Yellow vests and burning cars: Link post 1 for Dec. 1, 2018

1. Finnish news reports on repeated gang rape of children in Finland, but won’t say anything about convicted rapists other than “foreign”.

2. Paris in flames, Tunnels shut down, basically, regular non-political French people have given the far left what they wanted.

3. Harvard student subjected to the one kind of prejudice and discrimination, not to mention illegal search and consequences, that are not just allowed but encouraged by the contemporary fascists on the left.

‘A few weeks ago, I came back to my apartment from a weekend trip and was confronted by one of my roommates who asked if I had guns in the house,’ she told the Free Beacon

‘After being told far too many lies to count, my roommates finally admitted that they searched my closet, under my bed, and all of my drawers in pursuit of finding my guns.

‘When I asked them why they were in my room to begin with, they each came up with completely contradicting stories (none of which made any sense), but one comment struck me in particular: “We saw that you had a MAGA hat and come on, you’re from Alabama… so we just kind of assumed that you had something”.’

Although her recently-deleted LinkedIn profile showed she was in Fairhope High School’s class of 2009 and graduated from the University of Alabama where she studied International Relation and Affairs, French and Political Science, her also vanished Facebook page said she was from Izmir, Turkey, reports Heavy.com.

4. Police appear to drop shields and detente with Yellow Vests.

5. This sign from a Yellow Vest protest in Orleans makes me suspect its about more than gas prices.

6. Burning cars and firemen.

Thank you M., Sassy, Xanthippa, Wrath of Khan, EB., Tundra Tabloids, and many many more. Please do check the Reader’s Links post for a lot more news and videos of the Yellow Vest protests which are of stunning magnitude despite being nearly ignored by the BBC altogether.

  1. We’ve been waiting for this for a long time. A people revolution. And many of us knew it would start in France. The last nail in the coffin was the gas prices.

It’s a thing of beauty to see the Police aligning with the People (Item 4).

Sure, the Anarchists have infiltrated but the movement isn’t anarchist nor violent, but a bit of violence isn’t all that bad because it attracts national/world attention.

You could be 10,000 marching but if no national nor global attention follows your movement, it’s worthless.

Strangely, the few destructive Anarchists will intensify the People’s revolution.

AMAZING HOW the media distorts: It says here 8 of 10 French people disapprove of more foreign immigration. But going at the source link, it says 52%.

    • It is a revolution, but Eeyore is right this is want the left wants, it is a chance to start the chaos that they can use as an excuse to take over. The people are fairly peaceful but there are violent elements who can and probably do plan on provoking the Moslems, the police and the politicians. They want a three or four sides civil war that is so bad people will accept them as the strongmen who will bring peace and safety. This is how many of the old Monarchies started, and as I keep saying the left wants to create a neo feudal government with themselves as the Nobels and Royals.

Don’t let you pleasure about the French people starting the fight to regain freedom for Western Europe blind you to the danger of the left. They are so close to winning everything they will not quite and quietly go into the night, they will fight and fight a hard nasty bloody war to carry out their plan of taking over the world.

    • It’s a very delicate balance.

If the police respond to the anarchists with harsh measures that hurt the Good Guys, things could spin out of control. Especially possible if there are bad elements within the police who beat up on innocent patriots.

The tardish horde and the black-bloc [antifa] WANT chaos. No doubt there are government infiltrators, agents provocateurs to create conditions for martial law.

Macron wants martial law, of course. Takes the heat off him and his policies, makes him look like a strong leader. Which is crap, but that’s the way he’ll play it.

      • Yup we can’t celebrate just yet, it is almost a given that the French Government will fall but will it be replaced by a good government by and for the people or will it be a new Napoleon who takes over?

        • What’s the procedure for the government to “fall”?
The mechanics of the French political system:
          – A no confidence vote or collapsed coalition?
          – A call for early elections?

I can’t see Micron stepping down gracefully. More like Gaddafi.

  2. 3. I would be glad that a student I was living with had legal guns in a secure enclose.

    Then I read:
“Pirnie says she owns guns because she was in a physically abusive relationship when she was an undergraduate student.”

Someone screwing out of wedlock with a screwed mind.

I would have moved immediately out.
