Covid measures items 1 for December 1, 2020

1. Access denied to farmer’s market. 13 minutes

2. Trudeau Liberals pretend Covid debt can be paid by taxing Netflix

HST/GST on digital purchases to pay for pandemic recovery

Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland says Canada will go after big tech and pursue sales taxes on digital services and purchases which have not been taxed so far. This, as Canada’s deficit rises to $381 billion. Xiaoli Li has more.
(My math is quite poor but its clearly better than Freeland’s. Paying for the Covid measures with a tax on netflix and other internet services would take thousands of years.)

3. Toronto BBQ owner remains defiant

4. For those of you that still think WebMD has anything to do with medicine or science, this article claiming that “study finds sociopaths less likely to wear masks” does not actually link to the study, making this article about as scientific as the Lancet on Hydroxychloroquine.

August 25, 2020 — A study conducted in Brazil — the nation with the second-most coronavirus cases and deaths in the world — found that people with sociopathic traits were less likely to follow safety measures designed to curb the virus, such as face mask wearing.

“Our findings indicated that antisocial traits, especially lower levels of empathy and higher levels of Callousness, Deceitfulness, and Risk-taking, are directly associated with lower compliance with containment measures,” said the study published in the online journal Personality and Individual Differences.

“These traits explain, at least partially, the reason why people continue not adhering to the containment measures even with increasing numbers of cases and deaths.”

People who tested for high levels of empathy were more likely to follow coronavirus safety measures, the study said.

(Perhaps then, anyone who doesn’t wear a mask should claim a medical exemption because they have a condition that makes them mask averse. Also, if people without masks are likely sociopaths, I would leave them alone. You really don’t want to piss off a sociopath.)

5. One of our German translators tells us that yes, this was a Nazi slogan and excuse for state control. I hope to find a link to this at some point during the day.

1933 Ordinance for the Protection of People and State VS 2020 Population Protection Act

Thank you ALL who contributed to the efforts of this site to keep its, ours and my, eyes on the prize.

  1. fortunately, what happened is even more sinister than what this terrific essay explains. ALL of the problems and fraud that occurred with voting were because of the Covid Crisis Scamdemic.

Here is a partial list of the modifications that were made before the “election” to insure that President Trump would be cheated out of the landslide victory they knew he was going to have. I have provided a link to the main article below.

Thirty-seven states modified their absentee/mail-in voting procedures for the general election. These modifications can be divided into the following five general categories:

Automatically sent absentee/mail-in ballots: Five states—California, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and Vermont—automatically sent absentee/mail-in ballots to all eligible voters. These states are shaded in yellow in the map below.
Automatically sent mail-in ballot applications: Eleven states—Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Wisconsin—automatically sent absentee/mail-in ballot applications to all eligible voters. These states are shaded in dark blue.
Expansion of absentee/mail-in ballot eligibility: Twelve states—Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia—expanded absentee/mail-in voting eligibility. These states are shaded in light blue.

  2. Vlad and others- do you have any information about what’s going on with Sundance and the Conservative Tree House? The site has been down pretty much for the last few days as they change over to new servers. I am very worried if “they” are taking out yet another Samizdat / Free site.

  3. 2- Freeland just said the reason Dystopia can borrow so much money is because of low interest rates. Mark these words. Interest rates have nowhere to go but up. (Trivia: Did you know that interest rates have not been so low for so long in recorded history? Any chance for distortions to occur? Naw…)

    • You, me and a lot of other people have been saying there is a major economic collapse, not depression collapse in the future. It seems to be getting nearer every day.
