CORRECTION: This was officially said to have been recorded December 31, 2020 and so our observations of the weather may not apply. In fact it could be legit. Its unlikely given Trudeau’s record for dishonesty and even fraud based on the findings of the ethics commissioners, but if it was filmed yesterday afternoon, it could have been Ottawa.
Click the button for full screen and check the weather outside the window behind Trudeau. It appears to be both late afternoon and raining. In Ottawa, that would be at least several days ago as its now early New Years day, and no precipitation at all and lighter out than his sky is.
