sperm is exclusively the nucleus with 1/2 the DNA information, it is less likely to be a vector of mRNA contamination.

This has recently been confirmed by the Quinn (sp?) study the link to which I had posted about 6 weeks ago, and which demonstrated that mRNA based genetic changes are passed down primarily along the matrilinear side.

The Quinn (sp?) study looked at the mRNA flu vaccinations experiments in mice. It found no relationship between paternal vaccination/offspring manifestations, but it did find that after 4 generations of female mice who had been subjected to the mRNA flu vaccine, every single offspring born (to the 4th generation vaccinated female mouse), 100% of the offspring included the mRNA sequence from the mRNA vaxx in the DNA of the offspring.

Not in the extranuclear area, but in the core DNA of the offspring.

        • Thank you!
I am hopelessly out of date now as it was just a “punt”. (IIRC the US calls them “Hail Marys”).

However, did the study actually look at semen from vaxxinated humans?
Not disputing what you posted, nor the mechanisms involved, but just curious as the animal extrapolation to humans can be overdone at times,

  3. global news – Vaccinating pregnant women with new RSV vaccine helped protect newborns: Pfizer

New research shows vaccinating pregnant women helped protect their newborns from the common but scary respiratory virus called RSV that fills hospitals with wheezing babies each fall.

The preliminary results buoy hope that after decades of failure and frustration, vaccines against RSV may finally be getting close.

Pfizer announced Tuesday that a large international study found vaccinating moms-to-be was nearly 82 per cent effective at preventing severe cases of RSV in their babies’ most vulnerable first 90 days of life. At age six months, the vaccine still was proving 69 per cent effective against serious illness – and there were no signs of safety problems in mothers or babies.

“Moms are always giving their antibodies to their baby,” said virologist Kena Swanson, Pfizer’s vice president of viral vaccines. “The vaccine just puts them in that much better position” to form and pass on RSV-fighting antibodies.

The vaccine quest isn’t just to protect infants. RSV is dangerous for older adults, too, and both Pfizer and rival GSK recently announced that their competing shots also proved protective for seniors.

None of the findings will help this year when an early RSV surge already is crowding children’s hospitals. But they raise the prospect that one or more vaccines might become available before next fall’s RSV season.

“My fingers are crossed,” said Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease specialist at Vanderbilt University. “We’re making inroads.”

Tuesday’s data was reported in a press release and hasn’t been vetted by independent experts.

Here’s a look at the long quest for RSV vaccines.

    WHAT IS RSV?

For most healthy people, RSV, or respiratory syncytial virus, is a cold-like nuisance. But for the very young, the elderly and people with certain health problems, it can be serious, even life-threatening. The virus can infect deep in the lungs, causing pneumonia, and in babies it can impede breathing by inflaming tiny airways.

In the U.S., about 58,000 children younger than 5 are hospitalized for RSV each year and several hundred die. Among adults 65 and older, about 177,000 are hospitalized with RSV and 14,000 die annually.

Worldwide, RSV kills about 100,000 children a year, mostly in poor countries.

    WHY IS THERE NO VACCINE?

A tragedy in the 1960s set back the whole field. Using the approach that led to the first polio vaccine, scientists made an experimental RSV vaccine by growing the virus in a lab and killing it. But testing in children found not only was the vaccine not protective, youngsters who caught RSV after vaccination fared worse. Two died.

“For a period of 20 years, even though science was advancing, nobody wanted to go near development of an RSV vaccine,” Schaffner said.

Even today’s modern RSV vaccine candidates were tested first in older adults, not children, he noted.

WHAT GOT DEVELOPMENT BACK ON TRACK?

Modern vaccines tend to target the outer surface of a virus, what the immune system sees when a germ invades. For RSV, that target is the so-called F protein that helps the virus latch onto human cells. Again there was a hurdle: That protein is a shape-shifter, rearranging its form before and after it “fuses” to cells.

