  1. DAILY MAIL – EXCLUSIVE: How ISIS Bataclan attack influenced German heavy metal fanatic who killed two by ramming his van into a cafe in Münster

Driver ploughed through crowds outside the popular Grosser Kiepenkerl bar in Münster, west Germany

MailOnline can name him as Jens Ruther, 48, an interior designer and heavy metal fanatic

Friends said he had been affected by attending a concert at the Bataclan shortly before 2015 attack and it had ‘shocked’ him

He shot himself dead inside the vehicle, leaving two others dead and 20 injured in the attack at 3.27pm

Reports claim he was Jens Ruther, 48, a German national with psychological problems and no terror links

Police searched four of his properties and his cars finding an AK-47 and pistol he used to kill himself

Chancellor Angela Merkel said she was ‘deeply shaken’ by the incident that cordoned off the city’s old town

[…]One neighbour said: ‘He was a loner, I never saw him with any family or friends. He looked good and he had a good physique, he looked after himself and he had a six pack. 🙁 🙁

[…]it seemed strange to me that he never had any girls in his apartment.’

[…]Ruther, who had a shaven head, was a committed heavy metal fan and amateur bodybuilder, the source added.

[…]he was known to police and had been subject to charges of threats, criminal damage, fraud, and a hit-and-run, which were all later dropped.

[…]Forensic experts have scoured four properties he had and several cars in his possession.

[…]Local reports claimed he had been in contact with far-right groups, but was not an extremist himself.

[…]detectives are looking into whether the attack was a case of ‘extended suicide’ similar to the case of Andreas Lubitz, who deliberately crashed a Germanwings flight

[…]the perpetrator had vaguely announced his suicide plans a week ago in an email to friends

    • the telegraph –Münster attack driver left ‘suicide note’ accusing parents and doctors of conspiring against him

The man who killed two people when he drove a car into a crowded restaurant terrace in the German city of Münster at the weekend had hinted at suicide in a letter to friends and relatives, it emerged on Monday.

The lengthy suicide message, sections of which were published in the German press, appeared to confirm that the killer was suffering from psychological problems and was not motivated by political extremism.

The 48-year-old, who has been named as Jens Rüther, wrote that he had been conspired against throughout his life by everyone from his parents to doctors who operated on a back injury, according to excerpts published in Bild newspaper.

He claimed he had wished to be dead since the age of seven. He said he suffered from emotional outbursts as a child and blamed them on his parents, who he claimed had mistreated him. He claimed this had caused him to become impotent and that he suffered from a fear of being thought gay as a result.

He accused doctors of bungling an operation on his back after he suffered an injury in 2015, and claimed he was in constant pain as a result.

There were suggestions Rüther was considering suicide in the letter, but police said there was no indication that he was planning Saturday’s attack.

“The content gave hints of suicidal thoughts, but there was indication that others might be at risk,” an unnamed police officer told Spiegel magazine.

Rüther sent the letter to several neighbours as well as friends and relatives. One, who gave his name only as Daniel EU, told Spiegel he had warned the police Rüther might be suicidal after reading it.

“The man was disturbed, he had paranoia,” he said. But he added: “Just because a man threatens suicide, you can’t expect him to carry out an attack.

Other neighbours have said Rüther underwent a dramatic personality change in 2015, after suffering a back injury when he fell down the stairs.

The 48-year-old had a successful professional life as a furniture designer, and had four homes around Germany.

Police have ruled out initial suspicions the attacks may have been motivated by links to the German political far-Right. Rüther reportedly complained that people accused him of anti-immigrant sentiments, and one of his landlords was a known far-Right activist, but that appears to be the limit of the links.

Meanwhile, a senior MP from the nationalist Alternative for Germany party (AfD) is facing calls for her resignation over a series of tweets in which she appeared to attempt to make political capital out of the tragedy.

Before it was clear who was responsible, Beatrix von Storch assumed the incident was an Islamist terror attack and tweeted “We can do it” — an apparent reference to Angela Merkel’s slogan at the time of the migrant influx of 2015.

When it became clear the attack was not connected to migrants, she tweeted: “It does not have to be an Islamic attack. Of course not. And if a German patient turns out to be the culprit, then I say: we also have more than enough German murderers and crazy people. We do not need any more.”

