(Definitely if you want to make sure kids stay healthy, get cops to knock them off their human powered scooters in parks. Better than Vitamin D.)
You know the wheels are coming off lockdown enforcement when the police are targeting a “12-year-old” potential violator in a skateboard park.
And a free society is skating on thin ice when videos show up appearing to show a kid being pushed to the ground by a police officer.
What occurred in Gravenhurst is exactly what people were afraid would happen when the province brought in new guidelines to give police power to randomly stop people during the Ontario-wide stay-at-home order. Since those powers were backed off on, and most police services indicated they had no interest in enforcing them, no one dreamed something as ugly as this appears would still happen.
But it did Sunday.
Perhaps the OPP didn’t get the memo? Or maybe their instructions are to still to do random stops?

College of the Ozarks is suing President Joe Biden over his anti-discrimination executive order that would force the school to abandon its religious principles in favor of left-wing gender politics.
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a religious liberty legal group, filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Missouri on behalf of the College of the Ozarks, claiming that Biden’s anti-discrimination act “requires private religious colleges to place biological males into female dormitories and assign them as females’ roommates.”
The college has assigned dormitories and separated “intimate spaces,” such as showers and bathrooms, based on biological sex and does not wish to alter that practice. College of the Ozarks holds the belief that biological sex is not changeable and operates its dorms accordingly. Biden’s executive order would ban the college from continuing that practice, according to the lawsuit. The suit claims that the order violates the school’s First Amendment-protected rights to tell students about its religious-informed residence hall policies.
Gateway Pundit reported on this study, and even a second CDC study confirming it, but it would be nice to have someone go through it with a background in reading these kinds of documents, and see if it is as presented. If it is, its time to go to the Hill or whatever public space you have in your cities, and do a massive mask burning, and near total removal of trust and consent in the people that are supposed to be the stewards of our civilization.
Thank you all who contributed to this work in any and all ways. You know who you are.
Meanwhile, in Ontario, police put in a presence at the Quebec Ontario border, but don’t actually do much to enforce the Ford-crazy. This photo from Monday early afternoon at a Bridge in Ottawa from Ontario to Quebec.
