A second New Brunswicker has died from a rare blood clot associated with the AstraZeneca-Oxford COVID-19 vaccine, Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell announced Friday, along with 15 new confirmed cases of COVID.

The person in their 50s received their first dose on April 11 and went to an emergency department with symptoms of a blood clot 17 days later, she said.

The individual was previously reported as being hospitalized and died “recently,” said Russell, offering her condolences to the bereaved family and friends.

She did not indicate the zone in which the person lived.

This is the province’s third case of serious adverse effects from the vaccine.

Permitless carry legislation a step closer to reality as Texas House, Senate negotiators reach agreement

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Negotiators in the Texas House and Senate announced on Thursday they had reached an agreement on legislation that removes the state’s licensing requirement to carry firearms for people 21 years or older.

House Bill 1927, known commonly as the permitless carry bill, was passed by both the House and Senate, but changes made in the upper chamber required a conference committee of lawmakers to work out the differences.

  1. These attacks on Jews seem to be happening at Palestinian protests where a dumb Jew shows up to mouth off and gets beat up. I guess in Texas even the dumbest of Jews are too afraid the Palestinian may be armed to show up to a Palestinian protest and pop off some “we are chosen by God and get to genocise you if we want, Amalak” crap. Its certainly not that Moselems fear Jews might be armed, because Jews preach gun control! The narrative that Muzzies are running around looking for Jews to fight is false; Jews are unadvisedly sticking out their heads at Pali protests throwing ethnic supremacist jibes, but in Texas must have the sense not to.

    • I agree it would be stupid to be physically near muslims as it does increase personal risk. Because whenever they are agitated by the mischief of something beyond their understanding or their not winning in murder and violence for Allah, an honor killing is sure to follow..

      The intelligence difference is obvious, due to the fact Judaism promotes righteousness and wisdom instead of the pride of submission and memorization. Jews then are the Chosen People, because they ‘get it.’ Even Jesus’s Ministry was singlely for them. To heal the sick from amongst them by leading them to face the truth that sets them free. (Why would Jesus give his insights to dogs who will only trample on his words and use him as a human shield to avoid the guilt of responsibility?).
