1. SERIOUS escalation in Iran-US hostilities: Iran releases video of their soldiers seizing an oil tanker and training machine guns on two US destroyers that came to the scene but didn’t intervene: Another US warship is swarmed by Iranian drones
Iran released a video Wednesday of their soldiers seizing a Vietnam-flagged oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman and their troops training machine guns on two US destroyers that were deployed to the scene but did not intervene.
The dramatic takeover happened last week as tension between the countries intensifies, and reports of Iranian drones approaching a US warship in the Strait of Hormuz surfaced.
The Iranian government said in a statement Wednesday that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was foiling a US attempt to seize an Iranian oil tanker.
US officials denied Iran’s account, and said America did not try to take over the vessel, Reuters reported.
Sources said in reality, the Iranian forces took control of the Vietnamese-flagged oil tanker MV Southys on October 24 at gunpoint and still holds the vessel off Bandar Abbas.
This MIGHT be the video. Not sure yet. Either way, the music is awful. Best watched with sound off.
2. This year, if you are a patriot, we suggest not buying poppies from the Legion as they are denying access to soldiers and veterans who will not take the vaxx or who will not wear a mask for any reason at all. This is not what they fought for, and now we see that the Legion is to soldiers in essence what unions now are to workers. Meaning just another tool of control and not at all representing their interests.
In honour of my veteran brother, who is now not allowed to enter the legion, I am wearing a metal poppy instead of the legion's felt one that I have dutifully worn every year.#LestWeForget #NoVaccineMandates #NoMedicalApartheid pic.twitter.com/uK3rjNzsgM

These fine metal poppies can be found online with the added bonus that they won’t fall out of your coat lapel and stick in your feet or your dog’s paws. And you won’t be supporting an anti-veteran org. like The Legion. Also there is a protest on Parliament Hill Ottawa, 10:00 AM Saturday November 6, or this coming Saturday.
UPDATE: A comment from Major Tom:
Further to Chelsea Hillier’s remarks…..I am a veteran…41 years in the CAF…..a 50 year member of The Royal Canadian Legion…(today, membership is open to anyone)…..and today I am prohibited entry into any Branch in my Province because I have natural immunity and refused to take the Clot Shot! On November 11, many corrupt politicians and uniformed bureaucrats who took away our rights and freedoms….will be laying wreaths in honor of those who fought and died to preserve them! The hypocrisy could not be more clear!
I quit! Color me gone!
(It would be a good day to be a lawyer in Quebec. Was it a con all along to coerce them into taking this goo? Or did they change their minds when they saw how many whistle blowers were coming out to alert the public on the kleptocracy that is the pharmaceutical-government complex.)
Quebec is backtracking on its enforced COVID-19 vaccination mandate for health-care workers, government officials announced Wednesday.
After pushing back its deadline multiple times, Health Minister Christian Dubé said the province will abandon the measure altogether, as the health-care network can’t afford to lose the thousands of non-vaccinated employees.
The loss of unvaccinated staff would have had a “devastating effect on the system,” according to the health ministry.
The province’s plan to suspend unvaccinated workers as of Nov. 15 would have forced the health network to cut services and would have compromised efforts to improve working conditions for all employees.
(On Twitter the claim is made that the same thing is true for Ontario. Waiting to see.)
4. We posted this MEP’s near perfect speech in the original context the other day. But someone set it to music and video and frankly, its very effective.
5. A nice surprise from Bill Maher

Much more to do today. A crazy crazy week already. Thank you all for hanging in with me and this community, and congratulations to Quebec health-care workers who managed to have their courage and integrity rewarded by not being fired and consequently losing all you have.
