  1. Don’t Call It Diversity, Call It Racism
Killing tests to protect educational racism.
    July 6, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

Harvard lashed out at the Department of Education and the Justice Department’s withdrawal of Obama era letters backing extreme racist preferences in education by vowing to “continue to vigorously defend its right, and that of all colleges and universities, to consider race.”

To paraphrase the inaugural address of a noted Democrat: “Affirmative action now, affirmative action tomorrow, affirmative action forever.”

The right that Harvard is fighting for is the right to be racist. The same right that George Wallace, the KKK and nearly every single college in the country have been obsessed with protecting and preserving.

Harvard already stands accused of considering race in its admissions to such a degree that an Asian student’s chance of getting in would go from 25% to 95% if she switched races and pretended to be black. Low-income Asian applicants were less likely to get in than wealthier black applicants.

“Make no mistake, this is the law of the land. Today’s announcement does not change that,” Ted Mitchell declared, channeling segregationist rhetoric which also leaned heavily on the ‘law of the land.’

Holistic admissions are as much of a racist farce and a ‘law of the land’ as separate but equal.

    • Oh, for when our world eventually realizes THAT EVERYTHING IS RACIST!

Won’t that be a farking joy?

Words like nigger, racist, bigot, Islamophobe, Right-Winger, and Nazi have lost so much (whatever original) meaning that they’ve become of ZERO use.

Holy guacamole! Kino ain’t gonna be playing much Keno anytime soon!!! Maybe, he’ll get to play “San Fransisco Roulette” with his (AIDS-infected) cellmates as they figure out who’s, the “great communicator”.

  4. Update: Co-Founder of Portland Antifa Only Gets PROBATION for Sexually Abusing Child!

The co-founder of Portland Resistance, a prominent Antifa group, was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to two felony charges of sexual abuse of a 17-year-old boy in March, and being found guilty of one count of sexual abuse of a 17-year-old girl in a jury trial last week.

“I can tell that you’re sincere and I can tell that you’ve grown a lot over the last couple of years,” said Multnomah County Circuit Judge Jerry Hodson at the sentencing of Isaiah Rhodes.

    • “Hogwash”, doesn’t even begin to describe this.

PS: Hogslop? Gotta do some serious brushing up on my agricultural terminology!!! (This, from a guy who saw the cow-with-a-window at UC Davis!.)

Yeah, it gets this bad. Recall what Hollyweird’s grande dame of acting said:

Old age ain’t no place for sissies.

      — Bette Davis

      • Hog slop – garbage from the table (uneaten food) saved to feed the hogs. Now illegal because while there was no known case of any disease being transmitted that way the left got a law passed making it illegal. Thereby increasing the prices at restaurants since they use to sell the eatable garbage to the local hog farmers. You mixed the garbage with water and dumped it into the hog trough.

        • In movies I have heard the term, “Hog Swallop”, or, “Hog’s Wallop”. Is thast the same thing? Or did I hear it wrong?

          • As far as I know it is the same thing.

One of the ways the “revenuers” look for moonshiners is that when they clean out the still the left over mash is fed to the hogs.

As far as I can discover all herbivores are alcoholics, Hogs, Cows, Horses etc all love any veggies with booze mixed in. Elephants are very bad about this and have been known to tear down breweries to get at the brewing beer.

        • Thereby increasing the prices at restaurants since they use to sell the eatable garbage to the local hog farmers.

Hormel and Armour must have been so happy that their ears were clapping!

    • Update: Co-Founder of Portland Antifa Only Gets PROBATION for Sexually Abusing Child!

Did he show up in court wearing a Balaclava?!?

      Enquiring minds want to know!?!

    • Dangnabbit, we’s gotta make a big-lotta-more of these cheap explosives back onshore if there’s gonna be any hope of securing America!!!

    • Should College Be FREE?

Only if the top few percent are considered worthy of career positions.

      Any questions?

