1. An excellent summary of Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau’s accomplishments while in office.

Over the last year, I’ve met a growing number of fellow Canadians who have begun to yearn for a Donald to lead the country. They have belatedly recognized that they have a Ronald McDonald at the helm in Justin Trudeau, whose antics may delight children but who is quite incapable in any adult capacity.

(It is too funny to post more here. Click over to the source link and enjoy. I never thought that if you managed to put that much humiliating incompetence together in one article it could be that risible. Sure, you could say, ‘look at Laurel and Hardy!’. Yes, that was condensed incompetence but I never found it funny.)

2. Saatchi Gallery covers up SKU artworks after complaints by Muslims

A top art gallery was forced to cover two paintings last week after complaints from Muslims that they were “blasphemous”. One expert described them as “The Satanic Verses all over again”.

Exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery by an artist known as SKU, the works overlaid Arabic script on nude images, and were meant to represent the conflict between America and Islamic extremists.

However, the inclusion of the Islamic declaration of faith, known as the shahada, in the painting prompted complaints from Muslim visitors, who asked for them to be removed from the west London gallery’s exhibition, Rainbow Scenes, which finished on Friday.

(I do not know at this moment if the “Piss Christ” was ever shown at this gallery. But I do recall that a large number of complaints were made to every gallery that did exhibit it, and also to the best of my knowledge, not one gallery ever, stopped the showing due to complaints.)

5. Barbara Kay: Our politicians may not care, but Christians are under siege across the world

(A little plausible deniability from The National Post)

It is estimated that about one-third of the globe’s population suffers from religious persecution. By the numbers, Christians are the most persecuted religious group in the world.

An Italian study calculates that in 2016, a Christian was killed for his or her faith every six minutes. The trend is accelerating. A 2016 Pew Research report found that Christians were targeted in 144 countries, up from 125 in 2015. The Christian persecution NGO Open Doors revealed in its 2019 Watch List Report that within five years the number of countries classified as demonstrating “extreme” persecution went from one (North Korea) to 11. According to the Center for Studies on New Religions (CESNUR), 70 per cent of them were victims of tribal conflict in Africa alone.

The CESNUR study’s findings have been fleshed out in far greater depth by the Interim Report of an Independent Review into the global persecution of Christians by the Bishop of Truro, the Rt. Rev. Philip Mounstephen, conducted at the behest of Jeremy Hunt, Britain’s Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, and delivered at the end of April. A final report will be delivered in June, but the scope and nature of the problem is amply distilled herein.

6. U.N. to Malta: drop terrorism charges against African migrants accused of hijacking tanker

GENEVA (Reuters) – The United Nations human rights office called on Malta on Tuesday to drop terrorism charges against three African teenage migrants arrested for hijacking a small commercial tanker that rescued their vessel off the coast of Libya.

The three, who have pleaded not guilty, were among 108 Africans rescued by the El Hiblu 1 tanker in late March. They are accused of threatening the crew to try to force the boat to go to Malta and not take them back to Libya.

Many of the migrants, including several children, had been dehydrated and exhibiting “clear signs of torture”, U.N. human rights spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani said.

The three youths – one from Ivory Coast and two from Guinea – are due to appear in court on May 20, she said.

“The accused, aged 15, 16 and 19, have been charged under Maltese laws for allegedly hijacking the ship and forcing it to go to Malta. Some of the charges are punishable by life imprisonment,” Shamdasani told a news briefing.

(They hijacked the ship of their own rescuers. They should be charged with an offence that would lead to grave consequences. This kind of behaviour cannot be dismissed because of what harm they did to each other before hand. Otherwise we can abandon our justice system altogether as the notion of personal agency is dissolved)

7. Migrants: Mare Jonio leaves Lampedusa for SAR zone

ROME – The Mare Jonio ship operated by NGO Mediterranea Saving Human has left the port of Lampedusa for the area in front of Libya despite a warning from the coast guard against ”carrying out rescue operations in a stable and organized way” because not adequately equipped.

”As of tonight, we will patrol the SAR (search and rescue area) zone 30 miles off Libya’s coast north of Zhuara for a sea of rights and not death”, the NGO tweeted. (ANSAmed)

(The NGOs have one mission. And that is the destruction of classical Europe BAMN)

8. A look at the ethics and values of leftist representatives in the US

(Just one example of the false equivalence in this SJW’s ‘reasoning’ is that they were not at the homes of the girls killing their babies. They were at the factory where the killing is done. So his demand was more threat than equivalence. He clearly intends to doxx the teens there as well, meaning he wants to threaten and intimidate those with whom he does not agree. I do agree that his mother should have had an abortion. So I guess Im somewhere in the middle.)

Apparently, the city of Toronto cancelled the “Al Quds Day” march, a march of massive antisemitism funded and organized by Iran and its proxies for later this month. But it will manifest anyway as a BDS march on a Saturday later this month. On the following Monday, there will be a March for Israel in Toronto but the BDS/Al-Quds people promised to go interfere with it in whatever ways they can. So it promised to be a lively weekend.

The details are below:

Saturday, May 18th, antisemitic March — “Day of Action for Palestine” all across CANADA (sponsored by BDS movement).
See details below
AND:

Monday, May 20th — the annual “Walk with Israel” event (sponsored by UJA, United Jewish Appeal of Toronto) — al Quds sponsors & organizers will begin to “disrupt” the Walk at 9:30 am!

————————————-
Regarding the first event on Saturday, May 18th:

CROSS-CANADA DAY OF ACTION FOR PALESTINE SET FOR MAY 18, 2019

  • Across the Canadian state there is a new majority…
  • against Israeli war crimes,
  • against the Occupation,
  • for the Right of Return for Palestinian Refugees,
  • for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions,
  • to End Canadian Complicity with Israeli Apartheid,
  • for Self-determination for the Palestinian people.

The Canadian BDS Coalition, with the clear aim of celebrating this new majority by making it visible on the streets of this country, appeals to everyone seeing this message, to every working class and progressive organization, to demonstrate on Saturday, May 18 in solidarity with the above demands.

Please plan street actions to occur in your city, in your community on May 18. You may wish to initiate activities prior to that date, in the week that marks Nakba 71. That’s great. But please undertake to organize powerful, visible manifestations of our solidarity with the Palestinian people on the common target date, May 18.

Please let us know that you endorse this Call to Action. Tell us what your group, coalition or campaign plans to do, so that it can be posted on our website, and shared widely across social media. See the poster on the website: http://www.bdscoalition.ca Local activity information can easily be added by you in the space provided at the bottom.

  1. 3 – J.E. Dyer’s article for today (posted in the contributors threat) talked about the deployment and said that the threat didn’t have to be in the Middle East. She then talked about the non Iranian jihadists that Iran has been moving to Venezuela and who Venezuela has been helping get into the US. Is some action by these people the threat we are responding to?

  2. 4 – Tim Pool is beginning to discover the truth about the left, he is upset that no one on the left is objecting to the Governmental actions like this from Britain and other nations. He is also upset about the way the left is saying let the tech giants censor the conservatives, and is talking about how he is going to be kicked off the social media platforms because he is objecting to the censorship.

I wonder how long it will be before the realizes that the modern American Conservatives are the true classical liberals and that those he has been calling classical liberals are for the most part leftists of one degree or another.

    • Check the history books, there is always in increase in Jew Hatred leading up to all major wars.

  3. Otherwise we can abandon our justice system altogether as the notion of personal agency is dissolved.

Whether or not is was one of those 45 goals read out before Congress in 1963, converting people into interchangeable parts through the abolition of their personal agency is a primary objective of Communism and Islam, and has been for the duration of either ideology.
