  5. Kavanaugh was Israel vs The World.
    Teenage rapist, blood-thirsty baby-killers.

Same dynamics, all the time. The Big Lie. No evidence will ever be sufficient. It never get easier, always hurts.

You can never wake a man pretending to be asleep.

I’m horrified to watch the politics of annihilation take center stage in the U.S. of A. There’s no way this travesty can continue.

    • The Democrats are going out of their way to drive more nails in the coffin of the rule of law, They are doing this in a (hopefully vain) attempt to save their push to turn the US full Marxist, they know that their attempt can’t survive the continued appointment of Constructionist Judges who will rule according to the law and the Constitution.

  9. Back in high school, there was early morning band rehearsal. One day, Sarah came late. We found her by following her cries, sitting outside the bandroom, sobbing, with a torn shirt, repeatedly saying something in a stuttering language as she her hands were shaking alongside her body. She managed to communicate that she had decided to have a secret smoke in an alleyway across from the school, a place that was a convenient shortcut any other time of the day. I can’t recall who walked her to the nurse’s office. We never spoke about it later. I can tell you that her attacker was likely not anyone being considered for a nomination to the Supreme Court.
—> Did you catch the prosecutor quoting research on effective ways to interview a molestation victim? She pointed out that no forensic interview had been offered.

    • What are you trying to tell us here Malca?
Are you trying to tell us that rape victims are not always heard?
Sadly I have to agree with you. It does happen.
But what does that have to do with the Ford/Kavanaugh case?
Are you suggesting that Ford reported the alleged rape and was not heard?
Not so. At the time Ford never filed a report with any law enforcement agency, she never mentioned it to her parents, even her closest friends were kept in the dark.
Ford was not heard at the time because she didn’t want to be heard.
That pretty much ends the story right there.

      • Also the implementation of perfection is always totalitarian and must criminalize truth. So saying that all who cry rape must be believed and their stories acted on, is exactly the same as saying all men who are accused are being unfairly framed and the accuser must go to jail for the attempt.

Due process is the best their has ever been, and no one has come up with a system that is better. The Democrat party attempt to abandon that in favour of ends justifies the means, results, that is tyranny.

      • Maybe Malca’s describing what she saw in the immediate aftermath of a real assault.
People don’t forget witnessing that kind of trauma (in what used to be civilized countries).

Nobody at the party Ms Ford described noticed anything at all. Nothing amiss.
        That’s a big difference.
