He appears to be dressed as Joker from the Batman movie, The Dark Knight. Not from the recent movie, Joker. Which seemed more all done to match a teal and orange film look.
I’m certain it is not related to Islam because he didn’t kill nor harm anyone. Very little damage although he did spread terror.
Therefore, it could be the result of a ‘dare you do it’ video game. Some of these online games can mentally disable an individual, mostly males who are heavily invested in them.
