Today the French government published its defense in the court case brought by several environmental groups claiming that the French government is not keeping its commitments to the 2015 Paris agreement.

It’s official: the Minister for the Ecological and Solidarity Transition declared (according to the Paris Administrative Court on February 3, 2021) that renewable energies do not contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases, in a “defense” recorded on June 23, 2020… and that the State has not made public.
The French therefore have official confirmation that the transition from nuclear to intermittent electric energies (wind power, photovoltaic) has no impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions and therefore does not make it possible to fight against global warming, and even less to achieve the objectives defined by the Paris climate agreements in 2015.
Wind turbines are even likely to increase greenhouse gas emissions in France!
For 15 years there have been many ministers for the energy transition (Corinne Lepage, Dominique Voynet, Yves Cochet, Delphine Bato, Nicolas Hulot, François de Rugy, Barbara Pompili), from political ecology. They are responsible for this dismal result and for appointing the still-active architects of this fiasco to key positions.
Rather than suing the French state, the Hulot Foundation should ask for the sanctioning of the promoters of the inefficient energy model based on wind and sun, in particular Mr. Hulot, Minister of the Environment for the period 2017-2018.

3. Detroit TV news anchor, 68, dies one day after receiving her COVID-19 shot
A former Detroit TV anchor and news director of WGPR-TV passed away last week, just a day after she received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Karen Hudson-Samuels, 68, died on February 9, according to her husband, Cliff, who found his wife dead at their home.
Cliff told CBS that the official cause of her death is still unknown, but ‘we suspect it may have just been a stroke but because of the normal side effects of the vaccine it may have masked that’.
Her husband didn’t say which vaccine she was given, but he hopes to know more about the cause of her death from a pending autopsy report.
4. Wuhan Lab to Receive US Taxpayer Funding to Conduct Bat Research Until 2024?
The Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) is eligible to receive U.S. taxpayer funding to conduct animal research until January 2024, the National Institute of Health said.
The lab that is at the centre of widespread speculation that the deadly coronavirus entered the human population in China following an accidental lab leak. Researchers at the lab were studying bat-based coronaviruses before the outbreak, research that was backed by $600,000 in U.S. taxpayer funds that were routed to the lab through EcoHealth Alliance – a nongovernmental research group that focuses on emerging diseases caused by human and animal interactions.
The president of EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Daszak, was the only American member of the World Health Organization (WHO) delegation that investigated the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic in China in January and this month. While the delegation is yet to release a report on its findings, Daszak said the White House should accept their conclusion that it was “extremely unlikely” the virus could have leaked from the Wuhan lab.

5. Canada to cover cost of mandatory hotel quarantine for new refugees
(And in Newspeak, refugees of course means anyone who comes to Canada illegally.)
Newly arriving refugees will have the cost of their mandatory hotel quarantines covered by the federal government.
The federal government is also covering the cost of mandatory COVID-19 testing on arrival.
As of Monday, most incoming travellers to Canada are required to stay for up to three nights in government-approved hotels while they await the results of COVID-19 tests.
The new rules are meant to guard against further spread of COVID-19 and discourage travel.

I find this level of hatred and meanness to be particularly disturbing because I think it reveals a true killing-hatred on the part of whoever is controlling the left and I think Gina Carano was right and not in the least bit “overheated” to compare the actions and language of the Democrats to that of the Nazi Party of Germany. By showering such naked hatred on Trump and his supporters they are dehumanizing them and turning them into caricatures and we’ve already seen Black Lives Matter walk right up to people dining in a restaurant and harass and threaten them – drink their beer. How is that not “Kristallnacht”? Anybody want to go outside wearing a MAGA hat? Afraid of getting punched? How is that not like being afraid of being punched for wearing a yarmulke?
The left hates conservative Christian white Americans with exactly the same level of vitriol as Adolf Hitler felt toward the Jews and the Slavs. I do not trust them one little inch. They are a truly bad bunch and they don’t seem too worried about showing it…
Let it pass with one amendment:: change “before” to “after.” (Most bills don’t make it into the passing stage, so this is just for her own career path.)