It turns out that the immune system only forms effective RSV-fighting antibodies when it spots what’s called the pre-fusion version of that protein, explained structural biologist Jason McLellan of the University of Texas at Austin.

In 2013, McLellan and virologist Barney Graham were working at the National Institutes of Health when they homed in on the correct shape and figured out how to freeze it in that form. That finding opened the way to today’s development of a variety of experimental RSV vaccine candidates.

(That same discovery was key to the hugely successful COVID-19 vaccines, as the coronavirus also is cloaked in a shape-shifting surface protein.)

    WHAT’S IN THE PIPELINE?

Several companies are creating RSV vaccines but Pfizer and rival GSK are furthest along. Both companies recently reported final-stage testing in older adults. The competing vaccines are made somewhat differently but each proved strongly effective, especially against serious disease. Both companies plan to seek regulatory approval in the U.S. by the end of the year, as well as in other countries.

The older-adult data “looks fantastic,” said McLellan, who has closely followed the vaccine development. “I think we’re on the right track.”

And if vaccinating pregnant women pans out, it could be “a win for two individuals instead of just one,” by offering protection to both mom-to-be and baby, said Dr. Wilbur Chen of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Pfizer’s maternal vaccine is the same recipe that it tested successfully in older adults – and it also plans to seek Food and Drug Administration approval for those vaccinations by year’s end.

The new study included 7,400 pregnant women in 18 countries, including the U.S., and spanned multiple RSV seasons. Preliminary results reported Tuesday show the vaccine was most effective against severe disease. For milder illness, effectiveness was 51 to 57 per cent – short of the study’s statistical requirements but a result that Pfizer still called clinically meaningful because it could mean fewer trips to the doctor’s office.

WaPo- Pfizer’s RSV vaccine, given during pregnancy, protects infants from severe illness

Pfizer announced Tuesday that its maternal RSV vaccine, given during pregnancy, protected infants from developing severe symptoms during the first six months after birth — a critical window of vulnerability.

The company plans to apply for approval of the vaccine before year’s end, with the hope that the shot could be the first vaccine to help protect infants against RSV — respiratory syncytial virus — as soon as next winter.

The data was announced in a news release and has not yet been published or peer reviewed. But it offers a glimmer of good news in the middle of a brutal and early RSV season that has contributed to a wave of respiratory illness that is overwhelming many pediatric hospitals.

“We’re very hopeful everything can be done in time to vaccinate mothers before the next RSV season,” said Annaliesa Anderson, chief scientific officer of vaccine research and development at Pfizer. “We’re about to come into a very heavy RSV season. We’re seeing hospitals filling up. Everyone appreciates the urgency that can really help to prevent this.”

RSV is a common respiratory illness, and most people experience it as common cold-like symptoms. But in young infants, whose airways are smaller, the virus can be life-threatening — and it is the leading cause of hospitalization for babies.

Unlike vaccines that are given directly to infants, the Pfizer shot provides protection through an indirect route. Antibodies are naturally passed down to infants during pregnancy, so maternal vaccination is a way of giving babies a temporary, but immediate, shield of immune protection. Vaccines for influenza, diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis are also given as maternal immunizations.

The Pfizer vaccine, given early in the third trimester, was 69 percent effective after birth in preventing severe cases of illness that required medical attention over six months. It was even more effective within the first three months after birth, probably reflecting antibody levels that naturally drop off over time.

Researchers also measured whether the vaccine prevented infant medical visits caused by RSV, including cases that were not severe. Those results did not reach statistical significance, but suggested that the vaccine could cut medical visits due to RSV in half during the first six months after birth.

The company said that there were no major safety concerns for babies or vaccinated individuals, but that data will be closely scrutinized by regulators. There were 7,400 pregnant people in the trial, and infants were followed for at least a year.

Barney Graham, a vaccine expert at Morehouse School of Medicine whose work with Jason McLellan at the University of Texas at Austin underlies much of the progress in the RSV field, said the news was gratifying.

