In fairness, if you go full screen on the top video, you can see that there is a shadow from her boom mic that enhances the effect. But there still appears to be an effect being enhanced.

This is a woman(?) that gives me the heeby-jeebies.
I can tell you one thing, during the late Middle Ages and Renaissance she’d be burned at the stake as a Witch, and at that time that would’ve been a real one going up in smoke for a change.

Naw, she’s fine. The drooping you see is just the weight of her CCP instructions drooling out one side, with the unbearable lightness of propaganda coming out the other.

I think she has an abscessed tooth which can have serious health implications if not addressed in a timely manner : )
