  1. Iraq to deport suspected French jihadist who served sentence (ahram, Feb 19, 2018)
    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/2/8/291313/World/Region/Iraq-to-deport-suspected-French-jihadist-who-serve.aspx

“An Iraqi court ordered the release and deportation of a suspected French jihadist sentenced Monday to seven months in prison for entering the country illegally, saying she had already served her time.

Melina Boughedir, 27, was arrested last summer in former Islamic State group stronghold Mosul with her four children, three of whom have been repatriated to France.

Wearing a black dress and purple headscarf, she entered the courtroom holding her other child, a boy with blond hair.

Speaking in Arabic, she said that she had been a housewife in Mosul.

“I entered Syria with my French passport but Daesh (IS) took it from me. I stayed in Syria for four days and then came to Mosul with my husband and four children”.

She said that her French husband Maximilien, whom she said had been a cook for IS, was killed as Iraqi forces battled to oust the jihadist group from Mosul, which was recaptured last July.

Asked her if she regretted what she did, she replied: “Yes”…”

  2. Spanish NGO Warns of Influx of Half a Million Migrants from Morocco in Coming Months (moroccoworldnews, Feb 19, 2018)
    https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2018/02/240947/spanish-ngo-warns-of-influx-of-half-a-million-migrants-from-morocco-in-coming-months/

“The Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid warns of a potential massive influx of boats in the coming months coming from Morocco, loaded with migrants and refugees, and heading to Spain.

The commission, which collaborates with Morocco-based migrant support groups, believes that no less than half a million people, from Libya westward to Morocco, are preparing a migratory movement towards Europe, reported Spain’s premier radio network, Cadena SER. A vast majority of these migrants are from sub-Saharan nations in Africa.

According to José Carlos Cabrera, spokesman for the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid, all indicators point to a large influx of small boats towards Europe in the coming months, including many from Morocco’s Mediterranean coastline across from mainland Spain.

The NGO warns that Spain is not currently prepared to receive and adequately deal with this level of human migration, added Cadena SER…”

  3. Pensioner injures three refugees in knife attack outside church (thelocal, Feb 19, 2018)
    https://www.thelocal.de/20180219/pensioner-injures-three-refugees-in-knife-attack-outside-church

“Police in southwestern Germany have released a man who stabbed three refugees outside a church on Saturday. A local newspaper expressed disbelief at the fact the crime wasn’t taken more seriously.

A 25-year-old Iraqi was taken to hospital with severe injuries on Saturday evening after a 70-year-old man attacked him with a knife in the city of Heilbronn. Police report that the attack was unprovoked and that the elderly man was drunk at the time of the attack.

The Iraqi man’s injuries are reportedly not life threatening. A 17-year-old Afghan and a 19-year-old Syrian also sustained light injuries in the attack which took place outside the St. Kilian’s Church. Both men were treated by medics at the scene of the crime.

Police say that the attacker, a man with dual German and Russian nationality, has since been released from custody. The explanation given is that he had no previous police record and that the crime is not being treated as attempted murder but only as aggravated assault…”

    • Maybe it was he who was attacked otherwise why would they allow him to go and they are simply too gutless to tell the truth as we all know that muslims love attacking oldies especially those near a church. Good for him!!