“If Ms von Storch has even a spark of decency and reason, she should resign her seat in the German Bundestag,” Markus Blume, the chairman of Angela Merkel’s Bavarian sister party, the Christian Social Union (CSU) said.

“Anyone who tries to exploit an event like this the way Ms von Storch has done does not belong in the German parliament.”

  2. US issue Russia warning after Syria chemical attack – ‘There will be CONSEQUENCES’ (express, Apr 9, 2018)
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/943606/us-russia-donald-trump-war-syria-chemical-attack-vladimir-putin

“THE US has issued Russia a dire warning, telling Vladimir Putin “there will be consequences” after the sick chemical attack in Syria at the weekend which left dozens – including children – dead.

This afternoon the US issued a furious condemnation on the chemical attack outside Damascus, with president Donald Trump saying “Syria, Russia, Iran or all three” could be responsible.

The US State Department then said “there will be consequences” for the deadly attack, which saw more than 40 people die in horrifying circumstances, as well as more than 300 injured.

The US State Department said: “The chemical weapons attack took place in an area of Syrian regime operations, Duma, where regime forces are attempting to dislodge the opposition.”Syrian regime forces and their allies are denying international monitors access to the Duma area.

“The Duma victims’ symptoms, reported by credible medical professionals and visible in social media photos and video, are consistent with an asphyxiation agent and of a nerve agent of some type.

“There will be consequences for this unacceptable atrocity.”

Russia and Syria have both denied involvement in the chemical attack in the rebel-held town of eastern Ghouta near Damascus.

It comes after Russia lashed out at the US following a raft of new sanctions.

Russia’s Kremlin spokesman today said Washington was in violation of “anything and everything”….”

    • The Dems and their Propaganda Media have created the situtation where we can’t wait to discover who committed the chemical attack, if it really happened. Their lies about Russian collusion has set us up, we have to retaliate against Syria and possible even against Russia without waiting for evidence. I am not any happier about this then anyone else but realize that Trump has no other choice if he wants to avoid an Impeachment fight with the lolyalty of the people digging for evidence in doubt.

Would you trust any report that Russia/Syria did the attack? Would you trust any report that Russia/Syria didn’t do the attack? I don’t think the Dems set this up deliberately. They did set it up and we are now in the position that either Trump attacks Russia/Syria (although more sanctions on Russian Oligarchs might be the reaction even if the libs wouldn’t think it was enough) or he is removed or the civil war starts. If the civil war starts now a lot of people would be setting out the early stages because of doubt about Trump and Russia.

  3. Russia announced weeks before that there was a false-flag chemical attack being planned in the town of Ghouta. Like clockwork, the chemical attack that happened over the weekend took place in the same area, and the Russians are sticking with their story.

“The spread of bogus stories about the use of chlorine and other poisonous substances by (Syrian) government forces continues. Yet another such fabricated piece of information about an alleged chemical attack in Douma appeared yesterday,” the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement, according to Reuters.

“We have warned several times recently against such dangerous provocations. The aim of such deceitful speculation, lacking any kind of grounding, is to shield terrorists … and to attempt to justify possible external uses of force.”

  5. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said no evidence has been found of a chemical weapons attack in Syria’s formerly rebel-held town of Douma.
Medical sources say dozens were killed in Saturday’s alleged attack but numbers are impossible to verify.
Mr Lavrov said Russian specialists and aid workers had visited the area, which rebel fighters have started leaving under a surrender deal.
The US and France have threatened a “joint, strong response”.
The claim from Russia – which has intervened militarily in Syria in support of the government – came after videos shot by rescue workers on Saturday showed lifeless bodies of men, women and children with foam at their mouths.

(remember when CNN used the same ‘child victim’ in 3 different disasters, being rescued by 3 different men? The white helmets who reported the chemical attack work directly with anti-Assad terrorists…so, consider the source of the intelligence before reaching a conclusion.)

  6. The University of Illinois Student Government voted Wednesday to impeach a conservative student based primarily on his political activity.
The articles of impeachment focused on the fact that Andrew Minik had helped to organize a memorial to victims of illegal immigrant criminals.
At one point in the proceedings, the student government VP-Elect even insinuated that Minik had used his own minority status as cover to attack other minorities.

