A county council in northeastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday voted to allow the local District Attorney’s office to investigate the May 18 primary election after officials and voters reported issues with voting equipment at polling places.
Luzerne County Councilman Walter Griffith proposed the district attorney investigate the mid-May election and made note of the on-screen ballot mislabeling error as well as other issues, arguing that it is needed because many voters are “disenfranchised and concerned about the integrity of the election process,” reported the local Times Leader newspaper. All 10 County Council members present approved the initiative, with one council member absent.
His resolution asks prosecutors to investigate Dominion Voting Systems’ machines’ programming and company practices.

An explosive new study claims that Chinese scientists created COVID-19 in a Wuhan lab, then tried to cover their tracks by reverse-engineering versions of the virus to make it look like it evolved naturally from bats.
The paper’s authors, British Professor Angus Dalgleish and Norwegian scientist Dr. Birger Sørensen, wrote that they have had ‘prima facie evidence of retro-engineering in China‘ for a year – but were ignored by academics and major journals.
Dalgleish is a professor of oncology at St George’s University, London, and is best known for his breakthrough creating the first working ‘HIV vaccine’, to treat diagnosed patients and allow them to go off medication for months.
Sørensen, a virologist, is chair of pharmaceutical company, Immunor, which developed a coronavirus vaccine candidate called Biovacc-19. Dalgleish also has share options in the firm.
The shocking allegations in the study include accusations of ‘deliberate destruction, concealment or contamination of data’ at Chinese labs, and it notes the silencing and disappearance of scientists in the communist country who spoke out.
The journal article, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com and slated for publication in the coming days, is set to make waves among the scientific community, as the majority of experts have until recently staunchly denied the origins of COVID-19 were anything other than a natural infection leaping from animals to humans.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization, also called, The Office of the Chinese Medical Propaganda, gives China an award for their brave medical work of some kind or another.

This fundamental God Given Right has been under attack in all of the worlds societies since the end of WWI and the series of socialist revolutions that were fought in various Western Nations.
The left has had a varying degree of success in all of the Western Nations and much more in the Third World Nations. I will confine myself to talking about the way they have been attacking this right in the US because that is the Nation I am most familiar with.
Jin the US the attack on self defense started after the Civil War and was generally confined to limiting the rights of Blacks to defend themselves. It achieved a victory in New York State with the Sullivan Law when the Irish mob that was controlling crime in New York City ask Big Jim Sullivan to do somethi8ng about making it illegal for the Jewish and Italian immigrants to defend themselves from the gangsters. Some of the States followed the New York example and required State Government approval to purchase or carry a handgun but most allowed the people to own rifles and shotguns to hunt with.
In the 1930’s the push for anti-self defense laws achieved a success we in the States are still fighting against, the Federal Congress passed the Gun Control Law of 1934 and FDR signed it into law. This law stated that any civilian that owned a fully automatic weapon (machine gun, submachine gun) a short barrelled shotgun (under 18 inches) a short barrelled rifle (under 16 inches), or a suppressor (aka gun muffler, aka slincer) had to pay a $200 tax on the weapon and get local government approval of where and how it was to be stored. New purchases were allowed but only after you received both Federal and Local approval. One man was arrested for possession of a short barrelled shotgun and the trial Judge said the gun law was Unconstitutional. The criminal then moved and was lost to history, the State Appealed the verdict and the Supreme Court took the case. The Court appointed lawyer not having a client anymore decided to save money and not go to DC to argue the case before the Supreme Court. The State Attorney then argued that machine guns and submachine guns aren’t miloitary equipment and the Supreme Court ruled that based on the arguments that hey had heard the law was Constituti9onal. At the time the law was passed (during the Grean Depression) $200 was more then most people made in a month and few paid the tax to get the right to own what is now known as a Title 3 weapon or device.
After WWII the Gis returning from Europe and Japan had seen how the occupation forces were using the gun control laws to ensure that no one shot at the occupation forces and decided they didn’t want any more gun control laws in the US, This attitude lasted until the 1960s, and the Civil Rights movement gained support. The Black Panthers posed for some pictures holding semiautomatic carbines that had been sold as military surplus and scared a ot of people. After several years of arguments the Gun Control Act of 1968 was passed. The main thrust of this was to outlaw the sale of firearms by mail order, (I was in the Army and in Germany when this passed, I had been saving money to order several firearms when I got home and then discovered I couldn’t buy them unless I went to a gun store where the price was beyond my budget).
In the 1970s the left started introducing and passing laws in the North Eastern States that limited your right of self defense, these were the Duty to Retreat laws. They required you to retreat out of your house rather then defend your life and property. By then the gun owners were getting alarmed and started orginizing, the NRA which up until then have been teaching gun safety and marksmanship in schools and holding target matches started transforming itself into a Civil Rights organization. This was the beginning fo the push back to preserve our God Given Rights that the Bill of Rights protects.
In the 1980s the gun rights orginizations pushed for and got passed the Castle Laws, the laws state that your house is your castle and you don’t have to retreat out of it before you protect yourself. These Castle Laws are slowly being passed in all states, they were followed in the 90s by Stand Your Ground laws which say if you are someplace you have a legal right to be you don’t have to run from the bad guys.
In 1986 the Firearm Owners Protection Act was passed, this law which forbid among other things a national firearms registry
In 1994 the Brady Bill was passed which requires a Federal Background check before any licensed dealer can sell a firearm. This doesn’t extend to a private sale or gift of a previously owned firearm or firearms that are inherited, this exemption is what the gun control people are talking about when they talk about the Gun Show exemption. Private Individuals can sell and trade guns at gun shows but the vast majority of the sales are from licensed dealers who are required to call the FBI and get a background check before they can transfer the firearm.
In the 21st Century the firearms owners have been fighting to regain the right to carry firearms for self defense, both openly and concealed. They have had a lot of success in this field including getting Contitutinoal carry in 21 states, this is anyone who as the legal right to own a firearm can carry a concealed firearm without a permit. They have also had success in getting many of the states to say that passign the Federal Background check is enough for someone to be able to purchase a firearm. The State and Local governments no longer have to give their permission for the purchase. The Second Amendment Civil Rights groups are also fighting to get the Supreme Court to order that all States theat still require Purchase and Carry permits are required to issue the permits to anyone that is legally allowed to own a firearm under Federal Law.
The Gun Control (anti-self defense) groups are opposing the new purposals and are trying to insittute what they call Red Flag laws. These laws say that if someone tells the police that a person is a danger to themselves or others the police can go to the home of that person and seize their firearms. This is the government seizing private property without a court trial and then required the perosn to hire a lawyer to sue and get their property and rights back. The gun control groups (Gun Grabbers) are also trying to reenact the the so called assault weapons ban (aka the ugly gun ban) they want to go further this time nd require that you turn in your property for much less money then you paid for it. The man that Biden’s handlers want in charge of the ATF (alcohol tobacco and firearms) stated in his confirmation hearing that his destination of an assault weapon is any semiautomatic firearm with a caliber larger then .22 inches in diameter.
