US AG taken to task for what appears to be inconsistency, but is actually just consistent revolutionary actions: Links 2, October 28, 2021

1. From Alex Berenson’s Substack: Hey, remember when Denmark had beaten Covid thanks to the miracle of vaccines?

So, yeah, way back in September, the Danes were in the happy vaccine valley and decided to drop all coronavirus restrictions.

Which led to an entirely predictable set of stories (they were identical to the stories written about Israel and Britain in the spring, because the media learns nothing, ever, about the ro).

Yay Denmark! Yay vaccines! Yay sciencey science! Boo red states! Boo mean no good very bad anti-vaxxers! [many graphics here]

But virus gonna virus, and vaccine gonna vaccine – or more accurately stop vaccining – and now the Danes have reached the cliff at the end of the happy vaccine valley just in time for the winter ro season.

Which means their case chart looks like so:

  1. IRELAND – HIGHEST COVID NUMBERS IN HOSPITAL SINCE MARCH DESPITE 91%+ JABBED

Ireland now has the highest number of patients in hospital with Covid-19 since March, despite over 91% of the population over-12 being vaccinated – the highest jab rate in the EU.

The number of Covid-positive patients in Irish hospitals now stands at 513 – figures not seen since the end of the infamous third wave last winter.

101 of these are in ICU this week – an increase from the 74 seen last week.

CMO Dr. Tony Holohan said that he was “increasingly worried about the rising incidence of the disease nationwide.”

According to the Irish Times, Dr. Anne Moore, who is a vaccine specialist at UCC, said cases would increase until there was a “transmission-blocking vaccine,” as whatever protection from transmission the current vaccines offered had already begun to wane.

“I think we will eventually have to boost the rest of the population…because we are going to see a huge increase in the number of cases,” she said.

To date, over 91% of the Irish population over the age of 12 has been vaccinated, making Ireland the most vaccinated country in the entire EU.

Notably, Waterford city, which has the State’s highest rate of Covid-19 infection, has an adult population which is 99.7% fully-vaccinated, making it one of the most vaccinated regions in the entire world.

    • Irish Times – Waterford city district has State’s highest rate of Covid-19 infections

Waterford city has one of the Ireland’s highest rates of vaccination against Covid-19, but one of its electoral areas has emerged as the place with the highest rate of Covid-19 infection in the State.

The city’s south electoral area has a 14-day incidence rate of 1,486 cases per 100,000 of the population, three times the national average which stands at 493 infections per 100,000 people.

The adjacent electoral area of Tramore-Waterford City West has a 14-day rate of 1,121 per 100,000, according to the latest weekly figures published by the Health Service Executive’s Health Protection Surveillance Centre.

Waterford has the highest rate of vaccination in the country with 99.7 per cent of adults over the age of 18 (as registered in the last census) fully vaccinated.

The county has gone from having one of the lowest rates of Covid-19 infection in Ireland to one of the highest.

      […]Kerry
Kerry is another county which has gone from having some of the lowest rates of Covid-19 to the highest. Listowel has a rate of 1,018.3 per 100,000, making it the sixth-highest rate in the country with a 14-day incidence above one person in 100. Kenmare in Kerry has a rate of 985.6 per 100,000.
