1. PA liable for second Intifada terror attacks, up to 1B NIS in Damages

The Palestinian Authority is liable for civil damages for a series of terror attacks carried out during the Second Intifada (2000-2005), the Jerusalem District Court ruled on Monday.

The unprecedented decision was obtained by Shurat Hadin on behalf of eight victims’ families. As the case moves forward to its next stage, the PA could be responsible for compensating the families with a maximum of $1 billion in damages.

Some of the attacks involve Hamas and Islamic Jihad, but the court, based on the evidence presented, still held the PA liable.

In January, the same court placed a temporary lien on a plot of land in Jerusalem owned by the late PA leader Yasser Arafat after Shurat Hadin – Israel Law Center’s filed a civil damages lawsuit against the PA.
Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, President of Shurat Hadin, had told the court that if they won the lawsuit, it would be difficult to collect the compensation from the Arafat estate, and as a result she requested a lien on the property.
The land in question is mainly situated in the Mount of Olives Cemetery, overlooking the Old City of Jerusalem.

Otherwise, Uffe Østergaard argued, a rift between Eastern, Western and Southern Europe in handling immigration is inevitable.

Danish history professor Uffe Østergaard has proposed building a wall around Europe to stop immigration. Integration, he argued, has been a failure.

“After World War II, there was a strong belief that the Nordic welfare state model was so robust and attractive that it could integrate all ‘strangers’”, Uffe Østergaard argued in an opinion piece in the daily newspaper Politiken. By his own admission, he too used to share this opinion, but later thought better of it and drifted away from multiculturalism.

According to him, the time has come for the EU to build a border wall with “wire fences in four lanes, floodlights and watchtowers” as a necessary means of protecting Europe’s frontiers. Otherwise, Østergaard believes, there will be an imminent split between Eastern, Western and Southern Europe over contradictory views on the management of immigration, particularly the welfare variety.

“Protecting borders is necessary, otherwise the population will rebel against the government”, he wrote.

3. Highly entertaining video about Russian leader, Vladimir Putin’s exchanges with UK administrator, Theresa May. If you do not see captions make sure to turn them on. Its quite worth it. It seemed they had a difference over grade 3 biology.

4. Jeffrey Epstein Documents Could Expose Powerful Politicians, Businessmen (And a well known Prime Minister)

Update (11:15 a.m. EST, July 8, 2019)U.S. Prosecutors Charge Jeffrey Epstein With Sex Trafficking And Conspiracy

Topline: A federal appeals court Wednesday ordered that 167 documents in a lawsuit that alleges famously well-connected financier Jeffrey Epstein participated in a sex-trafficking ring should be unsealed—and that many of his powerful friends could be named.

  • In its 27-page decision, the court cited the public’s right to access the case information outweighed the privacy of certain individuals, “including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well?known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.”
  • Virginia Guiffre (now Roberts) filed the lawsuit against Ghislane Maxwell, alleging that she had used her as part of a sex-trafficking network of underage girls to Epstein and a number of his famous friends, including his lawyer Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew. Both men denied the accusations.
  • Dershowitz has supported unsealing the documents, according to the Daily Beast.

5. Fact Check: Antifa Is for Angry White Fascists

(Which is why the moniker, Leftwaffe is so appropriate for them)

Babylon Bee and Christian Daily Reporter founder Adam Ford tweeted, “Portland Antifa mugshots have been released and I’m sure you’ll agree that the lack of diversity is extremely problematic.”

So problematic. TMZ has more diversity in their collection of mugshots from New Hampshire’s North Country. You’ll find a better cross-section of intersectionality on Martha Stewart’s mailing list. Or maybe these are just everyone’s headshots from a recent casting call for a reboot of “Fargo.”

After sending journalist Andy Ngo to an overnight hospital stay for a brain-bleed last week for the crime of reporting while Asian (or was his crime being gay?), Antifa thugs took their audacity to new lows over the weekend. In more Portland street violence last week, the Rose City Antifa account blamed John Blum for getting in the way of their fists and clubs.

6. India To Freeland: No Improved Relations Until Khalistani Extremism Is Addressed

While India could be a valuable ally and counterweight to Communist China, our relations with the world’s most populous democracy are quite bad under the Trudeau government.

