Personally I think its cause the truth is that Fauci was responsible for it as much as China, so shifting the blame to the Wuhan Lab, where no question it was made, is still better from Fauci’s point of view than his being exposed. His initial insistence that it was a naturally occurring virus, was likely to stay 2 steps removed from his responsibility. Imagine if a war with China happens because Fauci and Gates and these psychopathic power-mad plutocrats want to cover their own culpability, how many more would die to maintain a lie. Just like they killed hundreds of thousands by lying about effective treatments to keep a pandemic going to get rid of President Trump by mail in voting.

I think the problem is that if the US acknowledges the PRC origin then we would need to act. They know that we know and we know that they know that we know its origin, but everyone wants us to pretend that we don’t know. No one wants to give up the import-export cycle of goods and tech.