  7. OTTAWA — Border officials are preparing for another spike in asylum seekers coming illegally into Canada from the U.S. as the weather gets warmer.

The RCMP intercepted more than 3,000 irregular border-crossers in January and February, part of a total number of 7,800 asylum seekers processed by the federal immigration department and the Canada Border Services Agency during the same time period.

Those figures don’t include more than 600 additional arrivals who entered the country illegally through Quebec over the Easter weekend.

Officials are expecting those numbers to continue to grow as temperatures rise. Immigration and CBSA officials have been preparing for the influx after getting caught flat-footed last summer dealing with an unexpected surge in mainly Haitian migrants entering Canada through Ontario and Quebec.

  8. SCOTLAND – Crowdfunding page set up in bid to raise £50,000 toward creating mosque on Lewis

A CROWDFUNDING page has been set up in a bid to raise £50,000 toward creating a mosque on the Lewis.

Last autumn, Western Isles Council approved a planning applicaion for a Mosque in Stornoway, which the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing) Presbytery of the Outer Hebrides said was “a most unwelcome development”.

It comes after the arrival of six Syrian families, who were resettled in the area in recent years.

Now construction businessman Aihtsham Rashid, from Leeds, has set up the JustGiving page, toward building the place of worship for the small Muslim community there.

Writing on the JustGiving page, Mr Rashid said: “I recently received a phone call from The Isle of Lewis, a small island in the North Sea, North of Scotland. There are just over 8000 people residing there.”

“Amongst the 8000 people, there is a very small Syrian refugee community. They have been trying for a long time to get planning permission for their very own mosque. Against all odds and opposition from the Free Church of Scotland they have now been granted permission to build.”

Adding: “I have been personally requested to go up and help them with the build and planning of their very first mosque due to my experience in building mosques. I am aiming to get this mosque up and running by Ramadhan to enable the local muslims to read their first tarawee prayers.”

The Western Isles remains staunchly Christian and the islands of Lewis and Harris both have large Presbyterian communities.

Many businesses do not open on Sundays and a row erupted in 2009 when ferry firm CalMac began sailing on the Sabbath and in January of this year when a cinema opened on a Sunday.

When planning permmision was granted to convert a derelict building in Stornaway town centre into a mosque, the FCC denomination said its main concern lay with the religion of Islam itself.

Stressing it had “nothing against individual Muslims, least of all any who have been forced to flee their homelands because of persecution and suffering,” the statement from the presbytery added: “If a mosque ever opens, Islam will be able to promote itself in our midst through public worship, despite its beliefs and practices being alien to the religious convictions of the vast majority of our community.”

The church said Islam is “wholly inconsistent” with the Biblical teachings and is “opposed to the Christian religion”.

And the statement added: “Islam is also incompatible with, and indeed a threat to, our religious and civil liberties.”

On the crowdfunding page, Mr Rashid appealed to people to donate to the project: “This job requires a lot of financing which the locals cannot afford being such a small community of muslims.”

Nearly £10,000 has so far been raised towards the project on the JustGiving page so far.

Donors left messages of support on the JustGiving page: “With the blessing of Allah I pray he makes the journey easy for you. And may Allah shower his blessings on this Mosque and to all the contributors help making this cause a worthy one.”

Another said: “May Allah make this happen, keep up the good work.”

  12. Iran Threatens to Restart Nuke Enrichment Program in Matter of Days
Threats ‘confirm that the Iranian regime never gave up on its atomic weapon ambitions’

Iranian leaders are threatening to restart the country’s contested nuclear enrichment program in just a matter of days as the Trump administration and European allies scramble to address a range of flaws in the landmark nuclear accord ahead of a May deadline that could see the United States walk away from the accord, according to regional reports and administration insiders.

The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization disclosed on Sunday that the Islamic Republic has maintained the ability to restart the full-scale enrichment of uranium—the key component in a nuclear weapon that was supposed to be removed from Iran as part of the nuclear agreement—in just four days.

Ali Akbar Salehi, head of Iran’s atomic work, claimed Iran could enrich uranium to 20 percent, which is more than enough to quickly reach the threshold to power a nuclear weapon, in just four days if the word is given by Iran’s hardline ruling regime.

