My money is on yes he can.” My guess is the same, but let us never forget that it is a sizable chunk of Canadians either too lazy to do a little research or too brain washed by the marxist propaganda of the education system and MSM that are enabling him and his colleagues to get away with ducking and weaving, and with harming Canadian society so grievously.
