The YouTube account is very interesting in that the number of subscribers is 382,000 but almost no Likes and no comments.
The YouTube account was initiated exactly one month post USA said election. Subscribers were some 106K with more than 103K views for the first video. Then, it dropped to almost nothing.
Looking at the promo ad, it is military. Thus, would it be reasonable to think the YouTube account holder is a military guy but nobody within the Military would dare go near it for fear of government retaliation?
Interesting observations, but I think Youtube’s ads are algorithm-generated using the viewing history from everyone in your home who uses the internet, which explains why my ads are sometimes geared for boys who play Minecraft. Seriously, though, youtube–like Faceboom–seems to build a profile about you so it can go beyond your viewing history and extrapolate what people with similar profiles might purchase, hence the ads I receive for wrinkle cream, Hebrew lessons, and Spanish-language St. Jude’s hospital donations.
I guess YT decided it was too inconvenient to keep it up…..