“I think this is a big step for protecting babies against RSV and improving overall lung health,” Graham said. “Overall, it’s an exciting time for RSV. It’s also a troubling time, because you see how the patterns of infection have been changed by covid, and we’re having an earlier, bigger season this year than we have for a couple of years — and it’s causing a lot of hospitalization and misery for people.”

Two promising tools to prevent RSV in infants could soon be available, if regulators agree they are safe and effective. In addition to Pfizer’s maternal vaccine, AstraZeneca and Sanofi showed that a single dose of a monoclonal antibody could protect infants from RSV for five months. That drug, nirsevimab, was recently recommended for approval in Europe. Two vaccines for older adults have also showed success, from Pfizer and GSK.

Many pediatricians have been waiting for better tools to fight RSV for decades. Early efforts to create a vaccine backfired disastrously, causing babies to develop an enhanced illness if they became infected and casting a shadow over the field.

If both a preventive monoclonal antibody treatment and a vaccine soon become available, it will give physicians options — and lead to debates about how the different tools should be used.

“I’m so thrilled at where the field is right now. I think there are many, many people out there in the world who share my excitement,” said Ruth Karron, a pediatrician and professor of international health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, who is working on a different vaccine that could be given directly to young children, to protect them after the first six months.

“The difference this year is the general public for the first time is probably eagerly awaiting an RSV vaccine, because they’re seeing firsthand just how much of a problem RSV can be.”

nbc news –Experimental RSV vaccine for pregnant women protects infants against severe illness, Pfizer says

Children through 12 months old are among those with the highest risk for severe RSV infection. Pfizer plans to submit its results to the FDA by the end of the year.

An experimental RSV vaccine for pregnant women from Pfizer is effective at protecting newborns against severe illness for at least six months, the company said in a press release Tuesday.

In a phase 3 study, the Pfizer vaccine was about 82% effective against severe illness from respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV, in the first 90 days of life in babies born to vaccinated women, according to the company. The vaccine was also about 70% effective against severe infections through the first six months of life.

Protection against any RSV infection was lower: about 57% in the first 90 days and about 51% in the first six months.

The results were announced in a news release and have not been published in a medical journal or reviewed by outside scientists.

Pfizer said it plans to submit the data to the Food and Drug Administration by the end of the year. The company’s CEO, Albert Bourla, said on a call with investors Tuesday that he expects the vaccine could be available by late 2023 or early 2024. An independent group of outside experts monitoring the trial recommended that the company end trial enrollment early because of the vaccine’s potential benefits.

The results “sound very promising,” said Dr. Ofer Levy, the director of the Precision Vaccines Program at Boston Children’s Hospital.

He noted he couldn’t draw any firm conclusions because the results were announced in a news release and he hasn’t seen the full data.

“Obviously, we’d love it to be 100%,” he said, referring to the vaccine’s effectiveness. “But many vaccines don’t achieve that, so this is a very respectable level of efficacy.”

The trial included about 7,400 pregnant women who received either a single dose of the vaccine or a placebo during the late second to third trimester of their pregnancy. Babies were followed for at least one year after birth.

Pfizer’s release didn’t say whether there was a difference in protection in infants based on when the mother got vaccinated. The company said it expects that data will be available when the final results are published in a peer-reviewed journal.

In April, the company published an interim analysis that suggested pregnant women who received its vaccine passed their protective antibodies to their babies in the womb.

Levy noted that because the babies are acquiring RSV antibodies from their mothers, rather than getting them directly — also known as passive immunization — the protection may not be as long-lasting and the babies could eventually need an additional vaccine dose.

Pfizer said in a statement that it is currently not conducting an RSV vaccine trial in infants. However, it said, it will continue to evaluate babies born to vaccinated mothers for up to 24 months as part of its ongoing analysis.

The trial results come amid an early surge in pediatric cases of RSV that is contributing to a shortage of beds in children’s hospitals across the United States. Hospitals are also facing rising flu cases, as well as Covid.