    • OOPS sorry this youtube channel is the one that says Congress is calling /demanding h er arrest. MY bad.

  5. Djibouti’s khat, an expensive habit

In the small east African nation of Djibouti, almost half of all men use khat as a stimulant. Chewing khat leaves produces similar effects to amphetamine use.

Some 40% of the average household budget is spent on khat, a huge financial drain in a country where almost half the population is unemployed. Khat also creates severe health problems.

Nevertheless, khat is legal. It’s a big money earner for the state, which has a monopoly on its sale. This situation impedes the government’s efforts to fight addiction to the drug. Our reporters went to Djibouti to find out more.

  6. Controversial German author takes Random House to court after it axes his book on Islam (thelocal, Jul 6, 2018)
    https://www.thelocal.de/20180706/random-house-axes-islam-book-by-controversial-german-author

“Publishing giant Random House has declined to release a new book by controversial German politician-turned-author Thilo Sarrazin over fears it could whip up anti-Muslim hatred.

The dispute, which will be heard before a court in Munich on Monday, revolves around Sarrazin’s new book “Hostile Takeover — How Islam Hampers Progress and Threatens Society”, Bild Zeitung reported on Friday.

In 2010 Sarrazin, a former central banker and Berlin state finance minister, published the incendiary book “Germany Does Away With Itself”, arguing that undereducated Muslim migrants were making the country “more stupid”.

The volume became a runaway bestseller and is now seen as having helped pave the way for the anti-Islam Alternative for Germany party which entered parliament last year with nearly 100 deputies.

The new book was to have hit shelves in late August and is billed as a critical close reading of the Koran.

Sarrazin, 73, told Bild that he had signed a contract with Random House in November 2016 on the basis of a 10-page expose and delivered the manuscript in February this year.

He did not discuss the size of his advance.

“After a lot of back and forth about the publishing date, the publisher said at the end of May that it would not put the book out at all,” he was quoted as saying.

Random House, which is owned by German media behemoth Bertelsmann, confirmed the dispute would be heard in court Monday but declined to comment on the specifics.

However Bild cited sources at the publisher as saying that the new book could “seize on and amplify anti-Islam sentiments”.

In a statement, Random House called the new Sarrazin book “unannounced” and said it had “neither the intention of stopping it nor blocking its publication”.

“The author is free to publish his book at any time with another house,” it said.”

    • Speaking as a devout Capitalist, the Random House publishers have every right to decline releasing a new book by controversial German politician-turned-author Thilo Sarrazin.

That said, p’raps it’s time for Random House publishers to have their retail market starved out by those who are offended by such abject tommyrot.

  7. BREITBART Exclusive – Foreign Minister: No One Could Say ‘Hungary First’ Before Trump’s Rise

    ( 24 min 24 )

Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s minister of foreign affairs and trade, explained how the “America First” platform changed European political realities in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News Deputy Political Editor Amanda House.

“We respect the decision of the America people. We respect [President Donald Trump’s] endeavors towards putting America First,” Szijjártó told House, making it clear that, as foreigners, the Hungarian government had no wish to interfere in American domestic affairs.

Szijjártó is a leading official in Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s Fidesz Party government that has caused such consternation among the globalist politicians in Europe. He went on to explain how Trump’s rise to the White House had changed the political situation in Europe. “Saying ‘America First’ was a huge deliberation for patriotic forces in Europe. Because before President Trump had been elected, saying … ‘Hungary First’ was immediately stigmatized as ‘nationalist,’ even ‘fascist.’ Now, those who put critiques on us because of that are a little bit more careful,” he told House.

“Saying ‘Hungary First’, your nation first, is such a refreshing feeling. So we like him saying ‘America First’,” Szijjártó said, addressing those in Europe who criticize Trump for his rhetoric. “Who should say ‘America First’ if not the American president? And what should the American president say? What first if not America? For us, it’s obvious.”

