3. Man arrested in Spain after ‘snatching toddler in Nottingham at gunpoint’

POLICE in Spain have arrested an Algerian who allegedly snatched a two-year-old girl from a children’s home in Nottingham at gunpoint and fled the UK with her.

The 44-year-old was held on an Iberia plane at Madrid Airport during a scheduled stop en route to his North African homeland. The little girl was rescued and handed over to local social services so she could be returned to the UK. The detainee’s whereabouts today was not clear but it is thought UK authorities have prepared a European Arrest Warrant so the suspect can appear before judges in Madrid in an extradition hearing and be flown back to Britain to face trial. 6. Italy to fine migrant rescue boats up to €1 million as tough Salvini law passes

Matteo Salvini has scored another victory after parliament passed a security bill which threatens the captains of migrant rescue vessels with fines of up to €1 million if they enter Italy’s ports without permission.

The passing of the bill further bolsters the strong position of the deputy prime minister, who has made combating migration from North Africa one of his main priorities since coming to power last summer.

The security measure means that the skippers of NGO vessels who rescue asylum seekers in the Mediterranean and try to bring them to an Italian port will face fines of up to €1 million.

They will be arrested and their vessels impounded.

8. Schoolgirls Asked to Don Islamic Headscarf For ‘Hijab Day’ in November

Non-Muslim schoolgirls in Lincolnshire, England, are being asked to don the Islamic hijab headscarf for a day in November.

Ghada Mohamed of the Lincoln Muslim Sisters Forum is organising the event, which she hopes will be taken up by high schools all around the country, to increase non-Muslim girls “knowledge” of the religious garments and decrease alleged incidents of abuse against hijabi girls.

The BBC reported that one Muslim girl told them that “the hijab was part of her identity, but wearing it sometimes made her feel like she was not part of the community”, and that she supported Mrs Mohamamed’s initiative.

The idea that Muslim girls might try not wearing the hijab to feel more like “part of the community” was not raised in the BBC report, although it was broached on social media by talkRadio host Julia Hartley-Brewer.

(It is fully enraging that muslims in the West are not being asked to remove their hijabs in solidarity with the women being jailed for 10 and 15 years in a brutal prison in Iran where they actually imply, state rapists as part of the punishment. Where women are being murdered in Afghanistan and elsewhere in the Islamic world, even Canada and the USA for not wearing a hijab. It is so offensive that we are not asking for solidarity from muslims who seek asylum in the West against these horrors, that when they ask us to wear one with them, it causes cognitive dissonance.)

Thank you, Richard, Coram Deo, M., Wrath off Khan, and everyone who contributed today so far. More to come for sure.

  1. 7- This is Johnny (he/him) U from Dystopia expressing my point of privilege wondering how the f*@k you load a room with that many Soy-boys and commie bitches and not have them rip out each other’s friggin’ livers and eat them with tofu and carrots! Can’t you feel the estrogen-loaded tension? Comrades? At least in Canada a he/she/it has limitless miles of bush where they can strip naked and choose suicide by horseflies, covering themselves in honey, and running screaming to the grizzled end. Suicide by horseflies. Yeah. Sounds good now.

    • Lettuce: Point of Privilege!

*Ahem* Wear a Hijab Day should include cis-men and non-binary people.

And this Comrade is triggering all those without estrogen or testosterone.

      Chair: Who might they be?

      Lettuce: Babies. They’re now crying.

      Chair: And who are you?

Lettuce: Lettuce Bea. Give Peace A Chance Chaper.

    • Thank God I didn’t have to set through that BS, I would have been in trouble for laughing so hard.

  2. #5 My husband spent many, many years working in China for months at a time.
Last night on BBC World News America we watched their footage.
I asked my husband “Is this Tienanmen II?”
His reply was “This will not end well for Hong Kong. China has too much to lose.”

    So, prepare for major force…

    • Your husband made a massive understatement, China can either crack down on the Hong Kong protesters and risk more monetary sanctions that may collapse their economy. Or they can give in to the protesters and probably have the mainland people decide to protest for more economic and political freedom. The first choice may cause the Chinese government to collapse, the second would require a massive crackdown on the mainland and the sanctions being put on China.

Either way China is in a ver bad place, but cracking down on Hong Kong, risky as that is, has the least risk for them.
