I hope he is talking about monopoly laws being used to break them up.
How about violation of Civil Rights?
Toss it to the DoJ. File a restraining order that will prevent arbitrary shutdowns by the Big Dogs until alleged violations can be adjudicated. Buy time till midterms, at least.
The other side is constantly throwing injunctions at the Trump administration. Why not give the enemy a taste of lawfare?