According to the Hindustan Times“India has informed Canada that there is little hope for improving frosty bilateral relations if Ottawa doesn’t address New Delhi’s concerns about the burgeoning activities of Khalistani operatives and organisations, people familiar with developments said. The message was conveyed by external affairs minister S Jaishankar when he held a bilateral meeting with his Canadian counterpart, Chrystia Freeland, on the margins of the G20 Summit in Japan on June 28, the people said.”

Unfortunately, not only have the Trudeau Liberals shown zero willingness to confront Khalistani extremism, but they actively worked to suppress mention of it in government reports. So, in an effort to gain a few votes, the Liberals are playing games with our national security, and putting our relationship with India at risk at a time when we should be gathering allies in our ongoing confrontation with China.

    • Don’t get your hopes up too much, Jim Comey’s daughter is one of the prosecutors and the Southern District of New York is almost as liberal as the Court in California. I hope they can hang a lot of the people involved but don’t know how realistic that hope is.

  1. 7- He sees the end now and he is desperate. He will be killed in prison. But will this catalyze a revolution?

    • Maybe, the only way to know for sure is to let it happen and we don’t want to do that.

    • Even though O’Doherty speculates early on about the money trail, it isn’t until nearly sixteen minutes on where guest, Charles Orte, finally twigs openly on the fact that: For a BILLIONAIRE to be having his strings yanked pulled, how big is the money that manipulates those sort of solid gold marionettes?

It’s already apparent that MSM orifices invite even the most unfounded speculation by all comers as a way of propping up their own wild fabrications. While they continue to starve the Right of any oxygen, these journalistic social engineers still must leave just enough elbow room in The Narrative™ so that no VIP shins get banged up even if the Conservatives get in a few penalty kicks.

Whoa! Epstein’s (even peripheral) involvement with whichever Trilateral Commission or Bilderberg Group makes me reluctant to bet a red cent on his life expectancy. Rubbing shoulders with (or rubbing the shoulders of) Clinton clan members usually makes for a very real prospect of quick-onset Arkancide.

The only real (two part) question about 2020 is this:

1.) Will the DNC squander any of its precious remaining old line political capital (in this case human)—particularly when its embodiment as older White men is so repugnant to young voters—in the face of what promises to be a lead pipe cinch of a landslide for Trump?

      Gotta lubs that cognitive gristle…

2.) Alternately, will an increasingly über-radical Left reflexively make a sacrificial lamb out of double down on one of its newly anointed substandard-bearers: and be satisfied with a less-than-kinetic notion that their burnt offering gambit is only worth it if the desired widespread presidential election fraud precursors of American Civil War II are brought to fruition?

One minimizes needlessly self-inflicted harm to the DNC (something that Democrats do not too-vigorously eschew) but further empties dwindling coffers and ebbing reservoirs of talent in an ultimately Quixotic quest.

The other is guaranteed to highlight America’s political landscape with the actinic glare from an unhinged polarization whose ideologically driven violence (be it Culturally Marxist or Koranic) has been incubated diligently by the likes of Alinsky, Farrakhan, and Sharpton.

  4. 3 – I love the way he condemns the modern liberalism without once saying it is Marxism not liberalism. The rest of it was well designed to make the Russian people distrust all western nations and remain loyal to Russia.

    Hey Moghul

    Asylum in the United States

The United States recognizes the right of asylum for individuals as specified by international and federal law.[1] A specified number of legally defined refugees who either apply for asylum from inside the U.S.

or apply for refugee status from outside the U.S., are admitted annually.

Refugees compose about one-tenth of the total annual immigration to the United States, though some large refugee populations are very prominent. Since World War II, more refugees have found homes in the U.S. than any other nation[citation needed] and more than two million refugees have arrived in the U.S. since 1980. In the years 2005 through 2007, the number of asylum seekers accepted into the U.S. was about 40,000 per year. This compared with about 30,000 per year in the UK and 25,000 in Canada. The U.S. accounted for about 10% of all asylum-seeker acceptances in the OECD countries in 1998-2007.[2] The United States is by far the most populous OECD country and receives fewer than the average number of refugees per capita: In 2010-14 (before the massive migrant surge in Europe in 2015) it ranked 28 of 43 industrialized countries reviewed by UNHCR.[3]

Asylum has two basic requirements. First, an asylum applicant must establish that he or she fears persecution in their home country.[4] Second, the applicant must prove that he or she would be persecuted on account of one of five protected grounds: race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or particular social group.
