If Judges will follow the law there won’t need to be a do over.
Do we know anything about the State-level Attorneys General? the Sec’s of State?
What’s the legal dividing line – fed vs. state?
They will all end up in SCOTUS, we can expect some maybe most of the State Courts to rule in Bidens favor. The appeals to SCOTUS will then be made, because of the time limitations they will probably skip the appeals courts.