In contrast to those foreign officials who attack Trump’s economic nationalist agenda on trade and migration, Szijjártó explained to House, “We definitely understand his patriotic economic policy, because we run a patriotic economic policy as well. … We like the change in approach, that he does not want to lecture all other countries in the world. … He understood the American methodology must not, by definition, work in countries with totally different history, different approaches, different understandings. And, of course, we understand very well his policy on migration.”

Szijjártó also made reference to the efforts of President Barack Obama’s State Department to influence the domestic politics of Central and Eastern European countries. He spoke approvingly of the reluctance of the Trump administration to do the same. “We are happy that those open attempts to interfere in our domestic issues, which happened during the Democrat administration, are not the case anymore,” he told House.

  8. Helping migrants: Top French court says no punishment for ‘crimes of solidarity’ (thelocal, Jul 6, 2018)
    https://www.thelocal.fr/20180706/helping-migrants-top-french-court-says-no-punishment-for-crimes-of-solidarity

“France’s Constitutional Court ruled Friday that people could not be charged for helping migrants who entered the country illegally, after dozens of people offering aid were prosecuted for what they denounced as “crimes of solidarity”.

Activists and others providing humanitarian aid including food and shelter have faced up to five years in prison and fines of 30,000 euros ($35,000), though most people convicted have been given much lighter sentences.

But the court said such measures went against the basic French “principle of fraternity”.

“As with liberty and equality, which are the two other terms of our country’s motto, fraternity must be respected as a constitutional principle by lawmakers,” Laurent Fabius, a former prime minister who heads the court, told AFP.

The case was brought by Cedric Herrou (see below), an olive farmer in southern France who has made a point of helping migrants crossing the border from Italy, the main point of entry for thousands of people setting sail across the Mediterranean from Africa in recent years…”

There is no mathematical or logical language to describe this.

Its ultimate circumscription will be a perimeter of blazing fire.

  9. France deploy UNDERCOVER terror police to patrol trains amid attack fears (express, Jul 6, 2018)
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/985179/france-news-terror-train-police-attack

“Undercover police officers are to patrol French trains in an effort to protect travellers and tourists from terrorist attacks during the busy summer holiday period, France’s national gendarmerie commander Colonel Ghislain Réty said on Thursday. The elite police officers are under strict instructions to intervene only if a suspected terrorist launches an attack against train passengers, for fear of blowing their cover.

The government is to deploy “at least two” members of France’s elite paramilitary special forces, the GIGN, on each train to monitor security and thwart potential terrorist threats, Mr Réty told the AFP news agency.

The counter-terror operation, which was launched on Thursday to coincide with the upsurge in traffic for the summer break, has been codenamed “Train Marshals,” he added.

“[The train marshals] will be travelling every single day, and board passenger trains operating nationwide. They will change their travel itinerary depending on the terror threat level. Our objective is to be efficient and reassure the population,” Me Réty continued.

The “discreet” counter-terrorism officers will attempt to blend into the train station crowd, sit with other passengers and be ready to spring into action if there’s an attack aboard a train…”

  10. Syrian man arrested for promoting IS terrorism (koreatimes, Jul 6, 2018)
    https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/nation/2018/07/251_251826.html

“A Syrian man has been arrested after allegedly promoting the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group and encouraging other foreign workers to be part of it, police said Friday.

According to the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency, the man, 33, whose identity is being withheld, was arrested for allegedly violating the anti-terrorism law, which bans activities that can endanger national security and citizens’ safety.

After receiving reports, investigators apprehended him at his residence in Pyeongtaek on June 18. Police said they found explosive material in his car and IS promotion video clips on his computer.

It unclear whether he is a member of the IS or just a follower.

After entering Korea in 2007, he applied for legal refugee status, which was later rejected. Instead, he received a residency permit for humanitarian reasons, which has to be renewed every year.

Over the past 10 year, he worked at various places across Gyeonggi Province.”