The disclosure has roiled Trump administration insiders and nuclear experts who have been warning for months that Iran never fully disclosed the nature of its nuclear weapons work and progress as international leaders struggle to fix the deal by May, according to those who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon about the situation.

  13. Fears About Chinese ‘Trade War’ Are Late And Dumb
China has been waging economic war against the U.S. for decades.
    2018-04-09T00:02:00-04:00
    Michael Cutler

President Trump’s political adversaries and globalists, including the media pundits, are frantically yelping about how the President’s proposed tariffs against Chinese imports would spark a “Trade war.”

In point of fact, concerns about a trade war with China are late — very late — and have nothing to do with Trump’s proposed tariffs.

In reality China has, for decades, engaged in a one-sided “trade war” with the United States that doesn’t involve tariffs but wide-spread and wide-scale theft of intellectual property.

    One-sided relationships are not relationships!

Foolishly, a succession of previous administrations have facilitated this outrageous situation.

My previous FrontPage Magazine article, Educating America’s Adversaries focused on the lunacy of the United States hundreds of thousands of Chinese students to study STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines and also providing them with optional practical training at U.S. corporations unwittingly providing them with the opportunity to engage in industrial espionage.

    Educating America’s Adversaries
China’s engineers are building China’s military. Who taught them?
    2018-03-27T00:04:00-04:00
    Michael Cutler

By imposing tariffs on certain Chinese imports, President Trump has followed through on a significant campaign promise to address his entirely understandable concerns about Chinese unscrupulous trade practices and in that nation’s theft of U.S. intellectual property, otherwise known as espionage.

China ceaselessly and belligerently hacks U.S. computers, including corporate computers and government computers. China constructed an artificial island in the South China Sea and has threatened military action if our vessels approach too closely.

Even as China rattles its sabers at the United States, it is arguably building up its military forces faster than any other country on earth and, unbelievably, with the assistance of none other than the United States.

As we shall shortly see, those sabers being rattled by the Chines government could likely not have been constructed without the unintended assistance of the United States.

In point of fact, you could say that where China is concerned, the United States has, all too often, acted irrationally against its own best interests in dealing with that totalitarian communist regime and continues to do so.

China’s actions and threats are certainly not befitting a nation that has been granted Most Favored Nation trade status. China is not acting as a trading partner or ally but rather as an adversary.

    • Excellent articles all, Richard. Cutler is totally clear-minded about Communist China’s decades long trade war against America.

The dark lining to Red China’s pieces-of-silver cloud is that, by constantly stealing or copying, they have not learned much about how to innovate. In fact, most of the over-crowded Asiatic cultures deeply discourage original thinking. To this end, the Chinese people have never gone through the actual process of industrial trial and error that feeds modern innovation. Making knockoffs, no matter how good they might be, is still just monkey-see-monkey-do.

In this respect, Communist China remains decades behind America (if not a lot more on a per capita basis). It is exceptionally difficult to teach innovative thinking. In Clayton Christensen’s series that begins with “The Innovator’s Dilemma“, he explicitly details why it was literally impossible for IBM (at its very height) to create the desktop computer.

In another instance, he shows how Hewlett Packard (again, in its own prime), had to set up an entirely independent facility on the East Coast in order to ensure that they would build a real ink-jet printer instead of risking the old hands just re-packaging a laser printer to do the same thing (at much greater cost).

Book two (optional), “The Innovator’s DNA”, largely deals with the various personality profiles and their typical roles within disruptive technology movements or innovation. However, books one and (especially) three <make for some of the most satisfying non-fiction reading I have ever found. Book three, “The Innovator’s Solution”, is a great place to find out why China is barely peeking out of its own bung when it comes to true industrial innovation.

Next up is a ten minute interview with Christensen about Disruptive Innovation.

A few days ago, I had a conversation with a neighbor who revealed to me that, insofar as she would like to exercise her right to bear arms, she doesn’t consider herself especially “liberal.” For this reason, she would eventually like to leave our painfully blue state of New Jersey.

Yet during the course of our exchange, she also shared that her daughter is away at college. I responded: “I hope that she doesn’t come home hating you.” I was half-joking, of course, but only by half. It was then that I told her that, being an academic dissident, I make it my mission to inform otherwise uninformed parents of what their children can expect to experience during their time in today’s university.

