I wish more people would read the Quran. It actually instructs Believers to take advantage of such attacks and use them as evidence that it is the Muslims who are the victims and the Infidels who are attacking them. It is what they mean by “oppression”. That is how they justify saying that Muslims only fight in self-defense. To Muhammad, this mosque attack would be a victory of sorts.
