This is fascinating. Im only minutes in and already hooked. NETFLIX, if it had any interest in whats important for civilization, should be putting this on its playlist. I started on part II. Wouldn’t it be great to have a body language expert describe the thoughts of the first witness, Kevin M. Esvelt? My impression is that he is gobsmacked that all this happened and is trying to contain himself from adamantly insisting that most of the people involved should be sent to prison. I could be wrong of course. But he is unusually animated as a witness and certainly reacts strongly to questions that are incriminatory to the process of gain of function in a way that suggests he believes this work should never have been done, and he probably always felt that way.