There is currently no vaccine available for RSV, the most common cause of bronchiolitis — an inflammation of the airways — and pneumonia in children through 12 months old, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The virus is responsible for thousands of pediatric hospitalizations and hundreds of deaths each year.

Like many other respiratory infections, RSV can cause severe breathing problems in infants and toddlers, whose smaller airways can lead to a rapid buildup of mucus in the throat and lungs.

Given that RSV puts many babies in the hospital, “a vaccine that prevents severe disease 70% of the time until the age of six months is very good,” said Dr. Céline Gounder, a senior fellow at KFF, formerly known as Kaiser Family Foundation, and an infectious diseases specialist.

The vaccine’s effectiveness appears to wane over time, she added, but if timed correctly, “it could prevent a lot of hospitalizations and deaths in this age group.”

Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious diseases expert at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, agreed, saying he can “imagine the thousands of parents that won’t undergo the agony and distress of having their baby hospitalized” if there were a vaccine for RSV.

A number of other vaccines are already recommended during pregnancy to help prevent illness in infants, including vaccines against flu, whooping cough and Covid.

Pfizer’s RSV vaccine could be “a major step forward so that we can attack this last really bad communicable disease of the neonatal period,” Schaffner said.

Pfizer’s vaccine, called RSVpreF, uses the same technology seen in a number of other vaccines, including those for hepatitis B and shingles. It targets a protein that the virus uses to enter human cells.

Aside from pregnant women, Pfizer is testing its vaccine in older adults, who are also at risk for severe RSV infections. The company reported positive results from that trial in August.

Pfizer has previously said it intends to test its vaccine in younger age groups.

    • Trudeau participates in ground breaking for Moderna’s mRNA vaccine factory in Montreal area

The new mRNA vaccine factory being built near Montreal by Moderna will help ensure Canada’s health security in the face of more pandemics that are expected in the coming decades, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Monday.

Trudeau took part in a groundbreaking ceremony in Laval, Que., for the new facility by the Massachusetts-based biotechnology company. He donned a helmet and reflective vest as he toured the grounds, where preparation and foundation work is underway.

The factory is expected to be completed in 2024 at the earliest and produce 100 million doses of mRNA vaccines per year. It will manufacture vaccines against COVID-19 and other respiratory viruses, including influenza and respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV.

The prime minister told reporters the COVID-19 pandemic has spurred conversations about “how to make sure Canada is once again able to respond not just to its own needs, but to help lead the world at a time of uncertainty and a time of potentially more pandemics in the coming decades.

He was accompanied by several provincial and federal politicians, including federal Innovation Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne and Laval Mayor Stephane Boyer. Trudeau told reporters that Moderna’s new factory represents an investment in the health-care security of Canadians and also in a research ecosystem that will deliver good jobs for years to come.

Stephen Hoge, the president of Moderna, said Quebec was chosen for the facility in part because of its “strong regulatory environment” and its skilled workforce.

Moderna, Hoge added, has dozens of medications under study, including those to tackle cancer and rare metabolic diseases. “There’s incredible potential in our technology in cancer,” he said, adding that the company is awaiting results from early-stage clinical trials.

Champagne said Canada has committed to purchase a certain number of vaccines from the factory as part of a seven-year agreement, but he didn’t provide a precise number. He said the federal government did not invest in the facility itself.

The factory, Champagne added, would employ hundreds of people during its construction and “more than 200 people” once it opens.

    Interferência, impedimento ou obstrução da contagem de votos, ou de operações eleitorais por autoridades eleitorais independentes;

    Manipular, procurar manipular ou derrubar resultados das eleições;

    Envolver-se em esforços coordenados de informação ou comunicação para minar a fé popular e confiança em autoridades eleitorais independentes ou questionar a validade dos resultados eleitorais;

    Usar mídias sociais ou outros sistemas de comunicação de massa, incluindo aplicativos de mensagens móveis, para tentar influenciar opiniões generalizadas sobre a validade dos resultados eleitorais ou no que diz respeito à conveniência de qualquer resultado em particular;
