Green Beret and former UFC fighter Tim Kennedy tried to prove to people that waterboarding is not torture by a crazy tactic – he subjected himself for waterboarding for 40 minutes and posted video online.
We did this yesterday for almost 45 minutes. The average pour was anywhere from 10 to 60 sec. You can try to hold your breath but the water pools at the back of your sinuses running down your eyes and nose. Plain and simple. So, what you’re actually telling me (by inference) is that when these brave Lions of Islam™ crack after just a couple of minutes of waterboarding, it’s really because these fierce Muslim warriors are all a bunch of lily-livered, Nancy boy, pansies?
Yes and no as I said in a different thread they use to use a variation of this to put antiseptic in the sinus cavities to treat sinus infection. It is uncomfortable and at a certain point you mind is fooled into thinking you are drowning. You aren’t but your mind thinks you are.
FYI most people crack after about a minute until the get use to the waterboarding and then they don’t crack as fast.

Just as the spook noted, Goldberg is all about “value [virtue] signaling”. Personally, I’ve never liked Whoopi, ever. Her participation on “The View” and willingness to be seen on that same public venue with a drooling idiot like Rosie O’Donnell cemented that sentiment.
