New prosecution of Geert Wilders begins tomorrow

From the office of Dutch MP, Geert Wilders:

’Tomorrow the political trial against me starts again.

An opposition leader to be silenced. As in North Korea.

Complaints in mosques were facilitated by the police, PVV-hating prosecutors ordered to prosecute by the government and case to be judged by leftish and liberal judges.‘‘

On a personal note, we have been publishing for years and years here, that the left in alliance with Islamic groups, have literally dismantled rule of law at its most fundamental point by criminalizing opposition to government policy. Even, and perhaps especially, when that policy is by its nature, destructive to the fundamentals of the society and nation itself.

Geert’s first conviction for hate speech for suggesting an alternative to the government’s immigration policies, should have set off klaxons across the Western world for being a de facto making illegal the democratic process itself.

After all, the actual job description of thee opposition is to oppose government policy and if in power, change it. And immigration is a key aspect of any government’s policy where the nation has been forged into a desirable place to live.

And now we have phase two which Geert refers to as being North Korea in nature.

Methinks at some levels it is not an exaggeration. At least where direction and velocity counts instead of just absolute position. Meanwhile the direction of North Korea itself seems to be going towards liberalism.

  1. Sorry, but this article is tantalizingly uninformative. Geert Wilders is to be put on trial, but for what? It is as if a link to a full report is missing.

    • That is all I got from Geert’s press release. I suppose we could look up that paper and google translate it, or send it out to a translator to get that article.

    There, fixed that.

Never before (in the West) have Orwell’s words had more meaning. Liberals, literally, ensure that they will have no chance of becoming trite anytime soon.

In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

  3. We all knew that this was coming, just as we know that civil wars are coming to all Western Nations. We are seeing a collapse of civilization that will drive the world in directions we can’t imagine.

  4. Years ago, Gert was one of the critics of my country, claiming we are racists because we don’t let gypsies to do what they want.
After we did let gypsies to do what they want, meaning…going in west Europe and steal, they start demanding to get the gypsies from west Europe.
So…he did wake up when gypsies (different kind) got near his house and start breaking his windows ?
Well…stupidity hit back….but there will be too many to suffer. Including me and all the rest in east Europe. Again.

  5. “On December 9th, 2016, Wilders was found guilty of insulting a group of people and inciting discrimination. “Partly in view of the inflammatory nature and manner of these statements, others were hereby incited to discriminate against persons of Moroccan origin”, the court ruled. The court did not give him any form of punishment, saying that the verdict is punishment enough. The Public Prosecutor demanded a 5 thousand euro fine. Both Wilders and the Prosecutor appealed.

The appeal starts on Friday. ”

“Minister Grapperhaus denies that Opstelten influenced the Public Prosecutor’s decision to prosecute Wilders. In response to questions from he PVV leader, he said that he will not publish the Prosecutor’s official messages to the then Minister, because that could hamper the criminal case against Wilders.

“So there has been contact. It’s getting more and more murky”, Wilders said to RTL Nieuws. “All the more reason to have Opstelten and Bolhaar and other top officials testify under oath.””
