5. Minneapolis, plagued by violent crime, wants victims to cooperate with criminals, surrender property

As violent crime surges in Minneapolis, the city is now telling residents they are essentially on their own.

The Minneapolis City Government has circulated a letter informing residents what to do if they are targeted by carjackers or robbers. The letter, addressed to residents living in the city’s 3rd precinct, was written July 28.

“Robberies and Carjacking’s have increased in our precinct. Cell phones, purses, and vehicles are being targeted. Some victims have been maced, dragged, assaulted, and threatened with a gun,” the letter states.

“100 Robberies and 20 Carjackings have been reported to the 3rd Precinct Police in July alone,” the letter adds.

However, instead of committing to increase police activity in areas plagued by violent crime, the letter goes on to suggest that residents protect themselves — and if they are targeted by violent criminals, to surrender their property.

Under a section titled, “Robbery Prevention Tips,” the letter tells residents, “Be prepared to give up your cell phone and purse/wallet.”

In what one local resident called “criminal extortion,” Black Lives Matter “activists” in Kentucky’s largest city have threatened businesses in its East Market District, also known as NuLu (New Louisville).

Meet our demands for racial reparations, they warn, or we’ll tarnish you with bad (false) online reviews.

As WDRB reports, “Protesters blocked off East Market Street to hold a block party Friday. Before the Louisville Metro Police Department arrested dozens of people, the protesters delivered lists of nine demands to each business.”

“The demands came with a deadline of Aug. 17, or else protesters would respond by launching negative reviews and social media posts about the businesses,” the site also informs.

    • There is nothing in this world that can compare to FREEDOM. There is absolutely nothing in this world better than your FREEDOM. Stand up and push back, smack the revolutionary BLM / Soros funded, communists and Muslim Brotherhood hoods down.

    While the India-Japan combo makes sense, a “quad” with the US and Australia is uncertain. Demonrats in Congress, and eventually the WH, will savage India just like Israel. The media has already prepared the battlespace.

    Significant weapons purchases are problematic for India. In the event of a hot war with MB-allied Pakistan, our govt may delay or refuse to supply parts and ammo. That’s happened to Israel – repeatedly. Even resupply of materiel Saudis need to fight the Houthis has been threatened. PT overrode Congress; another Potus might not.

    While we understand PTrump’s domestic constraints, there’s no question he lost considerable “face” abroad. He’s seen as unreliable, what they call a “transactional ally”. They may despise Syrian Pres. Assad, but they admire Putin for his apparent unflagging support.

    There was that Tillerson disaster in Lebanon, the Kurds thrown away, indecisive response to the filthy Turk. Our senior military officers exhibit insubordination to the C-in-C that diminishes his influence and negotiating capability.

    Where are the salutary plane "accidents" ?

    We might smile at PT’s tweets as tactical trolling, but foreign observers simply don’t get it. It would help if we had the full complement of foreign service officers to bridge the cultural divide. But many positions remain vacant, and others are hold-overs from the previous administration. They represent the Resistance rather than the legitimate govt of the USA.

    Again, where are the salutary plane "accidents" ?

    • Given the current personal of the CIA and other parts of the US Government where would PT find the people who are 1) going to keep their mouths shut and 2) have the expertise to arrange for the plane wrecks?

    • India and Australia have just signed a pact allowing each to use the others naval ports and are discussing a mutual defense treaty. The US has a mutual defense treaty with Japan and Australia, which are suppose to keep us helping them. Will the Dems scream if/when we go to war? Yes they will, but unless they control the White House or are willing to go to the Political Party destroying point of denying money and supplies to the US troops in the field they will limit themselves to screaming and rioting.

      The possibility of China making military moves in the Far East depends on who wins in November. If (as I expect) Trump wins they will probably back off for 4 more years, if Biden wins they will wait until February and start the shooting. I know that a lot of people are saying that the Silent Majority for Trump doesn’t exist this time around but the more the Dems riot and show they don’t care about the country just personal political power the better Trumps chances of winning. Remember the pundits and polls were saying that Trump didn’t stand a chance in 2016 and he won, I think he will win by a much bigger margin this time.
