A river of material showing US corruption and bias issues and more: Links 1, Feb 6, 2018

1. The Trudeau People-kind thing may not be exactly what it appeared. Whenever you see a clip that is abruptly edited, its reasonable to expect a bit of a context fraud. Even so, it was the sort of thing Trudeau does say and think a lot, even if this was a kind of stoner version of a joke.

3. Malca offers these links to recent FBI file releases. I know nothing about them but for those with the time and energy to sift through them, here they are. Should anyone find anything of general interest to our issues, please do post the specific item in the comments under this post.

6. Benghazi YouTube Filmmaker Lives Quiet Life In L.A. Homeless Shelter

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the filmmaker whose YouTube movie was initially blamed for the Benghazi attack, told The Daily Caller he has little to say about the Benghazi Select Committee hearings where Hillary Clinton testified almost two weeks ago.

“The movie had nothing to do with the people getting killed — right? I’m out,” he declared, implying he had nothing else to say about the matter since he was released from prison.

Following the September 11, 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, then-Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, along with the rest of the administration, blamed a video clip from an online YouTube film titled “The Innocence of Muslims,” for inciting the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi.

Nakoula — who was taken into custody days after the attack and later arrested and convicted of fraud — produced the film, which mocked the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He was sentenced to a year in federal prison and four years of supervised release.

7. IG poised to reignite war over FBI’s Clinton case

Horowitz, the Department of Justice (DOJ) inspector general, is an increasingly critical player in the controversy surrounding the FBI, President Trump and the Russia investigation.

With little fanfare, he has been conducting a sprawling probe of the FBI’s handling of the 2016 investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. His full report, which could set off shockwaves, is expected by the early spring.

A political appointee in both the Bush and Obama administrations, Horowitz’s yearlong investigation already reportedly contributed to the early resignation of Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe. And his work has been felt in other ways.

Horowitz also uncovered a series of text messages between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page that led special counsel Robert Mueller to remove Strzok from his team. Those texts have fueled accusations among GOP lawmakers that Mueller’s probe is tainted by partisanship.

  1. Yeah, no one will go to jail just like they didn”t go to jail for fast and furious and the IRS embroider. No one goes to jail, in fact no one loses their pension in this racket.

  2. … in fact no one loses their pension in this racket.

This simple fact is the beginning and end of all such balderdash.

When these waste-of-skin, “career politicians” see their retirement benefits vaporizing, only then will they start paying the slightest heed to downstream consequences.

Until then, it seems unavoidable to think that hemp ligatures will play a principal role.

    Go figure…

  3. 8- The soil from which this nut grew contains toxins. How else to explain his meaningless response to the man’s question. At the start he truly sounds sarcastic when he mentions something about inclusive opinions. The problem is he believes his slogans. This makes him an automaton to his handlers. It also makes him dangerous. Trump must shake his head when he looks at Little Potato Boy. I’ve got a better idea for the President than head shaking, however.

The stock market gyrations of late are indicative of fiat-fuelled excess and little more. That Trump would goose it with confidence and tax cuts will not obscure the ugly truth in the end–that the U.S. is bankrupt, its manufacturing sector has been exported, and its dollar is on life support. He must confront these facts. MAGA requires that the U.S. Fed be abolished. Let this 115-year experiment die. While an argument can be made that it was right for that time–preparing for WW1–the same can be said for the return of hard money now. After all, when your competitors are all stuffing their muskets with golden slugs, your little paper pop-gun will fire nothing but shits and giggles when the time comes.

Trump must also confront the disturbing reality of America’s “Post-National”, postmodern frenemy on its northern border. This isn’t the same world of Justin’s mischievous father, Pierre, whose idea of rebellion was pirouetting behind the Queen’s back. At least that commie doucebag didn’t forget which side his bread was buttered on. Our current vapid ideologue only knows reality as a moving billboard with his facade. He shows us his face coming and his ass going. The caption reads, “Let them eat cake.” Fortunately he seems to damage himself every time he opens his cake hole (even more cake). Given the gender-bent electorate of this beautiful, collective gulag, though, it’s difficult to imagine much changing. Whatever Yuri Bezmenov said about the designs cultural Marxism had on the U.S., it was doubly effective in Canada. One needs only to listen to the CBC, Trudeau, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynn, almost any grade-school teacher or stoned moron on the street to get the drift. The smart ones are busy working, leaving, or renewing their passports. No, the soil here grows nuts and that’s bad for America. You had one nut farmer and that was more than enough.

Let’s face it. We live in revolutionary times. This means everything is on the table. Everything. Nothing lasts forever, particularly countries that elect Prime Ministers who campaign with post-national, open-border agendas. But be careful what you wish for, Soros. In the end you weren’t smart enough.

What if, while globalists were busy softening up Canada for their exploits, the giant next door woke up and realized his cupboards were bare and his kids hungry?

Canada is the only asset sizable enough, and within arm’s length of American future solvency. Its attractive natural resources and growing security concerns make it more post-national than it knows to the giant who realizes the road to MAGA heads straight North and only North. No, waiting for Godot with miracle energy inventions, some other pie-in-the-sky saviour ain’t gonna happen. While the Russians and Chinese grab every ounce of gold and silver they can get their hands on just to sit upright at the reset table, the world’s biggest vault of precious metals and fresh water sits in the ground right there. America has no choice. With this asset they will corner the pm market and continue to rule the domain of the next world reserve currency for the next 100+ years. It is the only option they have to turn the tables on their demise.

Once it’s all over Canadians will slowly and grudgingly realize it was all inevitable and for the better. They will be thankful they were saved from themselves, and from the Redgreen alliance.

    • Someone should save them. The Trudeau dictatorship has caused irreparable harm to the nation. If i were a Canadian I would march in the streets for a return to my national values. The situation is veering so far left that there is very little I could add.

  4. Teresa May is not a conservative, many of her statements are about providing ‘security’; which interprets as the Big Momma welfare state. She probably would not disagree with anything in Soros’ plans for the world. Tactically she is naive, her leadership is vague, she is just lucky to have a cardboard cut-out Trotsky on the other side of the House.

Is it just me, or are there others here at Vlad Tepes Blog who think that the prospect of abrupt and decisive capital punishment (which EU nations conspicuously lack) might cause mass-murdering türds like this one to STFU and start wondering about the possibility of any afterlife?

As famed author, Tom Clancy, remarked about a sign that once hung over Florida’s electric chair (nicknamed, “Old Sparky”):

    REGULAR OR EXTRA-CRISPY?

There is no little degree of irony in how Islamic countries impose (for instance) forms of hanging that cause the very slowest and agonizing sorts of strangulation which make even (early) America’s gas chambers and electric chairs seem like supremely humane methods of execution.

In fact, there are innumerable, readily justifiable, reasons that the large number of American states which continue to impose the death sentence have great and good reason to do so.

      • Johnnyu,

Has anyone ever told you how precious your words of encouragement are?

Just the other day (literally), I quoted your gracious estimation of my writing style (i.e., ‘a hundred words on a pin without one falling off’), to a nasty, next-door, Christian, neighbor who insists that he “reads only one book”.