A glance at a couple of recent events from two schools, one secular, the other Catholic, suffices all too easily to leave an indelible impression of the contemporary academy:

At George Washington University, just days after much of the Christian world celebrated Easter, a training session was held for faculty and students. The purpose of this “diversity workshop” is to expound upon the thesis that Christians “receive unmerited perks from institutions and systems all across our country.”

That being said, what are you thinking?
    2018-04-09T00:09:00-04:00
    Bruce Bawer

o read Robert Spencer’s Jihad Watch website regularly is to get an unsettling daily dose of real-life Islam-related horrors. But on April 4, Robert posted a half-hour audio that was even more disturbing than the bulk of his usual offerings. The audio records the visit by a couple of British police officers to the home of a British subject who had apparently been reported to the authorities for posting anti-Islam comments on social media. The householder in question greeted the cops with surprising – perhaps nervous? – cheeriness, and for a half hour he earnestly, willingly, and good-humoredly answered their indefensibly intrusive and insulting questions about his opinions. Among them: What were his political beliefs? What did he think of Islam? Did he hate Muslims? Was he a racist? Was he a Nazi?

It quickly became clear that this man – whose name we never learn, unless I missed something – is anything but a racist or Nazi or hater of any kind. On the contrary, he is a thoughtful citizen who, after considerable study, has come to some sensible conclusions about Islam. He made it clear that, unlike his visitors, he had read the Koran, had acquainted himself with the major specifics of the life of Muhammed, and knew the basics of Islamic theology. He was, it emerged, a strong opponent of Islam for precisely the right reasons, including (as he mentioned) the fact that it commands believers to do harm to infidels, Jews, and gays.

Obama owns the disaster in Syria in a way that no one else does. Three of his policies intersected to cause the bloodshed, devastation and horrors there.

    The Iraq Withdrawal
    The Arab Spring
    The Iran Deal

Obama’s Iraq withdrawal turned the country over to Iran and ISIS. The tensions between the Shiite puppet regime in Baghdad (which Obama insisted on backing) and the Sunni population created a cycle of violence that reduced the country to a bloody civil war between Shiite militias and Al Qaeda in Iraq.

The collapse of the multicultural Iraqi army allowed Al Qaeda in Iraq to seize huge swathes of territory. And ISIS and Iran began carving up Iraq into their own ethnically cleansed dominions.

Today’s FBI raid signals that Mueller will be using the same tactics against President Trump as he did against Manafort and other targets. That includes going after privileged communications.

  18. London Uses Knife “Stop and Frisk” and “Knife Wands” for Knife Control
    2018-04-09T15:17:00-04:00
    Daniel Greenfield

If only we were more like the Europeans and we opened our doors to terror migrants while banning anything that could be possibly used as a weapon.

London’s murder rate has topped New York.

London overtook New York in murders for the first time in modern history in February as the capital endured a dramatic surge in knife crime.

Fifteen people were murdered in the capital, against 14 in New York. Both cities have almost exactly the same population.

London murders for March are also likely to exceed or equal New York’s. By late last night there had been 22 killings in the capital, according to the Metropolitan police, against 21 in the US city.

But those sensible Europeans have gun control. Unlike the uncivilized American savages who occasionally do things even when the government would rather that they didn’t. So what’s the problem?

Shockingly, murderers will kill people even when they don’t have guns. And before the invention of firearms, sharp, edged blades were in use. But London is fighting back. With knife control.

  19. Obama Diplomat Who Praised Obama for Not Attacking Syria, Attacks Trump

    Daniel Greenfield

Any foreign policy criticism from the left is a joke. Especially on Syria.

Derek Chollet, Obama’s Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, has been doing invaluable echo chamber work by attacking Trump and his foreign policy people. He’s got the usual smears of Bolton and Pompeo in the wind.

And of course he’s attacking Trump for not doing enough on Syria.

“A year ago tonight, the US bombed Syria & most pundits breathlessly talked about Trump’s muscular approach to the Middle East. How’d that turn out?” Chollet sneered on Twitter.

  20. Chappaquiddick Wasn’t the Only Scandal

Here’s one tailor-made for the media’s Russia obsession.

