All things Russia Vs. Ukraine for March 30, 2022

Tucker Carlson on March 29, 2022: A great bust on the Trans-scam and a lot more.

Nigel Farage in 2014 on Ukraine and Russia.

(Looking for another clip on Tucker tonight where Farage nails it EIGHT years ago)

This post will be updated throughout the day.

    • Thanks Martin. I’m copying titles to DeepL translation tool.
I do not believe the Chechens are there to stay. It’s not their homeland. But I do wonder who will rebuild the destroyed areas?

        • I’m certain Putin laid out the rules to the Chechens. They must return to Chechnya when no longer needed. Putin doesn’t want more Islam on his border. They know they’ll pay a price should they decide to stay.

Now, why did they offer to go? Because Chechen males are fighters by nature. Putin clamped down on them years ago and they miss a good fight.

      • …unlike the Russian soldiers the Chechens are allowed to keep their cell phones and to film what is going on…

…otherwise… you may like this “telegram” channel …lots of info and propaganda you don’t find anywhere else:

        • THANKS for the intelslava link. I appreciate seeing all sides and deciding on my own.

I like Patrick Lancaster’s YouTube channel. He talks to the people on the street in various towns and cities. They’re probably selected (pro-Russian), although there are very few people on the streets. I look at their body language to detect any sign of dishonesty, definitely none, they are not actors.

  2. ** Leader of Georgian breakaway region of South Ossetia wants to join Russian Federation **

The leader of the Georgian breakaway region of South Ossetia, Anatoly Babilov, said the unrecognized statelet will take legal steps to initiate the process of joining the Russian Federation.

According to Babilov, “I believe that unification with Russia is our strategic goal… This is our path, the aspiration of the people. And we will walk along this path. We will take appropriate legal steps in the near future.”

Babilov referenced Russia’s annexation of the Crimea as a precedent for South Ossetia joining the Russian Federation.

“Our people have designated this goal repeatedly, we had the opportunity to realize our centuries-old dream in 2014, when Crimea returned to its native harbor. We missed our opportunity then, but we cannot allow this to happen again,” he added.

Russia invaded Georgia briefly in 2008 to support separatists in South Ossetia and Abkhazia. After the war, Russia recognized the two breakaway regions as independent states.

Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Nauru, and Syria are the only states that have formally recognized South Ossetia.

Last week, Babilov announced that soldiers from South Ossetia had been deployed to the Crimea to fight alongside Russian troops.

“Our guys are going to fulfil their military duty with a proudly raised banner… They understand perfectly that they are going to defend Russia, they are going to defend Ossetia too,” Babilov said.

  3. Thread: Denazification – “what this term means for “normal people” in Donbass & South-East Ukraine.”

Much has been said about the “Cult of Victory” in modern Russia — the celebration of the Soviet victory in WW2 & its role in public memory, and state ideology. We’ve said this before, but for normal people this is basically secular ancestor worship.…
