Postmortem on Lauren’s visit to Lakemba

For those who have not yet seen the stunning police reaction to Lauren’s planned visit to Lakemba, a heavily islamic part of Australia, you have to see it. The police literally just make up laws as needed to stop her. The ultimate in selective enforcement. Not just pointing at vague laws and deciding they apply to her and no one else, but literally just making up laws as they go along. Truly 3rd world.

  1. Actions like these are why I keep saying that the rule of law and the civilization that it sustained is dead, these actions have so destroyed the public’s trust in the police and the Judicary that it will take generations to restore that trust if it can be restored. These actions also show why the people don’t want to rely on the government as their only means or protection, if the police are ready to make up new laws to protect Islam what makes anyone think they will act against Islam to protect the individuals or the public body as a whole.

Lets face it the left has more or less disarmed the law abiding citizens in most of the Western Nations and are now telling the people that they are no longer free but are the serfs in the new society the left is building.

  2. It’s not a no go zone, you just can’t go there and talk to people and film them. ‘Imminent breach of the peace’ – curious phrase, can people be arrested for imminent burglary?

    • Not a fair analogy actually. If you could prove that a guy was on his way to burgle a place, then that may be a crime and fair enough.

But what this cop is saying, is that her presence, legal in all ways, may cause the savages to commit crimes and therefore she would be responsible for the acts of the savages so its breach of the peace in the same way that knocking over a metal shelf full of china into another shelf full of china in a china shop would be vandalism because, well the china has no agency. Right?

One could, and should write an essay about the meaning of this. It happens EVERYWHERE now. Muslims are treated like they are incapable of agency and are 100% predictable, and therefore, when you do something that causes that reaction you are guilty of their crimes.

If ever there was a reason to call someone a racist, thats it. It is in FACT racist against muslims because you are saying their ‘race’ determines their actions so special rules apply.

Pointing this out however, gets you a charge of racism.

And if this doesn’t get you angry enough to fight back…

      Nothing ever will.

Tailor-made laws for Politically CORRECTING™ each and every single individual on earth?

A Tranzi-Quango-Globalist’s ultimate wet dream—currently being implemented courtesy of Alphabet, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and the Left’s sword-swallowing, nymphomaniac harem of Social Media tyrants along with their cadres of Social Justice Warriors. Whatever else could they want?!?

Custom Constitutional Rights™ (You Saw it here First©), cut-to-order by some nebulous, ill-described, yet all-seeing, omnipotent, wise planetary authority that knows how all of this is for our own good!

Meanwhile, back in Lakemba, Oz police voluntarily enforce the sharia.

To drone on … after watching both (very worthwhile) video clips some excellent memes emerged from what might have remained another merely neglected MSM lie-fest. As in:

Molyneux’s superb point about “reasonable people” (video time point – 04:18) is almost totally lost in the shuffle. Put another way, Lakemba’s No-Go-Zone disallows reasonableness. Just that, right there, should overshadow all other concepts of “religious freedom”, “freedom of expression”, “freedom of association” (yes, incredibly, all of those are sneer quotes – emblematic of just how vast are these Selective Enforcement Legal Atrocities™).

SIDEBAR: Whilst sojourning in the Philippines*, I encountered a brilliant Jesuit priest who was, literally, stultified at my insistence that correcting his nation’s hyper-corruption required measures whereby it becomes physically painful to constantly engage in the (vampiric) endemic graft, bribery and influence-pedaling—without which, SUCH MALEFACTION ESSENTIALLY IS REWARDED.

    * Few people realize that the corruption trial of Imelda Marcos could have lasted for centuries!

Ah yup, she asked the judge to ‘walk a mile in her shoes’.

    [rimshot]

Back to business: Likewise is Molyneux’s quasi-self-deprecating, utterly disarming, and hilarious wisecrack about how (at video time-point – 07:14), “I’m still bald, and reporters are still lying…”

PS: Let’s all be honest with ourselves and just rename the place “Lakeamoeba”, as in; amoebic dysentery.

    • OK, the Imelda joke, that there was some funny! Probably lost on anyone under 50.

What I took from the Q&A was that the MSM had been alerted to her sojourn and were there in strength. So it’s OK for the MSM to film Lauren Southern going into a no-go zone but… it’s not OK for Lauren Southern to film.

I guess that makes sense to someone.

But really the bottom line is don’t go there because the animals will become violent and then the police will have to do something about it.

That really is a sad state of affairs but how many times have we seen this in the UK?

      • OK, the Imelda joke, that there was some funny!

Bless you, Babs. Young ladies like you make life meaningful for us older men.

    • Benigno Aquino was biding his time doing research at MIT, noodling around Cambridge. Friends begged him to organize security before attempting to “take his place” as the Marcos regime seemed to be imploding.

      He KNEW he’d be assassinated.
He just didn’t seem to care. A very sweet manner, maybe he couldn’t face life with his horrid wife, Corazon. Or his evil mother, Aurora. yech

Everybody said it was like a “martyrdom operation” – to kick off a revolution against the Marcos regime.

I’ve heard few better descriptions. Be it known, most Filipinos routinely exclaim how I seem to know more about Philippine history than they do.

Dear yucki, I remain perpetually intrigued as to where you’ve managed to obtain and sequester so much pertinent global intelligence. Yust sayin’.

        NR

  4. Old? Speak for yourself NR! (But yes, I’m old enough for the Imelda joke.)

If you go to the zoo and climb over the fence and down into the polar bear pit, or the lion pit, and you’re lucky enough to not be eaten, the cops will throw you in jail for your stupidity. They will also charge you to deter others. No one blames the animals for being animals, do they?

So now in our progressive distortions the cop in Lauren’s case is lending subspecies status on muslims. The only thing missing is the physical cage–which is what the police become.

This subspecies designation, however, is dangerous and damaging because it underestimates the animal.

Triple touché, Johnnyu!!! Excruciatingly brilliant. May I have another, please?