There is nothing like historical context to help evaluate and better understand current events. So, in regard to the mainstream media’s breathless, non-stop coverage of the self-levitating Trump-Russia collusion theory, consider this bit of trivia:

In 1991, when Russian President Boris Yeltsin opened the archives of the Soviet Central Committee, Western researchers quickly descended on Moscow to plow through the treasure trove of previously classified official documents.

Among those researchers was Tim Sebastian, a reporter for the London Times and the BBC who found a May 14, 1983 letter from KGB chief Viktor Chebrikov to Soviet General Secretary Yuri Andropov. Bearing the highest security classification, it summarized a confidential offer by Senator Ted Kennedy to the Soviet leadership to help stop President Ronald Reagan’s aggressive, anti-Soviet defense policies.

The letter was written as the debate was heating up over Reagan’s proposed deployment of intermediate range missiles to counter the Soviets’ medium range weapons in Eastern Europe.

    • Nothing surprises me about the treasonous Kennedy Clan.

But – Andropov !! – the Devil made flesh. My family worked for years to free dissidents from the Soviet mental hospitals and gulags. _He_ was the mastermind of that whole system.

According to Mr. Sharansky, Andropov was one of the _very_ worst of a very bad lot.

https://www.timesofisrael.com/adored-by-many-french-muslim-singer-hits-sour-note-with-facebook-posts/ A Tribune Juive author, in an unsigned op-ed, wrote that the altered version went to the heart of the controversy surrounding [Mennel] Ibtissem.
“To the uninitiated French public, Mennel began to sing a poetic story drawing on Psalms and King David, who ruled a Jewish kingdom in Jerusalem,” the op-ed read. “But to her many followers who speak Arabic, this artist had a very different religious message.” The verse was written years ago by a singer from Kuwait, Muhamad Al Hussayn, who is known for setting Islamic proselytizing lyrics to Western pop melodies. It exchanges Cohen’s iconoclastic musings about King David’s lust for Bathsheba and female sexuality with the story of a man who was “surrounded by darkness” until he found God.

Freed hostage Joshua Boyle made a brief appearance in an Ottawa courtroom on Monday, following the completion of his psychiatric assessment.

Boyle, 34, faces 19 criminal charges, including sexual assault, assault and unlawful confinement. A publication ban is in place preventing the release of any information that could identify alleged victims or witnesses.

At Monday’s court appearance, Boyle looked thinner than before. His lawyer, Lawrence Greenspon, told reporters outside court that his client has likely lost weight while in custody.

Greenspon said the purpose of his client’s psychiatric assessment was not to determine Boyle’s fitness to stand trial, but to facilitate “assessment and treatment.”

He said he hasn’t yet reviewed the “lengthy” psychiatric report and added that it’s “too early” to address Boyle’s fitness to stand trial.

Greenspon said Boyle received psychiatric treatment at a facility in Brockville, Ont., before he was returned to the detention centre. He said he hopes his client will continue to receive medication while in detention, but would not say what Boyle is being treated for.

A doctor assessing Boyle had previously requested an extension to the 60-day period for a mental health assessment.[…]

Pre-trial motions in Boyle’s case will be discussed on April 17 and Boyle’s next full court appearance is scheduled for April 27.

“France’s ambassador to Algeria, Xavier Driancourt, announced today that VFS Global will be the official body to process the French visa applications for the Algerian citizens at the Consulate General in Algiers.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Driancourt said that VFS was chosen through a public tender, which was launched late 2017 in an attempt to ensure “a better service for visa applicants.”

The ambassador added that the move also aims at placing a “flexible” visa online appointment booking system for all applicants, “especially with the notable increase in the annual number of visa applications.” According to the French consulate’s data, some 410,000 visas were granted last year, 230,000 of which were for citizens who live in the Algerian capital…”

      “France expels 10,000 Algerians

The French ambassador to Algeria, Xavier Driencourt, has said that more than 10,000 Algerians have been deported from France and their visas cancelled.

Although they obtained their visas legally, they then went on to commit a number of abuses, obliging the French government to take such measures, he said, according to the Algerian newspaper Ennahar.

The ambassador pointed out that the Algerians who were expelled from France, have committed a number of abuses, including receiving medical care at French hospitals without paying the bills.

He added that the main reason behind the deportations was inconsistencies between documents submitted when initially entering France and documents submitted during visa applications, and the violation of conditions of residency, as well as not paying hospital bills…”
