Twitter bans people now for discussing policies of the US government positively

In fact, this tweet, which got the user a 24 hour ban, was criticizing President Trump for NOT declaring the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, which it clearly is as many Arab nations have listed it as such, including Egypt, where it started!

  1. Twitter and the other social media sites are proving that they are no longer neutral platforms but are moving into the business of censoring the pubic in all nations. I wonder if the managers of the social media companies realize that if they manage to get a radical leftist elected one of the first things that happens is that the companies will be nationalized and many of the people working for the companies will be arrested. After all they will have proven they know how to bring down a government and no left wing government can allow people with that kind of knowledge to run free.

  2. As I understand it, the Government is the people and the people have the right to free speech, to express their opinions to the representatives we have chosen to represent us. They are NOT the government, but employees of the government. To say the people cannot speak out against policies set forth by our lawmakers is not constitutional.

The government’s sole function is to serve its people. When people are forced serve the government, free men call it tyranny.

    • Since when has the left worried about something being legal of constitutional?

I also welcome a new voice for freedom.

  3. Look at Twitter going to bat for the Muslim Brotherhood like that. Do they really not know who the MB are? Do they not know that it is the death penalty for being a member of the Brotherhood in Egypt? But then, I suppose, if your only sources of news are CNN and the NYT you might well not know anything about the Muslim Brotherhood at all…

Leftists certainly are good at protecting themselves from knowing the truth, aren’t they…

Ecktually, they aren’t … they just pretend that they are. There’s an old saying that:

After a while, silence is no longer consent … to remain silent is to lie.

    • Most of the leftist leaders know the truth but are willing to lie to gain power to push people around.
