  1. Freedom is the absolute birthright of man. Especially freedom of speech. The British government is criminal, tyrannical, and evil for imprisoning Tommy Robinson.

The fact is “hate speech” IS free speech. It’s absolutely protected by Natural Law and the rights of man. Moreover, all good people DO hate Islam and the Islamics who promote it. I certainly do. Islam is a philosophy which is utterly false, loathsome, and depraved.

And so is the democratic Welfare State. It systematically violates individual rights, which are sacred and untouchable. The ultimate political answer is LIBERTARIANISM and LAISSEZ-FIRE CAPITALISM.

So DEATH to Islam and the Welfare State!

    • That is what is coming, it won’t be quick and it won’t be peaceful but it is coming. Once the fighting starts it will last many decades, people will look back at this time as the peaceful time.

      • The welfare state, gun control, massive governmental control of education, the idea that government is suppose to run everything, all will be destroyed in the war of survival.

Short answer, YES the left worked hard to take over the many papers and schools that trained the so called journalists they (the left) hold the ordinary people in more contempt then the modern British Upper Class. Their actions attempting to bring about a socialist utopia have created the dystopia me are forced to life in. Destroying this dystopia is going to destroy the small amount of civilization that the left has left intact. The arrest of Tommy lit the fuse of revolution and I don’t see any way the British government can extinguish this fuse. Welcome to the world that the left has created.

        • Thank you EB, The facts are there.

Tommy Robinson interfered with the court.
News blackout until the trial is over.

Looks like he got caught out on an existing suspended sentence.

Judge Heather Norton handed him a three months imprisonment in May last year but suspended it for 18 months on the condition he did not commit further offences.

“This is not about free speech, not about the freedom of the press, nor about legitimate journalism, and not about political correctness,” the judge told Robinson at the time

“It is about justice and ensuring that a trial can be carried out justly and fairly, it’s about being innocent until proven guilty.

The fuzz get a bit touchy if you fuck with the ‘justice’ and wot-not. It’s like you’re pissing on their favourite lamppost.

I can’t find any mention of 13 months anywhere. Possible typo in the headline?

            So my understanding is this:

He gets a sentence for another crime but the court is lenient and says he can walk free, provided he abides by these terms.

He then does not abide by those terms.

So people on the far right get pissy because it’s a “miscarriage of justice”.

            Have I got that right?”

The quote “Judge Heather Norton handed him a three months imprisonment in May last year..” from the Independent newspaper.

            • People are asking the wrong questions IMO.

              1. Why is there a gag order on a trial where there is no jury to contaminate? Is this not an abuse of process for political reasons?

              2. Tommy did not say anything that was not already in the public domain. (Also, I think they were headed back to court for a sentencing hearing and the verdict had been made. But I am not at all certain on that one.)

              3. Is there a gag order on the arrest? If so why are so many papers and media, including the BBC, reporting on it. Is this a major act of defiance or is there actually no such gag order?

These questions would give revealing answers. The rest feels a little like misdirection.

              • You are right on number 2, they were going in to court to be sentenced. I haven’t heard what their sentence was but probably it was less then Tommy got.

Also a lot of lawyers say he wasn’t violating the terms of the suspended sentence. Which was in a court on the opposite side of Britain, he wasn’t sent back to the original Judge for supposedly violating the terms of the suspended sentence like he should have.

There are too many things here that don’t pass the smell test. This was an attempt to get Tommy killed and the people wanting the murder have almost 13 full months left for this to happen. The government is going to set tight and wait for the protests to run out of steam, then Tommy will be put back into general population and the attempts on his life start again.
